Guest Reviews
- Jaeheon (1/5): Bad - I ve been Hell I just moved to Napoli Bugs bite,Dirty,stink,1hour to the town I have to write true foe the other people so they wont fall in the hell
- Oscar (8/5): Everything you need for budget-friendly stay - Host and staff team were very responsive. There were a few teething problems initially with the boiler and wifi but the staff were very responsive and supportive and fixed the problems very quickly (even late on Sunday evening).
Location isn't exactly close to Rome center but very easy to access with bus/metro - bus stop is just a couple mins walk away. Averaged about 40 minutes getting to any of the big tourist attractions. Grocery shops and a few good restaurants are nearby (the Pizza place next door is v. good and Locanda di Via Appia just down the road v. good)
Very good value - has everything you need for the price really. Kitchen could've used a few more knives
2nd duvet would've been nice / a thicker one stored away for colder nights
Can be a bit noisy but this is mainly during the day due to construction works
- Gea (1/5): Stay away from this place - Not a single thing. It is far from the center, 45min in transportation one way, not convenient to "stop by", you need to take the metro and then a local bus, so you need to purchase a travel card for every day. The shed is in a sad industrial area at the back of a restaurant, It does not resemble the photos. It is moldy inside and damp. The place was filthy. The keyholder was broken. The area felt unsafe. The property management was exceptionally rude and uncooperative. Closest supermarket is 45min away. I would not recommend staying here.
- Dominik (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bryan (7/5): Great value for a minimalistic budget traveler - The cost and ease of bus use
They did a great job making it comfortable and all the amenities were there The are Surrounding was under construction
Other than a high price pizza restaurants the market and other food choices were a bus ride or more than 1/2 mile away
The construction noise and unusual noise at night was bothersome
- Harvey (2/5): grim. - very little. the air conditioner worked well. the accomodation was resonable. it was 11 km from the center of town, which i did not know initially. it is advertised as being 'in the park of the ancient romans'. maybe 2000 years ago. today it is very close to the parking lot of a pizzeria (con cucina), half a block from a divided highway and about the same distance from train tracks. noise is a major problem. however, there are metal blinds and double glazing that significantly reduce the noise. unfortunately, in doing so, they shut out the light and air. there was no information about local shopping, transportation and internet use, as is normal with rental units. i was expecting this unit to be part of a larger property with personnel on site. it was not.
- Luca (9/5): Superb -
- Musto (10/5): Exceptional - amazing views, cozy interiors, and proximity to both natural wonders and modern conveniences, it truly provides the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. would like to return time and time again.
