• Joan (8/5): Superbe lieu et bon logement. - Super emplacement, décoré avec goût, bien aménagé. Process d’arrivée incomplet (manquait le code de la porte d’entré du bâtiment), porte d’entrée et fenêtres mal isolées (phonique), literie chambre principale un peu fatiguée.

• Fabian (8/5): - Der Schlüsselbox ist bei der Wohnungstür. Jedoch wurde vorab nicht der Code für die Haustür mitgeteilt. Bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer war niemand erreichbar. Erst auf eine kurzfristige Mail wurde der Code für die Haustür übermittelt.

• Helen (10/5): Beautiful apartment and would love to stay again - Really well presented and lovely and clean. Good location. The Highland Soap products were lovely to use. It can be noisy in the main bedroom due to road traffic but nothing can be done about that.

• Lesley (10/5): A pleasure to spend a few nights here, would happily use this property again or recommend to friends - Exceptionally beautiful, modern, spacious interior which was well equipped and stocked with basic provisions. Keypad and key safe entry was easy to use. The entrance lobby was dirty and cluttered

Had lot external noise on Sat evening into Sunday morning, noisy crowd, singing, shouting, swearing, that was only issue we had. As above. Otherwise flat would have excellent review. • Claire (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the best location. - Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Right in the high street amongst the restaurants and bars but still quiet at night time. Comfy beds and lovely free toiletries. Perfect stay. Would highly recommend. Nothing. It was perfect.

• Kathleen (10/5): Watermelon was a hit! - Everything, bright, spacious and very comfortable. Clean and they thought if everything, milk in the fridge, tea, coffee ☕️ available. Right in the centre of town walking distance to the shops. Locked close, so there no entry to anyone without a key. Just so well thought out, the floor plan was great, great kitchen for cooking breakfast and dinner. Heating was great, shower wonderful. Beds very comfortable, my family wanted to stay longer. Just needed a hand rail in the shower as my sister and I getting up in years and floor a bit slippy but no complaints at all.

Had to keep filling the kettle to do dishes. Shower was very weak. It also jumped between boiling hot to freezing cold.

• Shayley (5/5): Apartment is well appointed and styled beautifully but we won’t be back. - The communication from the host was good and the apartment was well appointed for a self contained flat and was styled beautifully. The location was very central however we were kept up until 3:30am to very loud street noise of people leaving the bars and music - we were not warned of this prior to our stay. The roller blinds did not block out the street lights from outside the main bedroom either so we didn’t get a good night’s sleep the entire weekend due to excessive light & noise. The hot water system in the shower is awful, very temperamental and hard to use. This really let the property down. Also the washing machine wasn’t hooked up to hot water either so everything was washed on cold.

Outstanding service!! Had to park quite a way off, but we knew about that in advance and it was easy to do A
• Rachel (8/5): Very good - The inside of the apartment is lovely and staff were available and helpful of needed. No parking near by other than a lay by which was restricted to 10 mins and full any way and the street the apartment was on was a bit grotty.

• Joan (8/5): Overall, nice flat and great location. - Clean, fresh, modern, comfortable & well-equipped. Great location with excellent restaurants literally on the doorstep. Public car-park a few minutes walk and only £5 for 24 hours Unfortunately there is a very bright LED street-lamp right outside master bedroom window. Although the blinds are “blackout” they don’t fit well and the room is uncomfortably bright at night. Nearly all the comments in the visitors’ book complain about this. No freezer or “in-fridge” compartment, not a big problem but no ice in our gin…! The restaurant staff stand & smoke at the bottom rear close entry - the stairwell and our hallway smelled of stale smoke.
• Lorna (8/5): Clean, stylish and plenty of space! - - Clean apartment - Good facilities available - Walking distance to high street - Spacious and well finished - Light at the front of the property was extremely bright. The blackout blinds work to some extent, however, light still streams in from the sides. A pair of thick curtains would make a huge difference to this. - Quite noisy- expected some noise being on the high street however, there was a lot of banging from what I assume is the restaurant below. - Codes to gain entry were bizarre- generic numbers that wouldn’t be difficult to guess.

• Karina (8/5): Very pleasant place for 3 to stay in Fort William. - Spacious and comfortable, great location, easy entry, parking available nearby at a small cost if needed. Seems pretty well equipped. Nice decor. Street light outside the main bedroom window at night is very bright and the current blinds don’t block it out. Shutters might improve this. Shower pressure is very weak.

• Mouro (10/5): Great location for our brief stay in Forr William. - Location was outstanding. Nice modern well equipped apartment right in the center of Fort William. Make sure you go see Victoria at the Kilted Camel downstairs for breakfast! No dryer? We were looking forward to washing clothes but only washed synthetics that we knew would air dry.

• Jassy (2/5): Poor value. Tons of fruit flies. Looks worse compared to photos - Decor makes it seem nice but the quality on closer inspection is poor. Weak shower, the water is always lukewarm or cold. tons of fruit flies everywhere in the shower and the kitchen. Very loud with a bar nearby with poor sound insulation. bright street lights in the bedroom made it very hard to sleep as the blinds don't cover the lights from the building. No shampoo provided (we asked if it was forgotten.... It wasn't) Overall, don't be fooled by the photos this place was renovated superficially and is not worth the value for money.
