• GRACIELA PECCI (7/5): No me gustó!. - La ubicacion y facil acceso al dpto. La incomodidad de una cama matrimonial entre el placard y una columna . No pudimos acceder al placard. Tuvimos que manejarnos con la ropa desde la valija Y para entrar a la cama gateando como los bebes . Además la cama esta sobre una pequeña altura . Para llegar a la cama subimos una pequeña escalera de 2 peldaños . Asi no se puede alquilar un dpto. Deben cambiar la circulación dentro del dpto. Me queje !! La cocina tenía esponjas usadas !! Los balcones con planteras sin platas y sucias .

La disponibilità a depositare sia in anticipo che oltre il check out i bagagli. La cucina ben fornita e la qualità dei prodotti di cortesia. Due grandi tv nell'appartamento. La posizione del letto, un po' scomoda. Ma è un piccolo dettaglio.
• Nicola (6/5): Adequate - The location was great, walking distance to the restaurants/shops/Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain, we used the metro to go further afield The apartment is just one room, with kitchen, dining, living and bed in the same room. Getting in bed isn’t easy as there are walls either side. There were only two flat/hard pillows for two people and no alternatives. It was cold at night when we stayed in March, the apartment was draughty and the duvet was very thin. There were no additional blankets or pillows in the cupboards. However, if you’ve travelled all the way to Rome to watch TV, there were two on the same wall?!

• elżbieta (8/5): Zimą nie za ciepło. Latem pewnie będzie super. - Największym atutem apartamentu jest lokalizacja. Genialna. Do tego poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Mieszkanie jest ładnie zaaranżowane i czyste. Problemem jest brak ogrzewania w łazience. Kaloryfer niestety nie działa. To pewien problem zimą. Trzeba też oszczędzać ciepłą wodę
• irene (8/5): Accogliente appartamento nel centro di Roma - Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Roma. Appartamento spazioso, pulito ed accogliente. Dotato di tutto il necessario. Mancanza di qualche accessorio in cucina come strofinacci, presine e tovaglia.

Удобное заселение. Претензий нет, только если бы обогреватель в ванной комнате мог быть теплее.

Qualità prezzo ottima solo per la posizione. Lo staff sempre a disposizione. Grazie Purtroppo devo essere sincero ma la pulizia e i servizi (TV, doccia e bagni) devono essere migliorati.

Стара, масивна, хубава сграда. Много бързо взехме ключовете след полунощ. Много удобни легла. В кухнята има и кафе машина. Големи трудности при намиране на безплатно място за паркиране. Сутрин шум от боклучийските камиони. Казанчето на тоалетната работи много шумно - има нужда от настройка.

Appartamento e’ come in foto, curato pulito e molto accogliente. Il personale top gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta; tornerò sicuramente…. Consigliatissimo !!!
• Marina (10/5): Wonderful modern apartment in a safe area - Awesome location, easy to walk to the metro, restaurants, bars and shopping. Super clean and modern. Host responded in a timely manner and I really appreciated the luggage storage which was nearby the apartment. That's a huge benefit for travellers The host could have left a welcome package such as fruit or wine.
• FÁBIO (1/5): Decepcionante - Cozinha e tamanho do espaço Chuveiro. O sistema de boiler adotado não comporta banhos curtos para trê pessoas. No maximo um banho com tempo de 3 a 5 minutos. Os outros hospedes tomam banho ou frio ou fazem como nós que esquentamos agua na chaleira e tomamos banho de chaleira

• Mariana (10/5): Me encantó, excelente ubicación - El lugar es amplio y muy lindo, la ubicación es perfecta para caminar o para tomar transporte que te conecta a toda la ciudad, sin duda volvería a hospedarme acá. Solo la persona de recepción fue grosera con nosotras al no poder abrir la puerta un día. Pero eso es muy aparte del lugar.

Într-adevăr dimineață zgomot mare de la mașina de gunoi și de la hotelul din apropiere. Recomand cu mare drag Mai greu cu parcarea dar ne-am descurcat.

Cette présence indésirable a gâché notre séjour. Dommage!!..Je ne veux pas subir une malveillance éventuelle.Ce témoignage doit rester anonyme.sinon je n achèterai plus rien sur booking.,J ai des photos d insectes et de piqûres..à votre disposition Mais je fais confiance aux propriétaires pour avoir fait lenécessaire .depuis juillet.

• Becky (8/5): Great location. - Great location, central to walk around Rome and really close to the metro line. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. There were only 2 pillows in total for the 2 beds, it was loud on the Friday night with the people above us in the apartment block making noise until the early hours and noise from the street coming through. Saturday night was quieter.

• Lassaad (1/5): Bad - Location The location of the apartment is excellent, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. However, we were very disappointed with the overall condition and experience. The cleanliness of the room was poor—there were spiderwebs and dust throughout. At one point, a strong unpleasant smell started to come from a cupboard, and we discovered a large bag of laundry stored there. It was later removed, but the fact that it was left there for so long raises concerns. The facilities were also not as described. The fridge was broken, and although the apartment listing mentioned a microwave, there was none. When we asked about it, we received conflicting responses—first we were told it had been broken by a previous guest, then another person told us there had never been a microwave at all. This lack of clarity and communication was frustrating. Most concerning was the issue with hot water. There was no hot water available, making it impossible to shower. We were told it was due to the building being historic, which isn’t an acceptable explanation. After pushing to be moved or relocated, someone did eventually come to fix the boiler, but only later in the evening. By then, we had already taken cold showers and unfortunately both fell ill. This experience was far from what we expected. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking this apartment.
• Nikol (9/5): Very nice and comfortable stay in a fantastic location - The location is very nice and the appartment is beautiful There was not paper towel neither napkins in the kitchen and it was noisi at night.
• Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - The Host was very friendly and helpful, after information that we arrived earlier Mrs Romina offered early check in. Last day we can leave our luggage and keep enjoying the city . We received list of interesting places and restaurants to visit. The apartment was clean and spacious, quiet inside, with fully equipped kitchen, the beds were comfortable. Very good location (metro nearby) allows sightseeing without using a car or bicycle. I strongly recommend this place :)
• Vedika (10/5): Cute comfortable space in a good location! - Omg this apartment was SO CUTE! it was super spacious, the bed was so so comfortable, the shower was great. We didnt really use the kitchen facilities so can't comment on that. 10-12 minutes walk to the Spanish steps, and the Trevi and the gardens - it was great. I had two people co-ordinating with me regarding the stay, am assuming one was the owner and one was the employee - but they booked cabs for us to and from the airport, everything was super smooth with the check in and retriving the key from the box, they also shared a good to know guide if you needed any information. Id stay here again! It rained the morning we were leaving and i wish there was an umbrella in the room. Would have been convenient to go for the coffee run.

The access to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and its neighboring streets couldn't be easier. You don’t need any transport, around is bars, restaurants, market. Highly recommend!❤️

• Sarah (10/5): Fantastic stay! - 10 min walk to Trevi fountain so it’s an excellent location. Very very clean and well furnished. Beautiful huge windows that open up. Room has AC and the bathroom is very well equipped. Very easy instructions to get in and out. Check out time is 10:30am, wasn’t a problem for us as we had to leave earlier but just a point to note for future travellers.
