Guest Reviews
- Thu (6/5): Pleasant - It was cleaned before our arrival. There are amenities as listed. There are some good restaurants nearby It’s not easy to find the entrance of the apartment. There is no sign and the name of the listing is misleading. The apartment is bit rundown. The towels were washed but smelled a bit damp.
- Anvesh (7/5): Nice location - location of property is very good and availability of food and groceries near by was also nice All good
- Ashu (3/5): Poor - Just location and comfortable Wi-Fi does not work at all
Many households are broken
I made it complete booking.com and property owner but no response was given on their behalf
- William (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! - NOTHING! From the moment we arrived, it was clear the apartment was completely unacceptable and wholly unfit for guests. The space is overwhelmingly filled with the strong smell of marijuana, which is deeply unpleasant and unacceptable for any accommodation.
Beyond that, the apartment presents a range of serious issues, including:
• No shower curtain and no plug for the bath, rendering both options unusable.
• The host’s personal washing has been left in the washing machine since before our arrival.
• A lampshade is hanging off the light fitting in the dining area in an unsafe manner.
• There is no spare bedding for the futon/sofa bed, despite it being listed as a sleeping arrangement.
• Multiple kitchen cabinet doors are broken and hanging loose.
• The entire apartment is filthy and clearly has not been cleaned.
• Most concerning of all, the front door’s locking mechanism is coming away from the wall, leaving the apartment insecure and unsafe.
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Really good location. Clear and concise check in instructions.
- Natasa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (6/5): Pleasant - Good value for money. Large The shower didn’t work
- Imam (3/5): Sleeping was not pleasure. Bed was light, made noise when moved. Disturbance for the partner. Kitchen plates, utensils w - Property location was kind of scary. Front door was without lock for 2 nights. Anybody could enter without hesitation/ obstruction. Door was painted by crazy people as per building owner. I suggested to paint but door was marked again and again as per building owner. It was not quite safe to stay with family. Unit door lock was not quite strong enough to be safe. In the washroom toilet paper was not enough, I have to ask to get more. Shower curtain couldn’t close entirely. Only one light close to bathtub, there was no light on top of the sink, where difficulty for shaving. I told owner of the building. Because one gentleman claimed he owns the building.
- Joaquim (1/5): London is great but expensive, accommodation and food doesn't keep a reasonable quality vs price - The location was near a BUS Station You don't get what is promised. I mean, the apartment is what appears on the pictures, but don't get fooled is dirty as hell and is decorated and painted by a high degree of unprofessionalism. It's expensive as hell, but I guess that this is London and this is what you get at this price. But just in comparison, in Catalonia you get the double with half the price, in other words, with the same price you a treated like a king inside a palace, and not this.
Look at the entrance door, it's pretty representative to the place you are getting into.
I took pictures of some details that cannot be seen in the pictures they advertise.
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Cameron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suzie (5/5): Okay - The flat was spacious and good location to where we was going.
The price was very reasonable for London. - The staff was almost too over accommodating and was messaging me at midnight which woke me up. I felt like this was inappropriate
- the bedding had stains
- there was no hot water so we was unable to shower
- someone kept ringing the door bell over and over again during the middle of the night, this was quite frightening and then there was a lot of shouting.
- the smell of weed was very over powering.
- Marc (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monir (10/5): Best clean place and value for money - We really liked the place very clean and tidy. Very helpful staff and good value for money, i would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future. Nothing we like everything.
- Louie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thiseas-nikolaos (9/5): Brick lane is a slum - The staff were brilliant at their job. The bath has no plug so you can't have a bath...what's the point of a bath with no plug
