The location was excellent, close to good food and attractions. It was a very unique room that was enjoyable to stay in! The owners gave clear information of how to enter and responded timely with any questions I had. It was a pleasant surprise when I opened the door to the room! It had a good vibes and I got very good, rested sleep while I was there. I would book this rental again and again!

• Martina (5/5): Da migliorare. - La posizione e’ ottima ma è l’unica variabile che merita un punteggio alto. La camera è molto carina e ha anche abbastanza comfort, peccato non poterli utilizzare. Pulizia pessima. Per chi è un soggetto allergico come noi e i miei bambini è davvero un sacrificio terminare le ore di permanenza. Kg e kg di polvere ovunque tanto da rendere impossibile toccare macchinetta del caffe, cucina e altro. Il telecomando della tv era rotto, e abbiamo provato ad accendere la tv manualmente ma quando abbiamo provato a toccarla è scesa una tempesta di polvere che ci ha fatto pensare che fosse almeno un anno che non viene pulita. Per quello che costa la permanenza anche solo di una singola notte, assolutamente da migliorare.

O apartamento que ficamos tinha banheira de hidromassagem, bem iluminado e cama muito confortavel. Voltarei pra usufruir dessa estrutura novamente. Somente a escada na entrada do prédio que dificulta quem chega com malas.

• Maria (8/5): Задоволително добре! - Мястото е уникално, като център, от прозореца буквално гледаме към Ватиканския музей, като това също значи, че е доста шумно и оживено от ранно утро до късно вечер. Джакузито също беше топ удоволствие вечер! Има две важни неща за поправка, като едното не зависи от домакините: 1. Банята! Вратата на баня и тоалетна е издута и развалена от влагата и не се затваря, тоест трябва да сте си много близки, но и тогава е крайно неудобно да ползваш тоалетна на буквално отворена широко врата. 2. Асансьор! ( предполагам не зависи от домакините) Но асансьора се развали ( сградата е красива, но старинна) и трябваше да сваляме багаж 50 кг. общо на ръце от 4 етаж!

Ac is not working the claim it just happened but when I opened the fan the amount of dust in it shows it hasn't been used in years. The room had a cool design but was just very dirty and staff are missing in action. Asked them to come fix ac they said they were closed at 5 pm and would come next day and never came. The toilet is for children so small and uncomfortable and hard to use. Overall if you just want the location of the Vatican while sacrificing all comfort this is the spot. Toilet was terrible and not comfortable and staff is missing in action.

Also walking distance from the tube station of the Vatican. Price is okay for 5 nights stay. If u’re just into okay-ish travel, this place would be good as we only just stay to rest and sleep. Self check in service very efficient and handy. Toilet facilities were bad. Shower floor tiles mouldy!!! Toilet flush not working well. They also dont offer room cleaning service everyday. Wifi’s not working the whole time we were there. Also the room has got a very strong smell. Probably because of the sink inside the room or from the bathroom.

Cercano a tiendas de souvenirs, ropa, comida, etc. La zona es segura y cómoda para caminar todo el tiempo. La llegada es sencilla, facil, accesible. El personal me contactó con tiempo y eso permitió tener seguridad y evitar perder tiempo. Que no es posible dejar las maletas en el alojamiento antes de llegar. Se deben dejar en otro espacio y además debes pagar por cada maleta. Contar con este apoyo haría la diferencia. Además, la litera generaba un poco de desconfianza en la parte superior. Quizá sea más ideal para alguien con bajo peso.

• Páll (10/5): Great location. Perfect for a short stay. I hope to return. - Great location. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. We had mild January weather and there were proper comforters on the beds, we were not cold. I’m not sure how it is when it’s colder outside, but it was perfect for us. There are many power outlets, even for the top bunks for the bunk beds. The kitchen is small and not for cooking only reheating in the microwave, but we didn’t have to use it. A The only thing missing was a bottle openner, as my friends wanted to drink wine. Host was very easy to communicate with. Perfect for the price if you’re in Rome for only 1-3 nights. The walls are thin. So be prepared for that. You might hear others talking, but you also shouldn’t talk on normal volume at 5am, it’s possible to get ready quietly. Please be mindful. I hope the toilet flushing system gets fixed soon. It was a bit troublesome. We made it work, but it was worrying. All in all still a great stay.

• Cel (4/5): I will definitely book again in Tiny homes should I go back and visit Rome. - It’s very central, just across the Vatican museum. Loads of shops and restaurants in the area. There’s a mini fridge, a kettle and coffee machine. Coffee pods are provided during the stay. Fresh towels, comfortable bed and linens. It’s safe to go back at night as the area is well lit. Staffs are very helpful especially Jackson and Michela for sorting out everything. The only thing I didn’t like is the crowd when you step out of the property. But it’s not their fault as it’s really in the tourist area.

• CLAUDIA (9/5): Fantástico lugar - Maravillosa vista, abrí las cortinas de habitación y literalmente estaba frente de las puertas de los Museos Vaticanos... afuera del edificio una exquisita gelatería, cerca de todo. excelente comunicación con nuestro anfitrión. habitación limpia y cómoda, algo pequeña para tres maletas... pero se puede acomodar. tiene enchufes puerto C y USB para lo demás se debe tener adaptador universal Lo único malo es que para llegar al edificio de debe subir o bajar varios de peldaños de la calle y con tres maletas grandes y una niña... fue un poco difícil. todo lo demás maravilloso.

The apartment is meant for two people, but it’s rented out for four. The bed and bedding are good. The bathroom is fine. The only real advantage of this apartment is its location.

• Rebecca (8/5): Great stay close to vatican. - Incredible location, right by the vatican. The decor was very quirky and added a bit of personality. Room had all ammenities you could need, would recommend. Appreciated the cool water cooler outside the room, bed was comfortable and room was mostly very clean. Room was small, but you expect that for Rome. The two sinks in the room both had hair which was easily wiped away but more detail could have been taken with cleaning. Not necessarily a negative, but the toilet was also a bidet which was a bit confusing if you are not used to using this.

• Gabriela (10/5): Rodzinny rzymski wypad - Mimo że nie widziałam się z pracownikami recepcji, to kontakt poprzez Whatsapp był bardzo przyjemny, wszystko dało się załatwić i przebiegało w miły i sprawny sposób! Pokój czysty, świeży, KLIMATYZACJA! we Włoskim upale niesamowicie przydatna, wygodne łóżko, telewizor, ręczniki wszystko było na top. Nawet otrzymaliśmy nasz pokój przed czasem, co bardzo ułatwiło nam pierwszy dzień ponieważ podróżowaliśmy z 5letnim dzieckiem :) no i lokalizacja, tuż przy Watykanie i Muzeach Watykañskich na pewno będzie plusem. Niedaleko do metra w okolicy kilka restauracji które zaserwowały bardzo dobre jedzenie, tuż za rogiem można kupić pamiątki :-D dosłownie, za rogiem :-D

• Katalin (8/5): Arra hogy csak aludjon az ember szuper. Néhány éjszakára tökéletes. - Szuper az elhelyezkedés, könnyen be lehetett jutni a szállásra. Tisztaság volt. A fürdőben a pára a wc tartályon csapódik le, onnan pedig az ülőkére csöpög, ami nagyon nem higiénikus. Nem volt a wc papírnak tartója, így az a földön volt. Nem volt szivacs és mosogatószer sem, amivel a poharakat el lehetett volna mosni. Mivel 3 napig nincs takarítás így csak vízzel lehetett mosogatni. Kevés volt a törülköző szárító. A zuhanyzóban csak esőztető fej van, amivel körülményes a fürdés. Nincs redőny.

De todos los alojamientos que miré era el más económico y no tenemos ninguna queja. Varios códigos para acceder pero nada complicado. Ascensor. Camas cómodas. Máquina de agua a disposición de todos.

• Julia (10/5): Bardzo ładny pokój ze świetną lokalizacją - Świetna lokalizacja, komunikacja miejska jest blisko, a okolica nocą jest cicha. Pokój bardzo ładny, jest klimatyzacja i stały dostęp do zimnej wody pitnej. Komunikacja z właścicielem na naprawdę najwyższym poziomie. Polecam każdemu Jedynym minusem była część łazienkowa. W prysznicu jest deszczownica bez słuchawki prysznicowej, przez co prysznic bez mycia głowy jest utrudniony (pewnie było widać ten fakt na zdjęciu więc to moje niedopatrzenie). Nie ma też drzwi do łazienki więc w przypadku solowej podróży lub z partnerem nie będzie to problem tak z kimś innym trzeba wziąć to pod uwagę.

Personale estremamente disponibile in tempi rapidissimi. Idromassaggio molto apprezzato. Nella camera Aperion il bagno é estremamente piccolo , con impianti datati e soprattutto senza finestra e senza sistema di areazione.
• Joanna (6/5): Połączenie z sąsiednim mieszkaniem drzwiami z kartonu - Fajny rozkład mieszkania (ten z niebieskimi ścianami), wygodnie i czysto Brak jakiejkolwiek płyty grzewczej; mieszkanie połączone jest z sąsiadującym dużymi drzwiami, przez które absolutnie wszystko słychać - rozmowy grupy osób obok brzmiały jakby byli oni u nas w mieszkaniu, dało się usłyszeć absolutnie każde słowo (najbardziej uciążliwe w nocy, gdy chcesz spać…)
