• Irvine (9/5): - The location was very convenient, especially to the Accademia, the San Marco Museum and the Hospital of the Innocents. It is in quite a busy area, but it was quiet in the apartment. The busyness of the area, and how touristy it was.

• VINCENT (4/5): Bonne situation de l'appartement à proximité du centre ville et de la gare - bonne situation de l'appartement. il manquait un grille-pain et le sèche-cheveux était "en fin de vie" (extrêmement bruyant et il ne soufflait plus). Cabinet de toilette exigu et température et débit de l'eau de la douche aléatoires. Groupe extérieur de climatisation du voisin bruyant à coté de la fenêtre de la chambre

Cuando vuelva a Florencia volveré allí. - La habitación es silenciosa, las almohadas muy bien,la cama bueno...casi bien, el sofá cama casi bien también ,la calefacción bien aunque se apagaba pronto. En la cocina había lo preciso de menaje, bien. Había aceite de oliva, gracias. María muy atenta y servicial. Cosas de aseo, gel, zapatillas, jabón,cepillo de dientes. Gracias Es un primer piso, dos tramos de escaleras pero bien empinadas. No había tostadora, para mí era importante. No eché en falta otra cosa...
• Thomas (8/5): A rustique place in a historic setting in the center of Florence - The location is brilliant, in a busy area of the city which has some life on its own. The bakery ' forno ' near by was having excellent treats for us. Everything Florence is famous for is in walking distance. Now the appartment is not new, but it has some style to that.

• Raquel (8/5): - Excelente ubicación. El colchón de la cama cómodo. El dormitorio es silencioso. La calefacción es suficiente. El precio es excesivo (suecede en demasiados alojamientos en Italia). Es un apartamento un poco antiguo: el sofá, los baños, el menaje y la cocina habría que actualizarlos. Sólo advertir que hay que subir un piso de escaleras para acceder (no es excesivo pero hay que saberlo). No tiene lavadora, ni tostadora.

El apartamento necesita una limpieza a fondo, está sucio, la cocina muy sucia y desordenada incluso los cacharros de cocina sucios, el.sofa muy sucio, las puertas, manillas de la luz llenas de mugre, el armario de la habitación lleno de cosas que no se puede poner ni la ropa, las duchas tienen moho en los rincones, necesita una buena limpieza. La terrazita está llena de verdin, una pena.

• Maria (9/5): Awesome location to stay if you want to be in the centre of everything. - It was right in the centre of Florence, walking distance to all major attractions and restaurants. It also was close to trams, central station if you wanted to catch public transport. Maria (the host) was extremely helpful and allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to check in so we didn’t need to carry it around prior to check in. Everything was great.

• Mellisa (10/5): Great location, brilliant facilities and amazing host. - We loved the location it was so central, yet still quiet in the evening! It was also so cute and felt really authentic. The facilities were great, everything we needed was there! It was a little tired but didn’t affect our stay in any way whatsoever.

• Fatos (6/5): Location is great but flat is not clean - Location is great you can walk almost everywhere İt was very dirty.everything inside; tools hairdryer mirrors oven etc was really dirty.
• Ramona (1/5): disappointing - Nothing, we have to pay extra for city tax, they charged cleaning but we told not to leave trash and take the trash downstairs and we have to look for the trash bins. We were not supposed to make a mess not that we are messy people but the fact that they charge you cleaning and there was nothing to clean. Everything!!!! There was no address sign outside their door, we have to go inside a store and ask them where the address was, the lady who owned the store was kind enough to help us. Then they have rules that you cannot make a mess in the kitchen and you have to take the trash downstairs. What was the cleaning fee for. They also claim that they are using reuseable containers for soap etc, they're lying, they have one small shampoo in small disposable bottle.
• Volunte (6/5): Pleasant - Location was nice, facilities were good. Bewere if you going to stay for longer than 2 nights, host could mix up and come to your apartment at 10 am. We didin't like smell of the apartment. Apartment looks way older than photos and uncomfortable to be. Shower is small and strange - sometimes we had hot water some times we didin't

• Gillian (5/5): Brilliant location but much better places to stay for same money in the same area. - the location is perfect and flat quirky. Air conditioning was good. Far too small as it was booked for 3 but thankfully we only needed it for 2. There is no door between the bedroom and sitting room where a pull out be in available, once the bed was out there would be no room for 4 people to move. The shower room is tiny. We were unable to get in at check in time at 3pm as it appeared that changeover had just started. No mattress protector on the bed and no coffee maker which appeared to be standard in every other place we stayed.

• Lesley (5/5): Convenient for sightseeing with nearby cafes etc. - The location was excellent There was confusion over which room we were in on arrival as we were sent the lock box code for the flat 'Guelfa Dream' but there were no keys and the flat was already occupied. We phoned the host who then arrived and gave us the keys to the flat 'Hobbit Guelfa Dream'. This flat was quite small and old fashioned compared to the photographs. We think that the two flats should be advertised seperately with the appropriate photographs as it is unclear when booking which flat you will be staying in. It would be ideal for two but a bit cramped when the extra bed was extended.
• Mohsen (7/5): Good - Location Bathroom is really small and inconvenient. There was not washing machine and the refrigerator does not have a freezer.

• Anonymous (10/5): Perfect property for someone who needs a comfortable place to stay at night and is looking to be close to all major attr - great location with walkability to every major landmark and tourist destination. the property was exactly what we needed, a comfortable place to sleep with a fridge and hood kitchen area. The nights were quiet and the bed was comfortable. the AC worked great. there was an issue with the front door and management responded right away and was friendly. The trattoria downstairs across the street was great for breakfast and caffe’s cell service in the building wasn’t great but I didn’t utilize wifi. wifi was available though.

• Evgeniia (4/5): My most horrible experience within 10 years of regular travelling - The location is just in the old town though not so many noises from the street (versus to the inside noises) unfortunately a lot: 1. I didn’t get any code for the entrance in advance though i sent 3 messages requesting it. Had to buy a sim card to call the host when I was already in front of the facility 2. The apartment wasn’t ready on time of check in (that’s what the host told me but I said Im already there and he let me in) - it was alright but the floor was dirty and the bin in the bathroom was half full. 3. Very poor communication. I wanted to exchange the apartment for another one on the same floor but without a result. be aware that the profile contains the mixed pictures of 2 apartments so there is no balcony or a terrace in one of them. 4. Soundproof. it is said in a description that there is a soundproof but its not the truth. And it became a horrible experience for me as my neighbours were living nightlife for 4 nights in a raw, so i could hear parties, screaming, knocking my door, just ordinary talks, TV etc the whole night as if it was happening in the same room where my bed was. I have a sleeping app that recorded everything but the host could do nothing and basically didn’t find any solution. I didn’t sleep for 4 nights. When the other neighbours arrived I could hear snoring but it was nothing in comparison to the previous experience. 5. the apartment itself is cute but old and in my opinion overpriced for such a poor quality.
