They gave me an inside room which was very dark. No view. They didnt note the carparking id asked for but a manager stepped in and sorted it.

- Lynda (7/5): Currently you have to drive into a one way road to drop anyone off at the hotel. Spoilt the stay! - Getting to the hotel was appalling. My friend was dropping me off and there was no warning that we were suppposed to drive the wrong way down a one way road to get to the drop off. We went into and out of a car park and eventually stopped on the side of the road blocking traffic. I understand that there is building work but we could have been warned!!

- Rawan (7/5): very nice clean room, bad food - the interior was pretty and lively, very clean, very organized, very comfortable desks and bed and chair and cabinets the restaurant at the gf , the early breakfast is so boring and the coffee machine splashed the coffee to my clothes and face the lunch and dinner, I had to order twice, first dish was a really bad linguine, didn't like it at all and I told the staff and she didn't do anything about it, the other dish was burger which I also did not like and I did not eat, I ordered the second dish because I thought it would be better than the first, I was wrong.

The meal was very tasty, but my sea bass came with only 3 florets of broccoli, so you do need to order some veg! The room was fine, ex bed , my only grumble was that it was very warm. Couldn't get the Aircon below 19 for sleep. A common problem in hotels. Really really close to the airport.

Poor car access signage (I ended up driving through a bus station - apparently a very common problem according to staff). Staff were unable to answer basic questions - where is the nearest petrol station.

My dinner reservation was missing. Bedroom decor is predominantly black. Black switches on black walls. Black keycards. Nowhere to put personal belongings in the bathroom. Restaurant and bar expensive.

- Brian (4/5): Never again. - Not a lot. Everything. Scruffy staff, Not sure who was who as the only uniform they all wore was a grubby T Shirt with “Tribe” on it. Checking in was awful. Dreadful hotel ,but that is synonymous with most hotels in the UK. No one cares about customer service or dressing smartly .Costly alcohol the usual Rip Off prices.
