• KL (9/5): Had a comfortable and enjoyable stay - I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of different food options. The location on the main road was very convenient and free car parking. There was also a sauna available free to use and a pool table, which added to the experience. As a bonus, I was able to see the northern lights, which made the stay extra special. Downside was that the fridge in the closet made quite a lot of noise, which was a bit disturbing. Additionally, the smoke detector was flickering between red and orange lights, which was noticeable and slightly distracting during the stay.

• Yavuz (10/5): Nice and quiet hotel. - Good beds and the rooms are clean, the breakfast is really good. The hotel is about 20 km outside the city but that doesn't matter, because it is a quiet and peaceful place. The staff was absolutely amazing, sweet and kind, especially the sweet girl with the glasses who welcomed us, I forgot my phone at the reception and she handed it over to me in our room. Good style. If my wife and I come to Rovaniemi again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

• albert (6/5): will not repeat - heavily overpriced, 35km from the city. middle of nowhere. reception closes at 11pm. rooms are not attached to the hotel, you need to walk outside to reach reception. they offered transport to the city, but refused to drop off at the address, stating that we can walk 500m (it was -15 celsius) rundown overall, the one good thing was the cleaningness of the rooms. Overall, disappointing. we booked a family room for 4 persons, there were 2 persons staying, yet on their system it showed as 1 person. even do we paid for a large family room for only 2 persons, they had us pay extra for the second person. reception is catered by a single person, and at one point that person was busy for 30 min, explaining some clueless guests about random things like history of the area and such. Even do we were waiting for something that a guest actually needs, the receptionist wasn't bothered and took 30 minutes for nonsense chat.

Internamente al bagno c'era una sauna per due che è stata veramente una grazia nei momenti più freddi Nonostante sia fronte strada il posto è silenziosissimo Purtroppo appena arrivati la sauna era spenta, ce la sognavamo dall'aereo e abbiamo dovuto rinunciare xkè ci mette almeno 1 ora a riscaldarsi. Non credo che sarebbe un costo così elevato accenderla per tempo concordando il checkin con il cliente.

Cela restait de très bonne qualité.

• Mariella (10/5): Alloggio super! - La struttura dista circa una mezz'oretta dall'aeroporto, sarebbe meglio noleggiare una macchina, cosa consigliata per non perdersi i meravigliosi panorami che la natura Lappone offre. Arrivati in hotel sia la sera stessa che l'indomani, abbiamo da subito visto l'aurora boreale sopra i tetti😍. La camera si presenta pulita, ordinata, impeccabile così come anche il bagno. Dietro la reception invece, si ha la possibilità di giocare a biliardo o a vari giochi da tavolo. La colazione molto varia ed abbondante e che dire dello staff: perfetto! Ci ha accolti oltre l'orario del loro servizio e per colazione hanno portato una torta con le candeline, per mio marito che aveva compiuto gli anni ❤️. Top veramente in tutto! Niente.

• Anita (5/5): - Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Die Sauna war sehr schön. Schön, dass gleich nebenan ein Supermarkt war. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut beheizt. Leider hatte man keine Möglichkeit, sich mal ausserhalb der Zimmer gemeinsam gemütlich hinzusetzen. Nur in der Lobby gab es eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit. An der Bar, die keine Gemütlichkeit ausstrahlte, konnte man zwar auch sitzen, aber nicht entspannt. Schade, dass es keinen Kamin gab. Da das Hotel sehr weit ausserhalb vom Zentrum liegt und kein Restaurant in der Nähe war, haben wir uns teilweise zum Abend vom Supermarkt versorgt. Zum Essen durften wir jedoch nicht den Frühstücksraum benutzen. Die Zimmer waren dafür aber viel zu eng. Es gab nur eine kleine Sitzmöglichkeit.

• Caroline (8/5): très bon séjour - L'hôtel est très facile d'accès parking superette juste à coté nous avions loué une voiture ce qui est indispensable mais l'hôtel se trouve à 20 mn de Rovaniemi la route est facile le personnel est très gentil le petit déjeuner est très correct buffet avec fruit charcuterie saumon pains viennoiseries fromage.. rien a dire nous étions en famille avec un enfant de 6 ans les chambres sont spacieuses avec une terrasse sur l'extérieur. a refaire !
