• Mark (9/5): - Clean property with excellent facilities and a very comfortable bed. Great location with restaurants shops and beach all within minutes walk. The only downside is that it can be a little noisy at night, but that is to be expected when the location is so convenient.

• Przemysław (10/5): - Znakomita lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Dojście do plaży ok 5 min. Na dole dwie znakomite restauracje w których zjedliśmy pyszną Paellę oraz tapas. Dobry kontakt z recepcją, trzeba pamiętać o wcześniejszym zakwaterowaniu on-line. Wówczas otrzymujemy kod dostępu do apartamentu. Wymagany depozyt w kwocie 200€. Sam apartament czysty i zadbany. Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi. Brak mydła w łazience, zestaw tylko dwóch kapsułek do kawy.

• vincent (10/5): Idéalement placé, tout à proximité. - Très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Des restos, des bars, un carrefour City, la plage, le port....Rapide et facile d'accès, les codes reçus via message Whatsapp une fois, l'enregistrement fait en ligne. Propre et agréable ! Pas de contact humain 'direct', tout se fait par message. La zone est très fréquentée. L'appartement est bien isolé/insonorisé. En revanche, parfois, du bruit, des touristes très enjoués :) !

• Вовк (9/5): - Удобное расположение, в квартире было чисто, хорошая шумоизоляция, была кухонная посуда, кастрюли и сковорода, кофемашина, чайник, чистые полотенца в ванной комнате. Заселение в 15:00 а выселение в 11:00, С заселением пришлось пройти небольшой квест, так как к 15:00 мы были уже уставшие, нужно было онлайн заполнять регистрацию для того что бы получить код от дверей и код от квартиры, мы к этому не были готовы, так же отправлять фото паспортов и фото своего лица, оплатить по ссылке залог за квартиру 200€. Рекомендую заранее проходить регистрацию, что бы не было нервов.
• Karin (10/5): Tolle Wohnung in absoluter Top-Lage! - Absolute Top-Lage mitten in der Altstadt, direkt neben der Kathedrale. Von der Dachterrasse der Hauses blickt man in den Innenhof der Kathedrale. Die Nebengasse führt zum Castell St. Barbara, der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist modern und toll ausgestattet. Die Fenster richtig lärmdicht. Super Dusche und sehr bequemes Bett! Vor der Tür viele Restaurants, Bars und Bäckereien zum Frühstücken. Leider nur 4 Nächte - hier würden wir es definitiv länger aushalten!

• Lyn (7/5): Convenient location but extremely noisy. - The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a convenient location. The bed was comfortable and the staff were attentive when we contacted them. It was described as ‘luxury’ however, there was nowhere to sit & relax in the room, the roof terrace had a few plastic chairs, no cushions or parasols and was soiled with bird poo so we were unable to sit there. By far , the worst part, was the noise, every night from 10pm until 4am ish, crowds of young people standing outside bars directly under our 2nd floor balcony singing & shouting. It was impossible to sleep. We expect a bit of noise in a city centre but this was exceptional.

I queried this as soon as we left the property, but it was only resolved after 4 days (admittedly only one working day).

• Christian (10/5): En immersion totale dans la vieille ville d’Alicante. Idéal pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. - La localisation centrale, les bars et restos au pied de l’immeuble. Toutes les activités accessibles à pied. À 2 mn de l’arrêt de bus pour l’aéroport. L’accueil très pro et sympathique à 2 rues de là , avec consigne bagages et toilettes. Tout le confort d’un appartement quasi neuf et bien équipé. Les bars et restos sous les fenêtres, du bruit jusqu’à 3h du matin, même en semaine.

• Suzanne (9/5): - Laura, who greeted us on arrival, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean, airy and spacious with a very comfortable bed. It's very well located for the old town and was perfect for us to nip back to in between sightseeing, eating and drinking etc. One downside is that because it's so conveniently situated in the buzzing old town(popular with locals and tourists I'm told), it's noisy at night but didn't prevent us getting to sleep, the windows blocked a lot of the noise out.

• Fabio (9/5): Eccellente. Se non era per la polvere avrei detto perfetto - Nuovo e fornito di tutto. Pensato per dare all’ospite la massima ospitalità, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio La pulizia buona, ma non all’altezza del livello dell’appartamento. Polvere un po’ dappertutto soprattutto sopra la TV e la testata del letto.

• Kevin (9/5): Gut und hochwertig, nichts großartiges zu beanstanden - Ausstattung und Lage Fenster waren hochwertig, aber schlossen nicht richtig. Lärm von draußen war in der Wohnung relativ laut wahrnehmbar. Wenn man fest gegen die Balkontür drückte, wurde es leiser.

• FRANCISCO (7/5): Apartamento ruidoso - La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Alicante y el apartamento está muy bien equipado pero no lo recomendaría porque el apartamento se usa principalmente para dormir y es bastante difícil con el griterío de la calle y eso que no era fin de semana, nosotros estuvimos miércoles y jueves. El apartamento que nos dieron da a la calle San Nicolás donde hay un garito que por hasta más de las 4 de la mañana no para de oírse a la gente chillando por lo que dormir es bastante difícil. Imagino que los apartamentos que no dan a esa calle serán más tranquilos pero no nos dieron opción a cambiar.
• Carlos (10/5): Viaje en solitario a Alicante - Ubicación excelente. Muy buena atención al cliente. Instalaciones en perfectas condiciones. El apartamento, con un tamaño adecuado para 1 o 2 personas. Muy bien equipado. Limpio. Repetiría la experiencia. Ruido en la calle de locales cercanos.

Brak herbatek czy cukru, było tylko kilka kapsułek kawy. Podłoga była brudna 😢 Jeśli chodzi o nocleg dla rodzin z dziećmi, warto rozważyć lokalizację, bo nocą było dość głośno od okolicznych barów.

Entry to the property was very straight forward. Everything you could ask for. Large smart TV in both rooms with excellent WiFi and tv was already connected. Can’t fault it.
• Michał Kampa (8/5): - Duży przestronny pokój, kompletnie wyposażony. Miejsce spokojne i przyjemne w odbiorze. Można się doszukiwać drobnych mankamentów, jednak nie przyćmiewają one pozytywów. Najlepszą rekomendacją tego apartamentu jest to, że stałby się miejscem do którego bez wahania można wrócić. Całą procedurę check-in wykonujemy za za pomocą aplikacji online, która co do zasady zdalnie otwiera nawet zamek w drzwiach pokoju. Wydawać by się mogło, że wszystko to zadziała sprawnie, wszędzie i w dowolnym miejscu - maga bycia w technologii i online. Nic bardziej mylnego - dodatkowo trzeba udać się do głównej siedziby by wpłacić kaucję za pokój. Najwidoczniej kontakt w recepcji jest obligatoryjny.

• Alan (10/5): Fantastic stay, would definitely return here for another short break. - The location was excellent, right in the heart of things with everything a short walking distance away. Saw a lot of remarks about the noise at night from the bars and restaurants below but to honest, whilst we could hear people outside at night and beyond midnight, it wasn’t overly excessive and once people had left it was extremely quiet in the room, and I mean really quiet. We had room C on floor 2 which was a corner apartment. Well decorated and very secure. Would have liked access to the room safe and there was a bit of an issue getting access to the property from downstairs initially, the app to pay the €200 deposit wouldn’t work so we had to go to the office - not a big deal though as it’s only a few blocks away.

• Jane (8/5): Beautiful but noisy! - Beautiful apartment looking towards the cathedral, very central. So noisy! 5 tapas bars immediately below the apartment and we were on first floor. Apartment is quiet during day if you keep the windows closed. At night though it is very noisy even with windows closed. First all the bars putting the tables snd chairs away and scraping the floor. Then the youngsters come through the town shouting at top of voices between 1 am and 4 am. Even with earplugs it’s noisy on first floor!

• Tomasz (5/5): Kluby nocne pod oknem. - Mieszkania są dobrze wyposażone (kompletna kuchnia że wszystkimi rzeczami jakie są niezbędne, pralka, żelazko itp.). Ogólne wrażenie jest pozytywne. Niestety lokalizacja jest na plus tylko pod kontem zwiedzania. Pod oknami zlokalizowane są kluby nocne, które każdej nocy są wypełnione ludźmi (a raczej bydłem imprezowym). Ogólnie jest mega głośno i noce raczej nie są do odpoczynków. Niestety obsługa Myflats nie była w stanie (a może nie chciała) nic z tym zrobić, więc 5 nocy okazały się koszmarem. Jeżeli chodzi o sam wygląd mieszkań - łazienki wymagają odnowienia. Silikon jest już czarny (z grzybem), otwory wentylacyjne są zatkane kurzem, są duże ubytki fugi pomiędzy płytkami etc.

• Monika (9/5): Polecam to miejsce. Idealna baza wypadowa. - Apartament położony w dobrej lokalizacji. Wygodne łóżko. Dobrze wyposażony. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Mam drobne zastrzeżenia do czystości. Podłoga wyglądała na czystą, ale po skarpetkach widać było że potrzebuje dokładnego mycia. Wybrane naczynia jak kubki w szafce również były brudne. W toalecie brakowało mydła dla gości. Uważam, że w standardzie powinna być również herbata a nie tylko kawa. Mile widziane podstawowe przyprawy jak pieprz, sól czy cukier.

В помещении есть кофе машина, посуда, стиралка и все для комфортного проживания То что плюс в расположении рядом баров является и небольшим минусом, по ночам бывает шумно на улице от людей в барах
• louise (10/5): - A lovely light filled apartment with 3 balconies. It was nice and clean with everything we needed. The reception staff were very helpful and we could store our luggage before and after our stay. It is in a good position, close to bars and restaurants, short walk to the marina and beach, not far from shops. I will definately book this apartment again. No faults in my view.

• Bethany (7/5): Great apartment but far too noisy at night to sleep - The location in the city was great, everything was in walking distance and lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. We sadly wouldn’t stay here again- due to the horrendous noise the nightclub just across the street produces from 10:30pm-3am. It’s a shame because everything else about the apartment was perfect but me and my partner genuinely woke up at at least 3 to 4 times throughout every night we stayed due to loud music and loud crowds. We are very used to staying in cities and the usual city noise doesn’t bother us at all, but this was next level and we genuinely couldn’t sleep.

It can be a little loud at night and first thing in the morning but it’s located in the middle of old town so that’s to be expected
