It was clean, bedding was fresh & had a lovely cosy feel. I would stay there again in a heartbeat - infact I think we will book again in the future!

- Karen (10/5): This cottage is lovely clean and modern in an ideal location. - Gorgeous property in an amazing location. The cottage was very modern and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable and me and my 3 sisters thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would highly recommend this cottage. The owner very kindly returned an item to
My sister that she had left behind. Nothing at all!

- Lynn (9/5): A lovely house in a great location. - Lovely house in the centre of Cromer. It was ideal for us and had everything we could have needed for our break. Nothing

- Tahlia (10/5): The best property. The best location. The best host. - Absolutely fantastic property, immaculate and very beautifully presented. Location is a dream! Having a selection of goodies in the kitchen on arrival was a lovely touch and very appreciated. We can’t wait to stay again, it felt like home from home. We are hoping to revisit in December and again next year. Thank you! Thank you. Thank you.
- Lucy (10/5): Lovely house and responsive hosts right in the heart of Cromer. - Location was perfect as really close to the beachfront and in the heart of Cromer. Very spacious upstairs and clean and bright throughout. Really well equipped with little added extras that really made a difference. Nothing, the property was great. A little noise from the 2 pubs opposite but it really didn’t bother us as it didn’t go on late into the night.
- Debra (10/5): This was amazing!!!!!!!! We had a fabulous family holiday. Cannot fault a thing. - Absolutely everything. Good location, very clean, spacious, had great facilities they thought of everything. Kids toys, games, books. Coffee tea etc, welcome pack..cleaning stuff. Nice decor. Nothing.. everything was amazing!
- Samantha (9/5): The perfect place for a break by the sea! - We loved everything - tastefully decorated and very spacious throughout and we felt instantly at home. The top floor master bedroom and en-suite is just a perfect relaxing space. Very well kept and clean. Location is perfect, you literally step outside the door and the sea view is right there. The welcome treats were a nice touch. Bit of noise from the pub as the kitchen is right opposite so lots of pots and pans bashing about but you do get used to it and it doesn’t ruin your stay.
- Laura (9/5): Fabulous property in great location. - Fabulous location due to being in the centre of town and close to the beach.
Had all the facilities we needed and more. The noise from the Albion but that couldn’t be helped due to the location.
Tap on the bath in upstairs bedroom was too stiff to use shower.
- Andy (10/5): Excellent - Location, rooms, decor - all great All was great
- Kelly (10/5): Excellent location in this gorgeous well equipped cottage -
- Mercedes (10/5): Relaxing beautiful, lovely home in lovely Cromer - Location, the decor, the space is fantastic, airy, relaxing and just lovely to stay. We didn't spend too much time in the house but we all commented how lovely it was. Pillows were slightly bouncy for me but everything else was perfect.
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Lorna (9/5): Ideal location - Great location in the centre of Cromer 30secs walk from the beach
- Trevor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Esme (10/5): We loved our stay and will 100% be returning - The property was perfect from the location to the fully equipped kitchen. We didn’t find any fault with the property
- Jessica (10/5): Very enjoyable stay, in a lovely location, would highly recommend to anyone. - The location was superb. Lovely house with all home comforts.
- Amanda (10/5): A wonderful break in such a lovely cottage, perfectly located. Excellent communication with the host, and Cromer is beau - The property was beautifully decorated and only a stone’s throw from the beach, and all Cromer has to offer.
It was immaculately clean, and had a lovely private outside courtyard, with 4 bedrooms including a spacious main bedroom on the top floor having an en-suite.
There were extra thoughtful touches such as biscuits, coffee and tea, and a games cupboard. The TV reception wasn’t great but who stays in when you have scenic walks, beautiful golden sand and plentiful pubs, cafes and shops on the doorstep?!
- Plummer (10/5): Awesome! - Surf cottage was amazing and would definitely stay again. Gorgeous house and a great location. Nothing
- Peter (10/5): The cottage and local were perfect for our first family visit to North Norfolk. - The hosts left us a fantastic welcome pack of local produce and were really friendly and helpful.
The presentation of the cottage and facilities are fantastic for families and romantic breaks. We had three generations staying and everyone was really pleased with choice.
The location was great, we ventured out for a swim on a sunny October morning and only took a minute to get back for a warm cup of tea. In the evening it was only stones through from a fantastic pub overlooking the sea.
We ventured further in the daytime and had pleasant drives to Horsey Gap and Blakney point for beach walks and whale watching.
We had wonderful weather but found a collection of great family games to pass a rainy morning to two away if needed! We only stayed for two days :( Will definately be back :)
- Jane (10/5): Had a lovely time - Excellent location, plenty of room for the whole family, great to have an outside area. Tv signal wasn’t great. Loading and unloading tricky
- Michael (9/5): Would highly recommend this property because of facilities and location and look forward to booking here again when we n - Spacious property furnished to a really high standard. The location, right next to the beach and town centre, is perfect for exploring Cromer.
- Hazel (9/5): Excellent property in a very good location - The location was excellent, close to all the restaurants, The Red Lion is particularly good. Close to the sea, pier and all the shops. The house has been renovated to a high standard and the rooms are very comfortable. There was a bit of noise from The Red Lion kitchens, but it didn't put us off!
- Gareth (10/5): Cracking property in perfect location. Highly recommended! - Superb location in every sense.
Really clean with great decor. Beds very comfy, great pillows and beautifully soft towels too.
Owners responded really quickly to all questions before and during the stay. The digital oven took a bit of working out (apparently - i had nothing to do with it 😂 as pay back for doing all the driving!)
- Anthony (9/5): Amazing! Don’t hesitate to book. - The property was amazing and by far one of the best homes we have stayed in. It was well equipped, everything was so so clean and new, the little extras for the kids were amazing we enjoyed playing monopoly and did the puzzle as a family. The beds were comfortable and as a family of 5 we had plenty of space! It rained for the whole day whilst we visited but we loved the cottage so much we didn’t mind staying in and having a cosy day. As we stayed over the weekend there was loud music, crowds of people and a bell sound that went on till quite late but the kids didn’t seem to be bothered by it and slept fine.
You cant park outside the property and was a bit of a rush trying to unload/load our bags but again we didn’t really mind that.
