Guest Reviews
- Michelle (5/5): Ok for a couple of days, bring earplugs and ignore the cobwebs. - Location. Cleanliness, comfort, noise from upstairs
- Athinaf (9/5): Nice and comfortable - Newly refurbished nice decor and great facilities.
Good location in the village Room temperature next to bathroom not ideal. Prob needs dehumidifier.
Bed throw in one bedroom had stains.
Issues with the key and door ie getting into the property, that were resolved but ideally should have been addressed before arrival.

- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely location and accommodation

- Lexie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very well equipped. Perfect spot to celebrate a special birthday. Magical.
- Kirsty (8/5): A lovely cottage. - Perfect location and very clean. Sofa not comfy. When you’ve been walking all day a comfy sofa is a must! Would also be good to provide a coffee machine.
Noise from upstairs.
- Edward (7/5): We absolutely love our stay - Perfect location (close to the beach ,shops, pubs),and other beautiful places for walks are just 15-30 min away (beaches, Tintagel Castle, Betruthan Steps and so on).We absolutely in love in Port Isaack, apartment really good equipped, beds comfortable ,nice big bathroom and shower. No parking which we knew about from the beginning ,it was really hard to park outside to unpack our stuff when we arrived since people parked where they shouldn't. Car park is good 15 min from the house and you have to walk uphill and it costs £10 for 24 h .
- Karen (10/5): Great location, roomy accommodation. Loved it. - Location perfect, so close to everything - the harbour, the pub and shops. The couch was very uncomfortable.
- Lance (8/5): A great location and accommodation for a stay in a fabulous spot - The location was fantastic the accommodation is very good We had no code to get the key when we arrived. We had to ring for help and our phones didn’t work so we went to the pub for help and used there phone to get a key code. Noise from the people upstairs we had to ask them to be quiet.
- Wayne (9/5): Perfect - The stay at the old cobblers was all that we expected from the description and photos. We had been to Port Isaac before briefly in the past so knew the area. The flat was perfect for the two of us and easy access to surrounding areas for days out What was not to like.
- Bethanie (8/5): Very good - Lovely space with beautiful finishing touches. Comfy bed and pillows. Well equipped kitchen. Nice powerful shower. In a really central part of Port Isaac, with restaurants and pubs close by. There wasn't anything we didn't like, but you definitely need some ear plugs. We didn't get the noisy neighbours like some of the other reviews but the seagulls are loud 24/7 and because it's single glazed you can here them.
- Rosie (8/5): A perfectly located place to enjoy beautiful Port Isaac. - Incredible central location moments from the harbour. Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming. Two excellent bedrooms. Hi spec shower room. There is not quite enough seating if there are 4 of you. One more little chair would be brilliant. I had been walking the coast path and desperately needed to put a washing load in but there were no tablets - just a couple left under the sink for weary walkers would be great!
- Julie (9/5): Would recommend . Very good value for money - Convenient for area , close to everything The noisy neighbours upstairs , had to squeeze past large vehicle in the driveway
- Bethany (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (9/5): A stunning property right in the middle of the magic. - Perfect location, superb amenities, lovely and cosy house. Beautifully decorated, clean and fully equipped. The second bedroom (off the lounge) was very cold for our children. Despite turning up the heating to 25• we had to move our daughter in with us and leave our son wrapped up in three duvets.
- Maggie (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Lucy (9/5): Comfortable and well placed cottage. - Cobblers was in a great location just a few minutes walk to the harbour. It was very well presented and equipped. There was no outlook but we did know this when we booked it so cannot complain.
- Pam (9/5): Would recommend even with the negative comments, just thought they should be mentioned. - Good location. Very clean People in property above noisy at night. Jumping about in the middle of the night. Difficult to get past the car always parked at the entrance to the property.
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tracey (8/5): Ear plugs required - Self contained cottage, all on one level and open plan. Small private court yard with a bench Constant banging and running about from people above. It was terrible every night from 6pm until 11pm. It was like being underneath a dance studio. There was a car parked in area around the entrance most days and it's was difficult to pass especially with lots of luggage.
- Claire (8/5): Very good - Beautiful cottage which was extremely clean and comfortable. The location is right in the centre of Port Isaac We knew parking wasn’t available, which wasn’t a problem as there was a pull in opposite the property to unload. The car park was a 5-10 minute walk and cost £25 for the week. The problem however was the flat above has car parking for 2 cars and when we arrived both 4x4’s were blocking access to our property as the parking spaces are so tight. The people staying there weren’t in and so we had no way of getting into the property until later when they came back. This also meant that the advertised shared outside seating area doesn’t exist when 2 cars are parked there
- Clare (8/5): Very good - Lovely Cottage
Well equipped
Fantastic Location Lack of Parking
No Garden
- Natalie (8/5): Amazing location - We had a great time, fab location, beautiful apartment!
