• Brigitte (10/5): Cosy hidden quiet place, well equipped and nice staff - Very nice and cosy place, quiet, central, near to restaurants and bar and yet totally off. Well equipped kitchen, small courtyard, nice bedroom and everything generous and great. Stylish from 60-is and cosy, not hot in these hot days in May in Venezia. Loved it a lot.
• Degiovanni (7/5): - Il bagno è da ristrutturare specie la mancanza di una doccia funzionale e sicura. Fare la docccia in una vecchia vasca da bagno con il braccio doccia mal posizionato e senza neppure un tappetino antiscivolo, non è confortevole e c'è il rischio di scivolare Lo spazio fuori davanti alla cucina descritto come patio è piuttosto triste, chiuso da un alto muro di cemento non invitava a stare fuori. Per questi due motivi il prezzo del soggiorno è alto.

• Joanne (10/5): - I had many questions and the family was attentive and helpful.The kitchen was large and easy to cook in. The shower worked well. We were not able to turn on the heat and it felt cold and damp.

• Aili (7/5): Midagi polnud ju otseselt halvasti, aga teist korda seal ei peatuks. - Asukoht oli hea, lähedal olulistele vaatamisväärsustele ja ühistranspordi peatustele. Ümbruskond oli rahulik ja ilus. Olime broneerinud kahe eraldi voodiga majutuse, aga kohapeal selgus, et on üks lai kaheinimesevoodi. Palvele vaatamata diivanvoodile voodipesu ei toodudki :(

• Elizabeth (9/5): Perfect place - The location was perfect for all attractions. We had the whole apartment to ourselves. Kitchen facilities, separate bedroom and lounge area. Very spacious apartment. The washing machine was a bonus also. If in Venice again, we'd definitely stay here again.

• Flavia (5/5): Sporco, sconsigliato. - Abbiamo apprezzato solo la posizione che era in un ottimo punto. Non lontana dalla stazione, quartiere abbastanza tranquillo e silenzioso. Per piazzale San Marco sono circa 25 minuti a piedi. La casa è sporca e mancava di alcuni servizi essenziali, non siamo stati a nostro agio. Abbiamo sorvolato sulla vecchiaia della casa, non siamo fissati su quello, ma l'alloggio non è affatto pulita a dovere. Le nostre lenzuola erano piene di macchie. Il piumino era macchiato in diversi punti. La tenda della doccia era macchiata e scura, andrebbe cambiata. C'era perfino una spugna da corpo per lavarsi lasciata lì. Il tappetino del bagno non è uno di quelli lavabili, ma è un tappetino fisso lasciato per tutti. Mancano le zanzariere alle finestre, quindi entrano facilmente zanzare (anche d'inverno). C'erano ancora due zanzare spiaccicate nel muro lasciate da chissà quali altri ospiti. Una sera abbiamo avuto freddo: non funzionavano nè il condizionatore, nè i riscaldamenti. Seppur il proprietario abbia provato a far funzionare il termostato e la caldaia, non è stato risolto nulla e alla fine abbiamo dormito con le felpe. Non è così che si organizza una casa come alloggio, non ci siamo proprio. Basterebbe poco per organizzare la situazione in modo più igienico e con più comfort. Per fortuna siamo stati poco tempo.

• Jan (8/5): Fantastic price/quality ratio in some outdated Venetian apt. - Listen, for the price/quality ratio - this is a winner. Everything works although is old and faulty at times (old bathtub, kind of slippery, A/C is set on one mode, you can either turn it off or have it that way, not every cabinet in the kitchen works, etc.), but again - given it's Venice and you're getting huge, spacious place for that price - one cannot complain! And also nothing in the inconveniences is a deal breaker - they're just annoying. Plus a host accomodated me almost an hour ealier that I stated about my arrival (I arrived much earlier). Host is very responsive. A/C - was set to one mode, one couldn't operate it, owners explained that remote control is broken. The cabinet where there's dishers dryer falls unsupported, which makes washing dishes extremely hard. The bathtub is ole and slippery.
• Jeremy (7/5): Great location with everything you need in a no frills apartment - Great location and the washing machine was a bonus - would have been helpful to have been told to put the washing machine hose into the bathtub to drain the water from the machine. The property is pretty tired and basic. But there are no stairs as it is on the ground floor and for peak season in Venice it is passable without breaking the bank. the property is pretty tired and could do with a makeover
• Nathalie (8/5): Bien situé dans le Cannaregio - L'emplacement, la grandeur de l'aménagement, l'authenticité. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour être tout près du transport et de l'ambiance du Cannaregio. Quartier intéressant. Un peu vieillot dans la décoration, mais tout y était.

• Cristián (8/5): Very good - Although a bit old, it is a nice, quite spacious, and well-equipped apartment on the first floor. It is not centrally located, but it is easily accessible and in a good, quiet neighborhood close to bars, supermarkets, and walkable to many places. The host was very friendly and left breakfast amenities (Nespresso coffee pods, toast, and jam). They also let us store our luggage before check-in hour. Somewhat old, needs refurbishment.
• Una (8/5): Amazing location, wonderful host, old fashioned decor - Carlo was a fantastic host: met me at the waterbus stop to help with bags, even offering to bring welly boots because of the acqua alta! (Luckily I didn't need them) He was also on call whenever we needed help or advice. The flat and decor are dated, but it was all very comfortable and spacious. The location is superb: right in Cannaregio, my favourite place to stay in Venice. The decor needs updating, and there was a small leak because of the rain, but luckily it didn't affect us too much.

• Richard (8/5): Very good - Nice, quiet location. All the amenities and appliances were present, sometimes even blown my mind how many there were of various kinds. There was also a kind of breakfast pack prepared for us, very nice thought. Great price/value ratio, basically a whole apartment for us. Nice cozy terrace to have a breakfast in the morning. Apartment could use some renovations, feels like I was staying at my grandma 😁 Especially the bathroom. A bit of moldy smell through the whole apartment. Mosquitos were unfortunately everywhere and were disturbing our sleep. We wished there was a mosquito net in window in the bedroom, so we could open it during the night. Or in the afternoon, maybe it would help with the moldy smell mentioned above 😊
