Lokalizacja była świetna – w drugiej linii od morza, dzięki czemu było spokojnie, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko do plaży. Przechodzisz przez ulicę i jesteś na promenadzie, gdzie znajduje się wiele restauracji, sklepów i atrakcji. Sam apartament był wygodny i dobrze przygotowany dla rodziny. Dużym plusem był właściciel – bardzo pomocny, życzliwy i zawsze dostępny. Kontakt z nim był szybki i bezproblemowy, co zdecydowanie podniosło komfort pobytu. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce – idealne zarówno na rodzinny wypoczynek, jak i relaks blisko morza.
• Hannah (10/5): Great house, fantastic host. - My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Durres. Edi and his wife are a fantastic host. They came to welcome us on arrival and made sure we were comfortable. The location it great as it was only a small distance to the beach and good restaurants. The facilities was in very good condition, very clean and obviously well maintained. Edi was always very quick to respond to enquiries before and during our stay. We were meant to check out at 11am but he graciously allowed us to keep our luggages till we were ready to leave Durres. Please be rest assured the rooms look just as it was in the pictures and very spacious.They signposted us to useful resources. Overall our experience was great and would book again if I come to Durres in the future. Everything was okay, no complaints.

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the promenade and incredibly close to the beach. The apartment was very clean and modern, exactly as shown in the photos, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were also incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We had no issues at all during our stay, and we’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

Although it doesn’t have a sea view, the beach is just 30 meters away — incredibly convenient! The modern design, fully equipped kitchen, and relaxing atmosphere made it a great choice for our vacation. The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting comfort and proximity to the beach!”*
• Jan (9/5): - Byt je situován kousek od moře a jednu ulici vedle hlavní promenády, takže hluk s barů a restaurací není slyšet. Kličkování mezi zaparkovamými auty je trochu náročné, ale majitelé nechají Vaše auto zaparkovat na svém pozemku. Skvělá čistota, ubytování prostorné. Byt je ve třetím patře bez výtahu, místní obyvatelé, kteří zde na stálo bydli maji neustále otevřené dveře a výpary z vaření jdou na chodbu, nicméně do bytu neproniknou. Chtělo by to trochu lépe dovybavit kuchyň.
• Stefania (8/5): - Apartamentul arată și se prezintă exact ca și în fotografii, proprietarul foarte de treabă, foarte primitori și prietenoși,curat,totul,nu lipsește nimic! aveți parcare gratuită pentru o mașină, dacă aveți două sau mai multe mașini se găsește parcare, dânșii vă rezolvă imediat, doar că ,contra cost(5 euro/zi) nouă nu ni s.a părut mult! încăpător,noi am fost 6 adulți și un copil ,am avut condiții pentru toți,aer condiționat în toate camerele,rulouri exterioare,etc,👍👍👍

In short: this is a very nice place to stay in, also for families. -

• Samuel (9/5): Superb - The place from outside looks little bit weird but inner section was amazing. Its close to the beach but with no view on the sea. There is A/C in every room so the room can be cold in the hot days. Also there is kitchen for cooking and little shop down in the building. The staff was helpfull and respond in 2min. Working wifi. We have a little "key not working" problem but it was solved by the time.
