• Bryne (5/5): - Staff is nice and it is a good location close to the safe main street Could be cleaner. Under the beds is always a good tell. it is really old and you have to navigate at least two bathrooms to get soap, toilet paper or a toilet seat. A lot of noize from crying children and traffic from the dorm.

• Bernice (7/5): Niños lloran por la noche - Solo la ubicación . Esta muy cerca a paradas de buses y mercados en el centro histórico. Que la recepcionista me prestara una cobija para el frio y que pusiera agua potable. En una habitación de 6 huéspedes solo yo estuve las 3 noches. El camarote demasiado angosto, 50 cm de ancho y sin barandas!! .la limpieza del hospedaje antiguo es superficial, se nota que solo medio pasan el trapo al piso. Pero las paredes, el único sillón, el espejo del baño la pila y demás, están resucios, curtidos de mugre, la gente que medio limpia alli, no son detallistas. Hay una familia con niños pequeños que viven y administran el hospedaje, los bbs. lloran por la noche y despiertan, no hay Wifi en las habitaciones. Solo en el espacio del corredor, con pocas sillas donde sentarse. No hay cocina. Solo un microondas qué medio calienta algo. No hay pila habilitada para lavar ropa. Pero si hay tendedero. No se puede descansar en las tardes, porque la fma.joven que vive ahi. Escuchan regueton con alto volumen y los niños hacen su bulla normal....

• Serena (5/5): Passable - Position is good. Space has potential. The night I arrived the kitchen was a mess and in general the common spaces were very untidy. They cleaned up a bit the day after. It would have been good to know there is a family living there, who are the people running the place, with small children. I found a cucaracha in my bed on night two. No space to sit and eat in the kitchen. If they put some effort into the place it could be a nice place where to stay close by to town center.

• Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - It was very easy to communicate with the staff. They were kind and flexible when our plane was delayed and we arrived much later than our check-in time. They also provided us with helpful tips to navigate the city. Finally, they were extremely helpful and trustworthy when our late-arriving baggage showed up unexpectedly at their door after we had left. We were very glad that they safely held on to our baggage for us until we could retrieve them. Muchas gracias!

• Marina (1/5): Run away ! - There was warm shower. Honestly, everything. Not clean at all ! Very messy when we arrive and the manager seemed to have forgotten about our booking. The address wasn’t correct so we had to look for it. The manager kept us waiting few minutes to prepare the room but the sheets and the room wasn’t clean and when we entered in the room it was smelling very strong parfum.

• Scheffer (7/5): Good - The Hostel is owned by a family. So if family atmosphere is what you are looking for, this is definately the place to be. The sounds of children's laughter and playfulness adds to the beauty of the hostel. The beds are not so comfortable
• Oliver (3/5): Not clean but cheap - The bedrooms were little cubicles so they were private which was nice The toilets were disgusting, they were never free to use, the door wouldn’t lock properly, dead cockroaches in the shower. You can smell smoke from the smoking area inside your room. And they don’t serve the included breakfast at a consistent time. And people were up playing music outside the dorm until 1:00am (which I guess the hostel can’t control but they could have a quiet hour policy)
