This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 800 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all guests need to provide passport photos and cell phone numbers after booking. Check-in instructions will be sent after receiving this information. Please note that eating and drinking in the bedroom are not allowed. If you require a cot, you must notify the property 4 days before your arrival. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property without the host's permission. Please note that unregistered guests above the maximum unit occupancy will incur an 70 additional charge of GBP 150 per person. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that an additional charge of GBP 70 will apply for late check out. For each additional hour after the check-out time, there will be an extra charge of GBP 150. Staying over 2 hours will result in a GBP 300 fee. Please note that for early check-in, the following charges apply: - GBP 150 from 12:00 - GBP 70 from 13:00 - GBP 50 from 14:00 to 15:00 Smoking on site will incur an additional fee of GBP 800. Please note that for late check-in, the following charges apply: - GBP 100 from 19:00 to 22:00 - GBP 150 after 22:00 Please note that illegal drugs are not allowed in the property. Guests are required to clean the dishes prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service could be charged. Guests travelling with children must inform the property 24 hours before arrival. The minimum age to stay at the property is 38 years.
