• Ntshamba Esethu (1/5): - Just a quick recommendation, please update your time and provide clear instructions, thank you I was asked to pay an extra R300 because I checked in at 8, that time the check-in time is 00:00-00:00, and on the website, it says check-in is available 24 hours. The treatment and approach from the white guy, property owner/manager, I guess was not good and pleasant as well as professional to the guests. He said we were supposed to check in at 14:00, and i tried reasoning with him that the time on the app and website says otherwise. He kept mentioning that i paid a discounted amount of R850, and I guess the R300 was to top it up as if i didn't pay the whole required and stated amount available at the time of booking. I was graduating yesterday, and he ruined my whole day. A day that was supposed to be of celebration turned sour and into tears because I found myself crying as I was even not allowed to stay and celebrate with my sisters, let alone to eat, because I booked a room for 3 people and we were 4 even though I did mention that I won't be spending the night there, I got kicked out.

Two rooms had their bathroom divided by a short wall to a point that there was no privacy. One of the bathrooms was leaking The outside looked like an abandoned building
• Pamella (6/5): I will recommend if the management can get another person who will assist with decorating the interi - The rooms are specious, staff are very friendly and welcoming Reception area is not furnited, dinning hall is not set up to standards it is mixed with the kitchen. No cereals offered for breakfast, cuttlery and crockery need to be change. Staff was be clearley identified, kitechen staff must must dress properly since they are serving food. One lady was wearing leggings and teeshirt with no bra.

• ERIKA (1/5): Dissapointing - Nothing Looked nothing like the photos on booking.com. Shower had a big window and therefore no privacy. I only stayed one of 3 nights and they refused to refund even though they agreed to refund 2 nights.

• Thulisiwe (5/5): Okay - Clean space. Tv was very faulty , had to wait for it to be fixed. The place only had face mirrors so I couldn’t see my full outfit after getting dressed. The Wi-Fi switches off every 10 mins which is kak service no offence. Breakfast only offers bread with jam😭😭😭I expected a full English breakfast. To come back inside you have to call someone if she’s sleeping in the AMs you must wait for her to respond which I think comprises my safety as a guest.

No aircon, the windows didn't work properly, I couldn't stay the 2 nights booked because of there being no water. Still awaiting a night's refund. Also no separate key to enter the hotel. Had to awake the manager to open up for us. Also the light in the bathroom did not work. It was an impossible place to stay in.
