There were fruits and treats that surprised us. We like the fact that the house is so close to the beach. Kos island and seastar beach house have our hearts now and we would like to come again soon! ☺️

• roama (9/5): - The location was first class. A short 1 minute walk to the beach and also very easy to walk to Kos Harbour to pick up boats trips. The apartment was very well equipped and beds comfortable. All in all a lovely and convenient place to stay

• Susann (10/5): Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt! - Lage: Das Apartment könnte nicht idealer liegen. Der Lambi Beach ist auch unter den Locals sehr beliebt. Man kann dort gratis (!) am Strand sein, wenn man will. Alternativ kann man sich auf eine Strandliege legen in einer der Beach Bars drumherum und etwas trinken/essen. Ein Gym ist 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich empfehle ein Fahrrad zu leihen für ca. 40€ pro Woche. Ausstattung: Alles was man braucht. Sauber, ideale Größe für eine Person (mit zwei geht es, wird aber eng). Sehr bequemes Bett. Praktische Küche mit Waschmaschine. Vermieter: Ein unglaublich zuvorkommendes, aber nicht aufdringliches Ehepaar! Georgia begegnet man öfter morgens zufällig beim Aufräumen um das Haus herum. Sehr nett! Yiannis steht bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat per WhatsApp zur Verfügung. Immer und auch kurzfristig erreichbar. Yiannis brachte mich sogar zurück zum Flughafen. Familiäre Menschen und die perfekten Gastgeber! Vielen Dank!

The apartment was about a 10 minute walk to the center. We went to the beach with just a towel and we could leave our keys in a coded box. Isn't that amazing? No worries about your belongings. Highly recommended!!!

• Faizal (10/5): Excellent appartment at the beach and walking distance from centrum. - The appartment was according the specifications provided. Even more! A warm welcome when we arrived inside. We had the big appartment where easily you can stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. Fruit plate, some snacks, water and drinks, wine and more. All provided by the host/ owners Georgia and Yiannis. This couple even made our entire week so much better! Recommendations and guide us with all our questions. Thanks to both of them. 🙏🏽 Location = perfect, 30 seconds from the beach. You have direct access to multiple beacht restaurants and small lounge clubs. Mini supermarkets in the street. On the corner at end of the street excellent steakhouse Stavlisio steakhouse. At the beach Kouros 🏖️ was our favorite espeacially their chicken salad. Appartment was very calm and relaxed in the nighttime, no noise. For us it was fully equipped with all we needed. Parking free. Also a spacious shared patio where you can have some drinks and chill in case needed. It was comfortable, hygienic and quiet. All rooms with airco. To get the 🔑 was easy at the mainsoor in a box. The place is only 10/12 min walking from the centrum. So you don’t need a car. From this appartment you can do everything by walking. In the evening it is relaxing as you don’t have the noise of the nighttime/ nightlife. This is exactly what we love. All by all price wise you get value for your money which makes this appartment and hosts so special that we will come back next year. Thanks to George and Yiannis. Wonderful people. Efgharisto! • Margaret (10/5): - We really love the beautiful hosts, Yiannis and Georgia. They are now life long friends. Firstly, we were greeted by both with open arms. They provided a large plate of freshly cut cantelope, Watermelon & grapes. Fresh yoghurt, butter, jam, water, juice, toast, muffins and a good bottle of chilled rose wine. What a way to kick off our holiday in Kos! The apartment is luxurious and modern. Fantastic facilities including washing machine and kitchen with everything including oil, salt and pepper. The bed was very comfortable. It is a couple of feet away from the beach. The apartment is beautifully decorated with gorgeous touches of shells, flowers, plants, wall art, mugs. It is thoughtfully laid out. Big TV & great air con. It even has a table & chairs in and out of the balcony. It even had plenty of fresh towels and a hamper basket & pegs with washing machine tablets. Everything has been thought out carefully on how to make your stay better. It's about a 25 minute walk to the town or harbour. Great to get those 10000 steps in! There are very good bakeries, hairdresser, nail technician, supermarket and restaurants very close. I'll tell you exactly what I didn't like. These exceptional people have now set everyone else to fail. They spoilt us so much and nothing else will compare with other accommodation. 1

• Marco (10/5): - Definitely the place you want to be for your stay in Kos. The apartment is brand new, well-furnished with all the features you need, and located in an ideal spot. Nice beaches are just a few meters away, and the old town is within 10 minutes on foot, with great restaurants along the way. At night the neighborhood is quiet. Georgia and Yiannis are truly special people—easily the best hosts we’ve ever had. They really took care of us.

• Jessica (10/5): Beautiful apartment, metres from the beach with friendly hosts! - Location is fantastic, literally a one minute walk to the beach. Also a very short distance into the centre of kos town. Quiet in the evenings, supermarket and pharmacy close by. Plenty of towels were given, along with a fully equipped kitchen - meaning you could cook from home if you wanted. Washing machine with detergent and instructions in English were also included. Nice balcony with a clothesline to dry towels etc. First aid kit included in the bathroom, which had been checked by the hosts beforehand. Hosts were absolutely lovely, checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. They were also more than happy to answer questions about the local area and taxis and also let us store our luggage in the facility before our flight. Would definitely recommend!! Absolutely nothing!!
• Frank (10/5): Exceptional - We had a pleasant stay at Sea Star Apartments, located right between Paralia Kos and Lambi Beach. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and everything needed for a relaxed visit. The balcony was surprisingly roomy, with clothes pegs ready for use. The hosts were kind and helpful, making sure things went smoothly. A nice touch was the sliced melon waiting in the fridge when we arrived. Anette/Frank Nada/nothing
• Greg (10/5): If we could give Six Stars, we would - The owner Yiannis kindly collected the four of us from the port to the town in his very comfortable car. Much appreciated in the heat - it is easy to walk to the apartments though from the port with the property brilliantly located. The little touches the owners provide are exceptional. All the equipment is brand new. The beds were super comfy. We were provided a welcome pack which included some delicious watermelon the fridge. There is an online guide informing you of recommended restaurants and beaches. Having the 2 apartments next door to each other we could chat on the balcony. Nothing

• Daria (10/5): 5 🌟 go to SeaStar! - The hospitality of the SeaStar was amazing. Communication was so good. Ioannis and his wife organised a beautiful apartment for our family union. The location was by the seaside, 2 min walk to the seaside, the flat was clean, comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. They even went the extra mile to help arrange another accommodation, as I made a mistake in the booking and had to find another location for 1 night. We had an unforgettable reunion as a family in Kos, and SeaStar had a huge part in it. Thanks a lot. Everything was perfect.

• Marxova (10/5): Feeling at home. - The stay in in SeaStar Appartments was absolutely great! What should have been a recovery time after my knee operation and my niece´s skin problems, turned out to be really splendid holiday. We were grateful for the excellently equipped, light and clean flat in a very short distance from the sea, pleasant surroundings among the local people and especially to the most helpful hosts. Yannis and Georgia enabled us to enter the appartment even before the check-in time, arranged a transfer from the air-port and adviced us in many many ways. We really felt relaxed and at home in their place. Maybe it would be good to add a few more pieces of cutlery, but not really necessary...
• David (10/5): Home away from home. - The apartment is amazing and the hospitality from the host was perfect. Super responsive and very helpful with whatever you needed. The welcoming gifts of food and wine were perfect touches and made you feel at home. Not the owners fault but we would of been better off in the historical part of town and not the beachy touristy part. That's personal and nothing to do with the perfect apartment.

Great communication from start to finish.. Upon arrival there was complimentary wine & fruit in the fridge. Great recommendations for local beaches & restaurants or if you cook in the apartment there is everything you need. Yiannis also kindly offered to take me to my next destination in Marmari a 20 minute drive away. Amazing kindness!! Will almost definitely be back. I can't recommend it highly enough. All Fantastic!

• Mark (10/5): A perfect holiday in a beautiful apartment with amazing hosts - Perfect from start to finish! Yiannis met us at the apartment to welcome us and was extremely helpful throughout or stay; Yiannis and Georgia are excellent hosts and were on hand if we needed anything. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail. There really was everything we needed. Our apartment had a small balcony with clothes drying space and a view out across the sea to Turkey! In addition we had use of the private enclosed courtyard (nice for dinner), and a table and chairs outside (ideal for evening olives and Ouzo ;). We made very good use of all of these! To pick out a few features, it was nice to have a washing machine in the apartment (you don’t need to pack too much to stay here), the beds were excellent and there was air conditioning with a quiet mode (effectively silent) for a good night’s sleep. From the perspective of location, it was perfect for what we wanted: a short, pleasant walk into Kos, plenty food shops nearby (AB supermarket 5 mins walk), and about 90 seconds walk away from the beach, or indeed a tasty cocktail 😁 from a wide range of beach bars. At the same time (and paradoxically), the apartment is in a quiet residential area, so its peaceful too! You could *easily* spend all your time here, enjoying the beach, the apartment and the bars and restaurants but its a great base to explore further too; for example we booked a tour to Nisyros, took the ferry to Bodrum and hired a car for a day to travel to Kefalos and a few other places. All easy to do from this location. This was one of our best (possibly the best) holidays ever. All good, zero stress and amazing service. We were able to store our bags and fully enjoy our last day and then Yiannis very kindly dropped us off at the airport. You just can’t get better than this! Absolutely fantastic holiday. We WILL be back 😉 Going back home (see above!)

Nice aera with restaurants and bars. Everything was very clean and the hoste were very helpfull with anything we could ask for. Lovely greek neighbours. Cant pin point anything.
• Filiz (10/5): Exceptional - Very supportive owners, the best I have ever seen since a very long tlme. I had to work remotely from the room. When I told them I had nowhere to work until the check-in time, they kindly arranged the small terrace for me to work until the check-in time. They also tried their best for an early check-in for free. The kitchen has more than basic staff and the room is nicely decorated. The internet was also speedy and stable. I had no problems with connection even though all my calls were video enabled. During our conversations, I learnt that they worked on the infrastructure to improve the internet. The apartment is 20m to the beach. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommed this place. Nothing

• Ruth (10/5): Convenience, comfort, hospitality over the top. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. - The host himself provided transport from the airport to the property, and we received the keys directly from him. Before he left us he had explained everything from the key lockbox, the washing machine, local recommendations for eating, groceries, and how to contact him or his other help. He was so friendly and helpful it was like meeting an old friend. The apartments are conveniently located, just about a stone's throw, to one of the best restaurants in Kos town, the Old River Restaurant. The staff there became friends during our holiday we ate there so often. Food was great and affordable! Just across the street is one of the most beautiful and clean beaches in all of Kos with plenty of sunbeds for you to rent. This location is about a 10 minute walk from the ferry port/harbor area and even closer to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping. It was wonderful to have a washing machine to catch up on laundry and microwave as well as cooktop. Everything was immaculate and comfortable. The host was in touch everyday to make sure we didn't need anything. He himself, again, provided transport when we needed to get to the ferry with our luggage for a trip to a neighboring island, and he also arranged a Very reasonable priced (big discount) driver for us when we wanted to see the sunset in Zia and visit the Askeplion archaeological site. You won't find a more accomodating host and hostess nor a quieter, cleaner, better equipped rental. Give this place 10 stars! They even have a clothesline and clothespins to hang dry your clothes. Wi-fi was perfect while we there five days. Can't think of anything we didn't like. We might make mention that two of the apartment rentals are upstairs. That may be an obstacle for some vacationers but the steps have secure railing and we, at ages 71 and 73, were able to manage getting up and down without issues. The host and hostess helped with our luggage so we didn't have to lug those 50 lb bags ourselves. I did find the bikers on the bike paths around town a bit of a nuisance and would caution first time visitors to realize cyclists have the right of way in that portion of the sidewalks. Just beware and try to use the sidewalk on the opposite side of the bike paths. If you can't beat them join them, I suppose. Rent your own bike and enjoy the city that way.

• Nazli (10/5): Exceptional - I had an incredible stay at SeaStar Beach Apartments. The hosts (Georgia and Yiannis )were incredibly helpful and responsive, making my entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The location was exactly as advertised, perfectly situated and convenient for all my plans. (Super close to various nice beach club(s)) The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, which made for a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall, this place deserves a 10/10 rating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience! The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the softness of the bed and pillows, but that’s just a minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay.
• Muge (10/5): If you're coming to Kos Island, be sure to stay at Sea Star Beach Apartments. - The welcome was very warm and sincere. The wine, fruit, cakes, and of course, the ice-cold watermelon were perfect in this hot weather. These little surprises made us feel like we had arrived at our second home. Yiannis and Georgina were incredibly helpful even before we arrived on the island, assisting us with car rental and truly making us very happy. We rented our car affordably and without any issues. Yiannis kindly offered to pick us up from the port as soon as we arrived, which was very considerate. Despite our early arrival, they safely stored our luggage and even allowed us to check in early. They were very kind. The room was just as shown in the photos and was delightful. We cooked our meals with fresh, delicious products from the local market, and they helped us with everything we needed. The room had everything we could need to feel at home, including a water heater, stove, microwave, extra oven, refrigerator, and washing machine. We experienced and used it all. The room was very clean, and the kitchen utensils were thoughtfully provided. The entry and exit procedures were very secure, so you can trust this place without hesitation. We accidentally left some of our items in the room, and they promptly informed us. Their kindness truly impressed us. We had a wonderful 4-day stay; Kos Island felt like home to us. We can now say we have a home and family in Kos because Yiannis and Georgina feel like family. We are very grateful for their hospitality and constant support. If you are coming to Kos, stay here without hesitation and see for yourself what we mean. On our next visit to Kos, we will definitely choose them again. We love you, Georgina and Yiannis, and hope to see you again! There was nothing negative at all. If we could give 100 points, we'd probably give 120, or even 200! It was that good!!!
• Luana (9/5): Superb - Location was excellent and the host was very nice and the apartment super clean! Highly recommended I would move the air conditioner above the telly to avoid getting the cool air directly on your face.
• Kenan (10/5): SeaStar Beach apartments is the perfect place for accomodation in Kos. - First of all, Yiannis is a super host! He helped us tremendously in everything. Even though we arrived early in the morning on the day of arrival, our room was ready and we were able to leave our belongings at the facility until late on the last day. The facility is a 2-3 minute walk from Lambi beach. Our next visit to Kos will be definitely Sea-Star Beach. This apartment is strongely our recommendation for those planning a trip to Kos! • Abdullah (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has an ideal location, very close to the beach (almost on the beach) with 2 mins walking to many beach bars and restaurants and very walkable to the busy area of the city around the port and marina. The apartment itself as the pictures advertised, really clean and quiet which allows for a good night sleep. Yiannis and his wife made sure that my stay was the most comfortable, very attentive and always available if I have questions. Definitely when book it again Nothing
• Ruth (10/5): This was an experience with the best of host and hostesses and so many amenities. - Yiannis and Georgia surpass a 10 star rating by far! They communicated with us almost immediately after we booked several months ago and promptly answered every question we had in a most friendly manner. They anticipated our every need and made it their pleasure to assure any complications were resolved. When we asked for transfer from the airport to their apartment, over 35 km away, Yiannis himself came instead of sending a taxi and he met us outside the arrivals with a warm enthusiam, smiling and capably porting all our luggage. Upon arrival at the apartments we were truly impressed with the immaculate presentation of the rooms & convenience of ample electrical outlets. The decor is very tastefully and modernly arranged by Georgia with a beachy theme and the furnishings needed no updating. Very comfortable bed and nice balcony where a clothesline is provided with ample room to hang dry your laundry. Having previously been outdoors in the 38-40 degree Celsius heat of Athens we arrived with two loads of laundry. I did need to Google translate the washing machine selections but if I, a 71 yr old can do it, anyone can. A problem in the spin cycle during the second washload prompted me to ask Georgia on Whatsapp for help and within 5 minutes she and Yiannis arrived to resolve the situation. I probably caused it by forgetting to check pockets, They graciously assured us they were not criticizing and called later to make sure the washer didn't malfunction again. When we asked where we might rent a storage for our luggage while we made a weekend trip to Patmos from which we would return they did not hesitate to offer their pleasure to keep the luggage in their own home. They even drove us to the ferry for departure , gratis. A delightful beach sits only steps from the apartments as does a restaurant with very good food and ratings. Georgia and Yiannis were over and above the most happy, lovely, kindest hosts we have encountered in our travels. ... If the directions for the washing machine might be in translations for guests who are not Greek it would be a big help but as I mentioned the little problem was promptly and amiably given attention with no complaint or hesitation.
• Betty (10/5): Incredible modern & space apartment, hosts and location! - The property is brand new and tastefully appointed throughout. It is spacious with comfortable beds and high quality linen. The bathroom and shower were modern and clean. The was a washing machine AND CLOTHES DRYER, which is unheard of in Greece ! There were 3 new ACs throughout the apartment and 3 TVs! The free Wifi was super fast too!! We booked the 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious enough for 4 adults. The front courtyard was shady and a pleasure to sit in. The location is top notch. Just on the outskirts of Kos centre but still lots of dining options close at hand. It also meant it no was quiet and peaceful during the night. The BEST thing for us was its location from the beach. Literally 30 seconds from the front door to the beach deck chair. It got even better when we discovered the deck chairs were free. Buying a drink or food for the chair was the only payment required. Beach bar choices were ample, high quality and well priced. Yiannis and Georgia were the best hosts we’ve ever experienced. They were welcoming and were happy to cater to all our requests. They gave us great tips on local attractions and eateries. They were always spot on with their recommendations. They even drove us and picked us up to and from a beauty appointment and to the ferry port when we departed. They also allowed us an early check in and late check out as the apartment happened to have some availability on each end of our stay. All with eagerness and a smile on their faces. We felt like they were family. After a 5 night stay we were very sad to leave to say the least. But we will be back. Thank you Georgia and Yianni for making our Kos stay so memorable! The fact we had to leave and we didn’t book for a longer stay. Everything was perfect.
• Bridget (10/5): The most well stocked, well located apartment with the best hosts ever! - The location was amazing, 30 sec walk from the apartment to the beach with free beach chairs and umbrella and about 1km to the harbour, shops and restaurants. There was a supermarket a few blocks away. The apartment had EVERYTHING, a cook too, washing machine and all the little things, washing powder, all utensils, kitchen and bathroom appliances ,a welcome fruit platter and bottle of wine and regular fresh towels . The common areas , entrance and courtyard were cleaned daily. Best of all the hosts Georgia and Yiannis were super responsive, so friendly and welcoming and quick to recommend places to eat and shop. Yiannis organised a day trip to Bodrum , Turkey and provided invaluable tips to make the day special. Couldn’t recommend Sea Star more highly. Nothing! Georgia and Yiannis were super responsive and so friendly and keen to assist in making our stay memorable.

• Darissa (10/5): Exceptional - Yiannis, Georgia and Elena are truly superhosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible. The apartments A and B are next to each other upstairs, newly renovated, excellent condition and well equipped. Excellent shower water pressure. Location is steps from lambi Beach but quiet. Lots of parking. Yiannia was always responding immediately and even helped arrange car rental for us and took my friend to airport since we had different flights.we had delicious fruit in fridge and bottle of wine welcome. Amazing cannot recommend more. Nothing

I am so much impressed about their generosity, welcomed us with nice flowers, a bottle of wine and greek snacks on the table. You have everything you would need in an apartment. Location is superb too, very close to beaches, restaurants and bars and located in a very quiet street, so I believe we could not ask more. Definitely I will be back and cannot recommend enough. • Chrysoula (10/5): excellent stay - very hospitable hosts! - Spacious studio with a fully equipped kitchen that offers anything a holidaymaker needs to feel like home. Very positively impressed by the generosity of the owners, who welcomed me by kindly placing a plate with Greek goodies on the table and fruit. Very helpful throughout the stay, notably Yannis, who kindly shared information about other services (watersports, bike rental etc). Very conveniently located, close to Lambi Beach, restaurants and bars, but still in a quiet street, and in short walking distance from the Dolphin Square (the central square kind of). I would happily return back and cannot recommend it enough.

• Gašper (10/5): Exceptional - The most helpful owners I've ever traveled to. The apartment is new and well equipped. The location is great - 50 meters from a very nice beach (where there are free sunbeds with umbrellas) 15 minutes walk to Mylos (beach club) and 15 minutes walk in the other direction to the marina (Sitar bar). Very satisfied 👌 /
