- Mark (1/5): Bad - Total scam. Said they forgot about my booking. Hard to reach. Had to find a new place after arriving.
- Murphy (1/5): Bad - When I arrived I found out that it was double booked. So that left me stranded. The property person that I spoke to said that I would be refunded, but that has not happened yet. If I receive my refund I will update this review. There is no one at the property to speak to and communication is poor via text and email. As a solo traveler this experience was very stressful.

- Vanessa (7/5): Good - The flat was clean and big enough for the 4 of us. The check-in was an adventure as they forgot to send us the instructions so we had to call them a few times until.we could go in.
- Martin (1/5): Scam - avoid it - Nothing. This place is a scam. It charged me and never replied to allow me to check-in in. No responses via Booking, to calls or otherwise. void it.
- Christiane (9/5): Superb - Nice location (in a quiet neighborhood 20 mins walking distance from Tower Bridge, close to the supermarket and subway & bus stations). We felt safe walking at midnight after watching the New Year’s countdown and fireworks. The apartment has comfortable beds and heating; has all the essentials. Check-in was a little confusing at first but eventually went smooth when we contacted the host.
