• Claudia (7/5): - La stanza è accogliente ed esattamente come nella foto, pulita, con tutto il necessario. Zona residenziale, tranquilla e abbastanza periferica, ma vicina alla fermata metro. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile L'insonorizzazione è insufficiente e si sentono tutti i rumori che provengono dalle stanze vicine. Sconsigliato se siete sensibili al rumore. La colazione consiste in un buono di 3€ a persona. Non è sufficiente a coprire tutti i costi, ma è meglio di tutti i posti che non offrono nulla!

• Viateur (5/5): Le logement n'a pas répondu à mes attentes comme je l'espérais - La chambre était propre mais l'appareil pour faire le café ne fonctionnait pas. Au départ on croyait que c'était un hôtel mais en arrivant sur place nous avons constaté que c'est un nbnb. Pas de personnel sur place pour l'accueil Le petit déjeuner en dehors de l'établissement c'est du jamais vu. Une tasse de café avec un croissant, ce n'est pas un petit déjeuner pour un prix de 118€/nuit

• Monika (7/5): Decent budget stay - The accommodation was clean, the beds were comfortable, and overall it was a decent place to stay, especially considering the affordable price for Rome. The area is quite noisy, and the rooms are very close to each other - you can clearly hear other guests coming and going. Also, we were given 9€ breakfast vouchers instead of the 12€ ones that were supposed to be included. We let the host know, and she said she would bring the difference, but unfortunately that never happened.

• William (10/5): The rooms are far nicer than the building, which is OK. Right next to the rail station for air trave - There was no breakfast, there was a large communal kitchen if you brought your own. Coffee machine in room had two pods only. Breakfast would have been nice.
• Andrew (7/5): Nice rooms. Too far away from city. No breakfast on site. - Modern and clean. No tea making facilities in our room and only plastic cups for coffee which melted when used. Rooms not attended to on a daily basis even though we left the door card daily. Towels not replaced. Breakfast is either up the road or down the road in small cafes but could only have a croissant and a coffee. Any other choices had to pay for. No info in the room about travelling around and getting to the city ie bus routes, taxis etc. No WiFi.

Breakfast budget to spend in different cafes was not very high meaning only a coffee and one pastry a person was included.

• Gigliolla (9/5): Very nice place! - The room smelled really good! The owner of the room welcomed us very well and as agreed. The size of the room and bathroom are great. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos of the room, but it's exactly like the photos in the ad. There could be a blackout on the windows, as the curtains are very thin and woke us up very early...hahaha

• Hanna (8/5): Nice room, great location - The location is amazing: it's quiet and clean despite being a walking distance from tourist areas like Vatican City, Tiber and so on. There's a minimarket across the street and Carrefour next to the subway station in about five minutes by foot, so you can get yourself everything you need. One more five-minute walk brings you to a big street with a number of buses to go anywhere you like in the city. So commute is just as perfect as it can possibly be. Even the airport is reachable in about an hour. The room is very nice: everything is working, clean and nicely arranged. The bathroom is equipped with plenty of towels of every single size, shampoo and soap. The best part for sure is the kettle and the coffee machine in the room – as someone who either drinks tea or sleeps, I very much appreciate such a setup. Long story short, it's a nice room to spend a week in. One of the breakfast bars (Pansera) has a gorgeous assortment of the most fresh and tasty pastries to choose from. OMG, their choux with custard cream is unforgettable. Every breakfast is basically a massive temptation to just sit there and taste them one by one. There was a line about bedding change every three days in the property rules, so we expected someone to come for it and also take care of our trash but that didn't happen. We were only there for five days tho, so we decided to let it be, as it was no biggie anyway. Would be really great to have more options to store clothes – like shelves or even a dresser. We ended up just keeping everything in our suitcases. It is worth mentioning that breakfast isn't served on the property. You get coupons you can use in two bars nearby instead. No biggie again, as the bar we chose was very nice but not everyone likes to face the outside world before breakfast :)
• Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very confortable room, the facilities are as they say, and we had electric blinds, so we could sleep in complete darkness during the day. It is located close to public transport ( metro 5 min of walking, and busses 2-3 minutes). We had breakfast at 1 of the 3 bakeries that accept the 6€ ticket we had for 2 persons from our host, which can give you a piece of patisery( you can choose from a variety of 5 options) and a coffee or juice for each. We realy enjoyed the location for its quiet and view, as well as the cleanliness of the room. The pillows were too hard for my taste

Very clean room, very close to metro station, mini market across the street, meets all expectations that were described. nothing to complain.
• Marx (10/5): Great - The breakfast was really nice, but it's an Italian breakfast, i.e., many sweets. However, they also offer salty food. The location is good, it's near to the metro and a bus stop. Moreover, there are some interesting restaurants nearby, but they are difficult to find. The receptionist is a kind person. The room is a bit small, but it's cleaned and comfortable. It's ok for the price!

The area is really quiet at night, cannot hear any traffic. 5 min walk from the place, you get buses that will take you all over the Rome, plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. 15 min walk to Vatican City. The room was really nice, nice bathroom, clean and modern facilities. The owners (I only met one of them) she was very polite and kind. And not interfering (I only saw her once when I checked in). Room was perfect for solo or couples travellers. The only minus from me were bed bugs! I only noticed it properly during my 3rd night (when I woke up with clusters of little bites all over my legs). I'd recommend that the owner always washes all bedding before new guests arrive.
