• frederique (10/5): Pause agréable parmi les érables - Superbe hébergement très lumineux et très bien équipé à proximité de sentiers de randonnée à l’Anse St Jean et Petit Saguenay. Le cadre est magnifique. Un grand Merciiii au papa de la propriétaire pour ses bons conseils, sa disponibilité et pour son sirop d’érable. Rien. Tout était bien.

Facilité d’accès et bon emplacement pour visiter le parc naturel du fjord de Saguenay. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour! Rien. Tout était parfait!

• Timor (7/5): Great potential to be a lot better. Work in Progress - Beautiful remote location, literally on the edge of the forest, the outside is impressive, but inside it’s rather disappointing. Parts of the house are not finished yet, there is no ceilings on the ground floor, all the electrical cables and plumbings is exposed and very noisy when one uses the sink / wc above. There is only one shower, and one of the bedrooms is open to the living space below.

• Michael (8/5): Very good - This property is in a lovely location on the edge of a very nice community with facilities. The living area is spectacular with a good, well equipped kitchen. However, were were slightly suprised that there was only one shower room and separate WC for a three bed property. For two of us this was no problem but with 4 or 6 adults would be. We can see that this is a work in progress but were suprised that the main bedrooms (downstairs) still had not been finished, with no ceiling and service pipes and cables visible. However, it didn't spoil our overall enjoyment of the property. Although a long trip we still enjoyed our excursion to Tadoussac from here - glorious scenery and not too much traffic when we were there.

• Stephen (9/5): Luxurious, modern chalet close to ski area and Saguenay Fjord - Stunning new chalet, pictures don’t do it justice. The decor is very modern and Nordic chic. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, Nespresso machine, even a fondue. The shower is fantastic. Location is quiet and private. It is near the M’ont Édouard ski area, in summer there are walking trails and mountain biking. It is 20 minutes drive to L’Anse St Jean, at the Saguenay Fjord, where you can rent kayaks, etc and go on a cruise or whale watching tour. 2 bedrooms are downstairs, cool in summer, the other is a mezzanine level above the open plan living area. Mosquitoes, but that is just summer in a forest area. Some aspects of the chalet were slightly unfinished, like downstairs ceilings not boarded up yet so light and noise came through from other rooms. I am sure this will be dealt with soon. A couple of safety aspects - stairs to lower bedroom floor could do with a railing and a safety gate at the top to avoid falling down them; mosquito screen on porch not obvious, our son bumped into it - a sticker on the screen would avoid this.
