- Ursula (8/5): Sehr ruhige, moderne und großzügige Wohnung - Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend im Ortsteil Pivitsheide. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Großzügige Wohnung (großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Beistelltischen, Einzelbett, Schrank), großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, großzügige Couch, TV, Küchenbereich (voll ausgestattet), großes Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken, Spiegelschrank und viel Abstellmöglichkeiten, Flur, kleiner Freisitz mit Tisch und Stühlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und freundlich eingerichtet und mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Es handelt sich um eine Souterrainwohnung, daher etwas kühl und etwas dunkel. Alle Zimmer haben große Fenster mit Blick auf die Lichtschächte, Schlafzimmer zum Freisitz. Als es kühler wurde, haben wir von dem sehr netten Vermieter einen Heizlüfter für das Bad bekommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Etwas dunkel und kein schöner Blick aus den Fenstern, was aber bei einer Souterrainwohnung von vorneherein klar ist .
