• Drshaimaa (10/5): An exceptional stay in a luxurious, perfectly located sea view apartment with an incredibly attentive host — I’ll defini - I had a wonderful stay at this sea view apartment. The place was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The building itself is luxurious and adds to the overall experience. The host was incredibly kind and professional. He allowed me to leave my luggage early, which I truly appreciated, and he kept checking in to make sure I didn’t need anything during my stay. The location is perfect — directly opposite Coles and just steps away from Southern Cross Station, making everything extremely convenient. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely choose it again whenever I visit Melbourne. Nothing

Great view and the host made is easy to access the apartment, kept Constant communication to ensure my stay was comfortable Strategic location with all facilities available in the apartment.

The room was very high up, which we were not used to. It was also quite and noisy if you are a light sleeper; wind/rain/street noises

• Rebel (10/5): Lovely clean little room and in a great location greatly priced will definitely stay again - Location was great close to everything and easy to get around Melbourne with local trams Room was also great The host extremely helpful and the room and facilities lovely and clean. Only downside to the stay was having 1 key. So we couldn’t leave the room unless we were together. I’m sure if requested 2 they would have provided another. They where extremely helpful

• Wai (10/5): Exceptional - it is conveniently located and easily accessible, within walking distance to the Southern Cross station. Easy to get around the cbd. The host is incredibly helpful and responsive to queries. One of the light bulbs of bed light went off suddenly and the host arranged speedy replacement which was absolutely impressive. Will be my go-to air b&b next time i am back in town again! Good value for money. highly recommend!
• Kirri-lee (8/5): Very good - The location was good close to southern cross. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The key got stuck in the door every time we used it. The small sofa bed was too small for someone to sleep on comfortably, the lack of towels and pillows.
• Pamela (7/5): It was very good EXCEPT for the sofa bed and the lack of linen for it. - Centrally located, near to Southern Cross station and lots of trams. The facilities were exceptional except for the sofa bed. The swimming pool, gym and amenities on level 9 were stunning. The coffee plunger. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and as I used it for 9 nights, I’d wake up a bit sore and not very well rested each morning. I’d also asked for bedding for the sofa bed, unfortunately, all that was provided was 1 duvet inner without a cover

• Sandra (9/5): Superb - Overall- lovely apartment. Would totally stay again. Location excellent near Sthn Cross station and free tram. Great view. Cleaning could be better. Condom wrapper & tampon under bed.(so I left them there) & very dirty in laundry cupboard. Pamphlet said spare bedding & doona in cupboard but only flat sheet, 2 pillows(no cases) for spare bed. Would have liked a bathmat.
• Connor (7/5): Good - Great views on a high level, communication was good, and the pool and facilities were welcomed. Was very central to the main train station so no stress after a flight and plenty of food options around. Lack of essentials in the apartment, 1 towel each for 4 nights (with gym and pool facilities), no bath mat, coffee, and tea items. AC was very slow to work to the point I wouldn't be sure it even did if it didn't have a thermostat. The key cubby didn't open for me, but the owner/host was great and was able to open it remotely within minutes.

In general it was a very good place for our needs as a family, spending a few days in Melbourne. The frying pans looked terribly. The bedsheet was kind of too small while sleeping on the sofa. But that are really minor issues.

• Lauren (8/5): Great location. Loved our stay - Loved the central location. Access to the pool and saunas was amazing. We loved it and definitely will be staying again! Would be handy to know prior to arrival that you need to scan the QR code on the way in to access level 9 (as staff at desk were busy). A spare roll of toilet paper would be nice.

• Anni (8/5): incredible views - Great location and incredible views of the city. Apartment was lovely and new, sofa bed would be great for younger kids but a bit small for teenagers. Lucky to get this accommodation on a busy GP weekend with multiple big events overlapping. Getting the keys from a locker at the station and following the instructions was a bit confusing at first but now that we have done it once it would be totally fine. Car needs to be parked in a separate building but that's to be expected.

Good facilities in the apartment and spacious. Fridge was not clean. No tea and coffee supplies. Wind whistling under front door when the air conditioner was on was very noisy, had to put a towel accross the floor at the bottom of the door. Didn't realise we were going to be on the 49th floor, quite a trip in the elevator and suprise when we first walked in with the view

• Natalie (9/5): We had a fabulous family stay - Great apartment and facilities, exactly what we were after There is a loud whistling sound when the entry door is closed, we put a towel down to stop the noise. It needs a seal out over the bottom of the door.
