• Георги (10/5): Отличен избор - локация, уют, чистота, гостоприемен домакин - Много приятен, чист, уютен, зареден с кафе, чай, сладки и дори вино. Локацията е точно срещу парка и плажа на Аспарухово. Бонус - долу в сградата имат чудесна пекарна и работилница за торти, в която правят всякакви разкошни закуски и десерти. Не е критика, по-скоро препоръка да се помисли за решение - системата за отключване на вратата направи номер на два пъти и ако объркаш цифрите на кода трябва да изчакаш, за да опиташ отново, което е доста досадно, особено ако бързаш да се прибереш. Втора препоръка - хубаво е да се помисли някъде да се сложи цяло огледало.

• Tatjana (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen. - Eine der saubersten Wohnungen, in der wir übernachtet haben! Sehr detaillierte und korrekte Anweisungen für den Wohnungszugang. Hell, warm, freundlich, schön eingerichtet. Zum Silvester gab es ein "Willkommenspaket". War richtig schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke ideal. An der Wohnung absolut nichts auszusetzen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Die Parkplatzsituation am Haus war nicht wirklich entspannt, aber einen Parkplatz haben wir dennoch gefunden. Kostenlos.

New building placed next to the big park, 15 min needed to walk to the beach. Food stores are not far from apartment. Owner is very hospital and helpful person! Highly recommend this option

Many thoughtful touches like wine and sweets which we really appreciated. Good shower, fast WiFi. Walking distance to Lidl, big park downstairs. Easy free parking at the building. Clear and quick communication with host. Wish there was a washing machine.
