• Thomas (4/5): Nach einer Nacht vorzeigig abgereist, statt 2 Nächten. - Freundlicher Kontakt Duschabtrennung und Armatur scheinbar (länger?) nicht gereinigt. Tote Spinne auf Duschablage und Spinnenweben an den Lampen im Bad. Dusche sollte man insgesamt, auch bei dem Preis sauberer erwarten. Matratze recht hart (wie härterer Schaustoff). Bodendielen im Zimmer quietschen bei jedem Schritt. Bad und Dusche im Erdgeschoss, Zimmer im OG.
• Zimbabve (1/5): Rejected, money not returned. - Nothing. Everything was not human I arrived ten minutes before check-in time. I met the owner in front of the house. She refused to settle, citing that she did not accept booking orders. While I was trying to deal with the hostess and contact the support service, the time for the appeal had passed. As a result, I stayed on the street at night, and the money was not returned to me. Be careful with the owner of this property. Check check-in time and leave a margin of time before the end of the check-in time to communicate with the support service. At least you can get your money back. I see that the check-in time has already been changed to two hours. You can get manipulated
