• Gelsumino (1/5): Tremendo - Nulla Due giorni prima della partenza vengo contattato dalla titolare la quale dice che a causa di un errore devono spostare il nostro soggiorno in un altra struttura ricettiva. Costretto ad accettare io e la mia famiglia veniamo dirottati in una cantina adibita a struttura ricettiva. 2 mini finestre in corrispondenza dell' atrio del palazzo che non garantivano un ricircolo di aria. Puzza di fogna persistente. Wifi rotto e assenza totale di segnale. Locale sporco e letti scomodi.

• lorenzo (2/5): - le uniche cose positive dell'alloggio sono state la posizione dato che con 10 minuti di camminata si arriva alla metro piazza cavour e la wifi che risultava stabile ed efficiente. A partire dai proprietari che non sono stati in grado di risolvere alcun problema dei tanti riscontrati. abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda dal primo giorno e nessuno si è mosso per risolvere quindi 3 giorni con docce gelate. Abbiamo pagato 44 euro di tasse di soggiorno fidandoci della parola della proprietaria ma controllando poi sarebbero state 24 e nessuno si è fatto sentire per restituire la differenza. La pulizia dell'alloggio era penosa, peli dappertutto, asciugamani macchiati di nero e marrone lasciati in giro per la stanza, lenzuola del letto macchiate sempre di nero e marrone. La comodità del letto pari a zero sia rumoroso che scomodo. La stanza si trova in un vicoletto con ricorrenti scooter/moto che passano durante tutto il giorno.
• Javier (4/5): Buena ubicación, precio asequible, propietaria intensa - ubicación buena y precio asequible No funciona el agua caliente, la calle donde está ubicado es muy ruidosa por las noches y la cama para la 3.ª persona no era una cama, era una especie de "bunk bed" totalmente hecho polvo, curvado, muy pequeño y con un colchón que apenas medía 10 cm de ancho, por lo que sentías la base de hierro en la espalda. (desplegamos el sofá para dormir porque si no no había manera posible de que alguien durmiese ahí). La mujer encargada es demasiado intensa, solo para poder concretar la hora de llegada, me llamó 10 veces!!! Desde varias llamadas el día antes, como llamadas continuas desde que llegué a Nápoles, cada pocos minutos para ver si ya llegaba (cuando ya le había dicho que el avión iba con retraso y llegaríamos un poco más tarde de lo acordado). Mi recomendación para ella: por favor, relájate un poco...

• Giorgia (9/5): Appartamento pulito e ottimo in centro a Napoli. - Abbiamo prenotato il giorno prima e non sapevamo cosa aspettarci. La proprietaria è una bellissima persona, sono arrivata da sola e mi ha accompagnata alla struttura. Abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento semplice, pulito e con un ottima qualità prezzo. L’unica cosa che non c’era era la WiFi ma visto che l’appartamento è nuovo di zecca, la proprietaria ci ha rassicurate dicendo che la metterà molto presto, quindi confido molto in lei. Io e la mia amica poi dovevamo andare a un concerto fuori Napoli e la proprietaria ci ha anche aiutate a trovare un taxi. Una delle strutture più pulite in cui io sia mai stata e poi la gentilezza vince su tutto. Tornerò sicuramente. Appartamento molto vicino al centro, arrivi ovunque a piedi. Grazie di tutto.
• Joanna (3/5): Nie polecam - Lokalizacja blisko centrum Gospodarz nie pojawił się, aby przekazać klucze. Musieliśmy pójść je odebrać do innego miejsca. Gospodarz policzył więcej podatku miejskiego niż było na bookingu. Co było bardzo nie w porządku. Słabo wyposażony aneks kuchenny. W mieszkaniu jest bardzo głośno.
• Aloi (6/5): - Niente Dalla pulizia alla biancheria, per non parlare del bagno...poi dicono animali ammessi e ti fanno pagare la tassa a parte,ti dicono macchina x il caffè, polverosa senza cialde,una persona arriva non viaggia con cialde x il caffè dietro... quindi tutto non veritiero quello da loro descritto.

• Irén (6/5): - Tiszta volt a szállás, rugalmasak az érkezési idő módosításnál. Közel volt mindenféle bolt, metro, buszállomás. Éjjel csend volt A felszereltség. Hianyzott a wc ülőke, pohár, tányér stb. De ez könnyen pótolható lenne. Nem volt meleg víz. 4 főből 2 ember tudott zuhanyozni este, reggel sem volt egyáltalán melegvíz. Mivel 1 éjszakát voltunk kibírtuk, de hosszabb tartozkodásnál ez kényelmetlen. Hangos volt este, de szerencsére később nyugodt lett a környék. Az útvonaltervező elsőre ijesztő sikátorokon át vezetett oda, de utána találtunk biztonságos útvonalat.

• Marian (8/5): It was ok - It was closer to our objectives, we booked last minute because we reserved somewhere else and had to change, the lady was very polite, we had what we needed fridge, tableware, many towels Very very noisy because of mopeds and outside neighbours and hot water was only first 2/3 days, but I don’t think you can rent better in the area

• Indre (6/5): - Butas yra centre. Kavos aparatas buvo, bet nebuvo puodelių jai gerti. Vienai nakčiai butas buvo tinkamas, kai valarieniavome mieste. Bute trūko indų, puodelių, įrankių. Lova svetainėje buvo labai nepatogi ir kieta miegoti. Butas randasi vietinių italų gatvėje, iš dalies įdomu patirti jų kasdienybę, bet nesijaučiau saugiai tame bute. Labai prasta garso izoliacija.

L appartamento aveva dei peli un po in tutto il pavimento, non era per niente attrezzata la cucina, zero bicchieri. La presa del frigo dietro il frigo mezza rotta e dovevo spostare il frigo per attaccare la spina del fornello, scomodissimo. Il letto matrimoniale rumoroso.

• Ioannis (6/5): Convenient location, not very convenient staying. - The apartment is well-located, very close to the historic centre of Naples and within reasonable walking distance of public transportation. It made getting around the city quite easy. The apartment itself was clean on arrival, and both the property and the surrounding neighbourhood felt reasonably safe during our stay; we didn’t encounter any issues. That peace of mind added to our overall comfort. Being on the ground floor of a very narrow street comes with several downsides. Despite the tight space, scooters frequently pass by, and since you're sleeping only a couple of meters from the road, the noise can be quite disturbing, especially at night. The layout also means that almost no natural light gets into the apartment, which makes it feel quite dark even during the day. Another challenge was the sleeping arrangements for a third guest. While the double bed was reasonably comfortable, the options for the third person (a folding bed or a sofa bed) were not comfortable at all. The pillows were also too thick for our preference, though that might be subjective. The most significant issue was with the hot water. Even after keeping the boiler on for several hours, hot water would literally last only a few minutes, which made showering inconvenient even for the first person each time. There were also some minor issues with communication and clarity: although a €3 optional breakfast was mentioned at the time of booking, we never received any follow-up information (and admittedly didn’t inquire further). Additionally, while we were informed in advance about a local payment of €54, we were asked to pay €60 upon arrival. Due to the language barrier, we paid it without being able to clarify the discrepancy.
• Czechak (6/5): Pleasant - Located within walking distance of Garibaldi station, close to Old Town Although the apartment is located on the side road it was quite noisy during the night, the noise was caused by scooters passing the apartment until late hours at night. Plastic cutlery and plates in the kitchen

• Donald (8/5): The best spot for enjoying the heartbeat of Naples! - The best location for getting your feet to the ground in Naples! Easily accessible metro for getting out and about, walking distance to fabulous shops, restaurants, the Archaeological Meseum, botanic gardens, and Capodimonte Park. Nice room with AC and high-speed internet! Naples is a big city like any other big city. It can be noisy into the evenings, so be aware of your own personal sleep requirements.
• Clydesdale (8/5): Good location, friendly owners, comfortable apartment - Owners were extremely nice, it was in a fairly good location, 2 beds were large enough to fit 4 people and they provided us with free snacks, water. only problem was there was no hot water and it was really easy for the bathroom to flood.
