• sarah (8/5): - Spacious cottage with some privatish outdoor space. Nice to have the kids area. Beds very comfortable and good sizes. Lovely lounge, handy having downstairs toilet. Plenty of towels, tea towels, hand wash. Good location for accessing different costal spots. Left us a welcome pack. Martin and Carol were very friendly but on whole gave us our own space. The spiders 😊 Being right on the road. The bathroom sink tap spurts out everywhere. The kitchen wasn't that well equipped.

Well located for enjoying this part of Devon. The property is very close to a busy road. If you are used to traffic noise this is no problem
