Guest Reviews
- Tony (5/5): - Location and friendly staff. Door lock was impossible. Should have been repaired beforehand. Wifi does not work in rooms as advertised. Had to leave key in room as main hotel locked up. No instructions.
- Brown (8/5): The Fountain - Soham - Very nice room, a short stroll from our party venue, really friendly staff. The bathroom was quite small with no hooks on the door to hang anything up when showering a d the bathroom didn't have a shelf.

- Sean (8/5): Good clean accommodation conveniently placed for town - Nice clean room, easy access, and convenient location in town Immediately adjacent the beer garden so not the quietest location

- Marco (8/5): - Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort aber das war wirklich gut muss ich sagen. da habe ich eigentlich nichts was mir einfällt
- Richard (8/5): Very good - The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean. The rooms being IN the beer garden felt odd. This meant there was an issue with noise from the pub’s customers.
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Janet (3/5): Poor - They were friendly it was clean It was a small very hot ground floor room and when you opened the small window it was into the beer garden so there was no privacy or peace.
A car alarm went off in the car park about midnight ( we were more or less in the car park) and then it went off all night every half hour.
At about 7-30am the beer delivery arrived and was rolled passed the window.
We just didn’t get any peace at all.
- Sarah (7/5): Lovely stay - Lovely staff. Great bed and Pillows. Needs a bedside table and lamp and a hook for the towel in the bathroom.
- David (2/5): The worst place we have stayed in using Booking.com - Good location and parking on site Very noisy pub until the early hours . Couldn’t open the window on a hot night because of the noise. Small room and shower room. Mold in the shower. No room service for our second night’s stay. Extremely expensive for what was provided.
- Lomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liz (5/5): Passable - Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Don’t expect to get much sleep. It’s a very lively beer garden you are next to, serving till 2am on a Saturday night!
- Mark (10/5): Brilliant - Beautiful rooms brilliant service and pub None
- Adrian (8/5): Lovely staff. Very comfortable bed - This facility doesn't do food and hasn't done for sometime. It's about time Booking.com and others updated their information. Which you evidently haven't done!! No food. See above
- Kaity (10/5): Exceptional - Was a great place. Staff are amazing and friendly. I enjoyed talking to them. They were really welcoming The WiFi didn't work from my room that's it
- Paul (7/5): OK - Plenty parking, good bedding, tea & coffee in room. Friendly staff. Noise from pub room is adjacent and looks into beer garden.

- Chris (1/5): Bad - It was that bad I would like a refund I've never stopped in such a dirty room especially for £90 The room was filthy shower everything
- Kim (10/5): Lovely and quiet room with own key to come and go - Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower and clean towels. Tea& coffee making facilities. TV Not a problem but it’s a shame they don’t do food. Especially breakfast.

- Francesca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (6/5): Acceptable - No breakfast. Hot water
- Derek (8/5): Enjoyable stay, providing very good accommodation at a good price in a great location. - excellent location. Staff were very friendly and provided a relaxed atmosphere. The room was very cosy and warm and welcome in what was a very cold and wet period of weather. The bed was extremely comfortable. Altogether excellent value for money. Nothing at this time.
- Ian (1/5): Manageress was useless and after she took our payment , within 5 minutes of arrival did not want to know any more. - Nothing The bedroom was very very small
- Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly and helpful staff who were very patient. The room was comfortable and recently refurbished. The shower was a bit stiff, needs a bit of WD40.
- Robert (3/5): Poor - Bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure Very run down bathroom, head high shelf on wall made accessing the bathroom from that side of the bed a bit hazardous, no shower gel or shampoo, no hair drier, completely overpriced for the facilities on offer, poor sound proofing, probably the worst room we have used in the last twenty year at any price.
