• Ewa (1/5): - I left this hostel early and moved to a different one because I did not feel safe during my stay. Even though I had a room just for myself, I still felt uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this made my experience very disappointing.

• Declan (9/5): Would happily stay again - Property was clean, well organised and perfect for my needs. Shower was stone cold. Apart from that, it was perfect.

Proximity to places is top notch - Did not have breakfast there and I don't think there was breakfast service there no staff presence it was a nice and easy self check in. It wasn't an ensuite, general bathroom dedicated to about 6 users. The bathroom on my wing has no hot water I had to go to another wing to take my shower all through my stay. Tea spoon wasn't available in my room.
• Joanne (1/5): Horrible experience - I couldn't stay in the room with my teenage daughter because the lock on the room was unsafe- the key didn't even fit in the lock from inside. Staff were not onsite or available to help so I had to leave immediately and had to pay to stay elsewhere at the last minute. I contacted them but haven't received a reply. I have taken a video of the lock to provide evidence. I asked for a partial refund but haven't been contacted. Lack of safety

L'irrespect de certains hôtes n'ayant pas respecté les horaires d'utilisation des lave-linge et sèche-linge. De fait, avant de comprendre enfin d'où venait le bruit sourd dans ma chambre, j'ai mal dormi la 1ère nuit.

From the outside building looks very old and quite devastated. But as mentioned above inside is very clean so don't worry.

• Marika (5/5): Ostello Comodo per la vicinanza al centro, servizi leggermente scarsi. - L’acqua del bagno era davvero ghiacciata, sia quella del lavandino che quella della doccia, dunque godere di una doccia calda è stato impossibile. La struttura è a quindici minuti a piedi dal centro, tutto sommato comodo, ma per quello che abbiamo pagato per una notte (87€ circa) essendo un ostello, direi che è stato davvero eccessivo, sopratutto per i servizi offerti.

• Ellen (1/5): - Nothing. We were locked out of our room when we first arrived. We were never sent any code to get in. We called earlier that day to confirm our stay AND arrival time, which was confirmed by the receptionist, who also said they would send the check in information later… never did. There was no one working when we arrived and the “emergency” phone number they had hanging up was useless. Called MULTIPLE times, no response. Traveling out of the country, would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Thankfully we found an Airbnb close, but if we hadn’t we would have been stranded because of the carelessness of this business!!

It felt like really good value for money, especially for the location. Staff were friendly and everything was straightforward. Would definitely stay again. Nothing to complain about. For the price, it was exactly what I needed.

• Ashley (8/5): Noisy but fine for what we needed - Location wasn't too bad, not in the "centre" but around £5 in an uber to town. It would be walkable if you didn't have your heels on. Clean enough, suitable for what we needed. Staff were nice and it was easy to check in at the property. There was no milk in the room for tea/coffee. There were teabags and coffee sachets but couldnt use them as not milk. It was soooo LOUD. There is a constant drip or banging or something coming from somewhere. On arrival we actually thought it was another room having a bit of "fun" but the noise was constant for 2 days straight. Take ear plugs.

• David (8/5): Excellent value for money and great location. - Obviously the price at £61 for two nights. The location was excellent,, I’m on crutches so it was 3-4 min journey in an uber down to the city centre and train station. You could walk down in 15 mins. The mattress was a bit springy and having recently broke my back, hip and pelvis I was a bit stiff in the morning. That’s the only reason why I’m writing this. If you are fit and well there shouldn’t be any problems.

Also the pillows could do with updating as they are very poor quality

• Bora (2/5): Very disappointing stay with poor facilities, no support when needed and basic amenities not working - location I had a very disappointing experience staying here and would not recommend it. Some rooms have lockers that require you to set and remember a long password. This might not seem like a big issue at first, but it becomes inconvenient especially if you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night when you’re half asleep and likely to forget the code. More importantly, I had a problem around 2 am and there was no one at reception. They provide an emergency contact number, but when I tried calling it, it didn’t even ring, which was quite concerning. There were also several basic comfort issues. The heaters were not working during the night, making the room very uncomfortable. In the morning, I tried to take a shower early, but there was no hot water available. Overall, this place lacks proper support and essential amenities. I would not stay here again.
