- Caitlin (10/5): A wonderful, cosy stay in this charming house - A beautiful cottage, immaculately clean with everything we needed in the kitchen and very generously, a bottle of prosecco to celebrate NYE! Lina was extremely kind and also left some Lego for our little one to play with. Check in/out was very easy and the house is in a perfect location to explore lovely Bovey Tracey. The house was warm, beds very comfy - couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely book again in the future!
- Arthur (10/5): 😊😊😊😊 - Really clean, warm. Everything catered for. Parking. But easy to get around. Parking ok in village.
- Carol (10/5): Ideal location for us to visit family and friends in Devon - Christmas tree and decorations were a nice touch and contributed to a festive family gathering
- Emma (9/5): Warm and cosy cottage, perfect place to return to after autumn walks on Dartmoor - Cosy cottage, good facilities - washing machine & tumble dryer, lovely basics provided.

- Rebecca (9/5): Lovely character cottage! - Lovely cottage close to main street. Lina very attentive and sorted everything for us. Parking can be a bit of a pain but we managed to get a space on the road close by.

- Anne (8/5): Cottage anglais - Idéalement situé pour randonner dans le dartmoor.
Le logement est dans le style cottage anglais. Bien équipé.
Facile de se garer dans la rue en face.

- Alison (10/5): Delightful cottage in a great location. - Lovely quaint cottage in a good setting. Close to everything. Very comfortable. Nothing really just the shower was difficult to use as water temperature went from hot to cold constantly
- Belinda (10/5): Exquisite - Lovely and well equipped cottage. The garden was a real bonus with plenty of garden furniture I tire and a parasol which was great- as the weather too was glorious. So close to amenities- park and river walks just across the road. Fantastic bakery and a breakfast stop just steps away.
- Zoe (8/5): Very good -

- Michelle (9/5): A fantastic place to explore Dartmoor from :) - We enjoyed our stay at Little Reeds. It was a very cosy base and we loved having our meals in the garden. The kitchen was very well stocked. All of the utensils we brought weren't even unpacked as they were already in the kitchen! The only thing that confused us was the location of the key box. Parking could be hard but we found that there were normally spaces to be found on the dominos car park further up the road. Just don't park in the spaces reserved for the flats.
- Pea (10/5): Fantastic cottage, very clean, well equiped & beautiful garden - Fantastic cottage, garden and location! The house was lovely. The only very slight thing was parking but we managed to park just down the road.
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Everything was to a very good standard No name on the property to identify it
- Kimberley (9/5): Superb -
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Anne (9/5): Superb -
- Joanna (9/5): A welcoming cosy retreat from the stresses of modern life. - Interesting cottage with olde world feel. Cosy and well placed for Bovey and Devon exploring .
Lovely looking garden even though we didn’t make it out there! We’re so used to having a sofa at home it was a suprise not having one , but we adapted to the armchairs quickly !
- Daniel (8/5): Very good - Lovely, cute and cosy.
Comfy beds and bedding.
Washing machine helped alot!
Nice and clean. Parking wasn't ideal, but really not a problem.
A sofa would have been great, but again, not a problem.
No microwave was a shame (my sister has special dietary requirements needing a microwave). But again, no biggy for non picky eaters.
- Bruce (9/5): Comfortable stay - The bed was comfortable, and the cottage was warm, lovely garden. We were able to park our car on the road opposite.
- Jennifer (9/5): Exceptional accommodation - Everything in the house. We wanted for nothing. It is so well appointed and everything covered.
The garden was also lovely. Secluded and quiet No parking. It is a busy town and absolutely no parking at any time of the day or night especially outside the property.
- D (8/5): Really beautiful old property, like in the film "The Holiday" - It wasn't made clear, but we rang the mobile number and spoke with the host, who lives next door. No allocated parking, we were lucky to park nearby, on the road. There was no sofa in the lounge, only small cottage style chairs. For up to four adults or adults and children a medium sizes sofa would have made it extra "cozy"
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chas (8/5): Enjoyable and relaxed - It was clean, cosy and well equipped. The garden was delightful… The duvet was too hot! Perhaps carpets in the bathroom aren’t a good idea…
Personally I would have liked a radio in the kitchen.
- Andy (10/5): Fabulous cottage, really beautiful and great location. Thank you to Caroline, our host! -
- Emma (10/5): A wonderful quaint cottage for a well rested stay. 10/10 - This was the perfect getaway for the weekend. Lovely quaint thatched roof cottage with a stunning garden. The host was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Good amenities and great extra such as board games and Bluetooth speaker. Good powerful shower and comfy beds. The location was great, lots of local amenities walking distance. We visited The Bell pub which was great, cute little beer garden with friendly bar staff, table service and good pub grub. Nothing! Had a perfect stay, will definitely be back again.
