- Adam (5/5): Avoid - Working heating . Cutterly , scratched frying pan- i bought my own one, pillows with some blood or stain, dirt under bed , bad soft mattress, house outside busy road, cold bathroom, sleeping room downstairs ( cella) , bad communication with owner, 3 weeks and still waiting for deposit back to me. After providing me some (doggy) link to pay deposit and putting correct details every time , payment not went through every time , ive been told like to idiot to put correct details... . (my account after 1 week was hacked! Do not use link provided to pay safety deposit, use proper business details for transfer.) Strange. Finaly he send correct bank details with name , sort code , and Ac number for safety deposit payment... left house in very good order.... unrealll. Hope Booking.com will sort this out for me

- Andy (1/5): Be aware of the additional £150 deposit. - Ended up not using the property as no longer required but ***BE AWARE THEY DEMAND AN ADDITIONAL £150 BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AS A DEPOSIT *** read the legal small print before you book
- Nicole (7/5): Pleasent and cosy - In a good location and convenient parking close by. Milk and juice provided which was amazing! Definitely a bit rough around the edges, can tell it’s been furnished with cheap furniture etc.
- jason (10/5): Perfect place to relax - Perfect place to relax with everything you need for a short stay, owners very easy to deal with and very helpful

- Justyna (10/5): - Amazing place for stay in Aberdeen. No problems
- Ewelina (6/5): Great northern apartment - Was in good location and I liked that bedroom was downstairs and kitchen living room and bathroom upstairs big table 2 seats couch very comfy bed .
Bathroom and bedroom very clean When we arrive someone forgot to take old food from the counter smelling meat mouldy bread and old yoghurt kitchen tops was very sticky lot's of Moths and I think person who suppose to clean that place forgot to clean kitchen and living room i was mopping the floor in kitchen and hoovering the carpet
Owner suppose to check property after cleaning before he let people in
- Shelley (4/5): Disappointing - Location, washing machine, main bedroom was ok The second bed was broken no correspondence from the people renting. Few things broken or falling off throughout the flat example the roller blinds cord, skirting.
- Zgzg (8/5): Perfect for work, had everything I needed and more. -
- Amiee (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable and homely
- Zgzg (9/5): Relaxing -
- Yasuyuki (8/5): Very good - good location
- Peter (8/5): Good value for money - Good bus location
- Keith (5/5): Had potential but the sleeping arrangements were just not good enough for the money - The second bed was a fold down, missing one slat and with the thinnest mattress ever, extremely uncomfortable that we slept on the floor the second night
- Jenny (8/5): Own kitchen, easy access to the hospitals - 20 minutes ish walk to Aberdeen maternity hospital. Free on street parking. Wouldn’t recommend for a holiday but for the purpose of work it was spot on.
- Susan (8/5): good if we were younger wrong lay out for older people - central to where we needed no stairs at door nice for money radiator in bathroom needs a paint and light in living room needs a dust and unfortunately as we don't travel a lot didn't realise
we had to climb to toilet as we are elderly might be good if that was on booking that the bathroom is on a different level
- John (8/5): Very good - Spacious, washing machine, good location for what we needed (near to P&J Live). Although parking is free and in bays outside on the road we always managed to find a space. The television couldn't get traditional Freeview. Although breakfast is included it only consists of boxes of cereal and some packaged croissants with some jam and butter in the fridge. I am 6 ft 4 and 68 years old and although the bed was comfortable I didn't like the fact that it was only about a foot off the floor. Difficult to get off for me. It could also do with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe as there is plenty of space to put them.
Not really a complaint but just observations, it could do with a net curtain in the main window to stop people looking in, a microwave and side tables to the settee. It could also do with an information booklet on how to work the heating and hot water and some information of local restaurants etc.
- Rimmy (3/5): Poor -
- Alfreda (7/5): My stay was comfortably alright. - It was spacious and clean in a good location. There was no wardrobe to hang clothes
- Norma (5/5): An extremely basic place with no added homeliness. Some stuff in the fridge and cupboard for breakfast which was an unex - The bed was very comfortable and the location was quiet. There was however a lot needing done to the appt to make it better. There were no drawers and nowhere to hang any clothes…?! Very poor quality furnishings and fittings. Lack of comfort throughout. Very basic with no where to hang any clothes… Rusty radiator in the bathroom and dodgy wires hanging everywhere in the kitchen..
- Alexandru (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amar (8/5): Very good -
- Shokoh (8/5): The flat was very nice, clean and good location with free parking outside the flat. Definitely we will return. - The location, free parking, cleanliness and helpful. The bedroom is downstairs with no downstairs toilet.
- Adedoyin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Frances (9/5): Superb - Comfortable house.
- Bj (5/5): Passable - Location room ok
- Ben (10/5): Nice to come back after a long day of work - Nice tidy everything we needed for the stay Nothing
- John (10/5): Exceptional - There was nothing not to like about the place. Everything down to the parking was perfect. Would definitely stay at this property again. I can't find nothing not to dislike.
