• PATRICIA PILAR (5/5): No pudimos dormir - La ubicación era buena pero con el inconveniente de que toda la noche hubo jaleo en la calle, por lo que no pudimos dormir bien Hacía mucho calor y la ventana se golpeaba constantemente ya que el gancho estaba largo y no hubo forma de poderlo apañar. Al estar el alojamiento ubicado en un municipio muy ventoso, toda la noche estuvo dando la lata el golpeteo de la ventana

• Sara (6/5): - La ubicación y comercios de su alrededor Que en los anuncios de booking refiere una cocina que se ve comunitaria, y no es asi es un apartamento que está alquilado todo el año y se anuncia con opción de esa cocina y no es así, también en las fotos hay una pequeña nevera y no es asi. Tampoco dejaron instrucciones de como hacer la salida, tuve que dejar las llaves debajo de una mesa que hay de recepción.

• MARÍA JUANA (1/5): El anfitrión no acudió - El anfitrión no se presentó a la hora acordada x un problema.Después de dos horas y media me escribió para decirme si todavía estaba esperando en la puerta,22.30 horas.Tuve que buscar hospedaje en tres establecimientos,ya q en Vecindario no hay muchos apartamentos y hoteles y necesitaba quedarme allí.No lo recomiendo.

• Maria Nieves (4/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación No tenía el baño en la habitación, es incómodo. El alojamiento es como una casa con sus habitaciones, unas tienen baño dentro y otras no. Para mi no es práctico y resulta muy incómodo a a hora de salir y entrar de la habitación. El aislamiento tampoco es muy bueno. Se escucha todo . Si tu intención es solo pasar una noche e irte está perfecto, si buscas un lugar acogedor y vas en pareja...sigue buscando.

Me la cambiaron por una “suite” con cocina. Pagando la diferencia. La cocina no disponía de pequeños electrodomésticos, ni papel, ni jabón, aceite/ sal… NADA. Ni siquiera funcionaba la vitro El baño tenía rota la mampara, la arregló mi pareja. Había goteras y las paredes sucias. Manchas y rotos. Pedí cama de matrimonio y en ninguna de las dos habitaciones fue posible. Nos tocó dormir en dos camas individuales. Por la noche bastante ruido. Se escucha todo. Por 65€/noche hubiera preferido otra opción. Caro para lo que es. Y la zona bastante fea

(5/5): If you have no other choice, go ahead and book it. - We had a private bathroom, but that seemed to be more a matter of luck, as the listing showed only a “shared bathroom” option when we booked. I couldn’t stand the mixture of heavy detergents and cigarette smell – the previous guests had clearly been smoking in the room and it was unbearable. I had a headache within five minutes. On top of that, someone next door watched TV until 2 a.m. It’s not the owner’s direct fault, but there seems to be no respect for quiet hours at night. The building itself feels cheap and somewhat temporary. You can hear everything in the rooms next to yours. Finally, the property is right next to the main market street and a children’s playground, so until around 11 p.m. you have constant noise and screaming kids under your window.

• Danob (10/5): Thank you - The hospitality the cleanliness and how everything from clothes to groceries coffees, beers are way cheaper than in tourist hotspot and on top of that it's only a cheap 20 min bus ride to Maspalomas, the bustop is literally a 2 min walk from the suites. Also you got good cafes and local shops and bars even nightlife in this area. The cleaners and the host were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing, everything was great, it's not 5 star all inclusive with a pool and buffet but for what you're paying it's really really good. This is great for somebody who wants to explore gran canaria, be out in the sun all day enjoying and then coming home to a comfy bed. If your a solo traveler or a couple on a budget this ones for you. You'll be close to masopalmas but also get a little feel of the local people and the Canarian culture but also being close to the main attractions.

• Alfredo (7/5): Sitio cómodo para pasar una o varias noches. Con fácil aparcamiento cerca del sitio. - Me gustó el tamaño de la habitación y la cama. Quizá deberían de cuidar algún detalle que, aunque no es importante, desmerece un poco el sitio. La sábana bajera era pequeña y con gran facilidad se soltaba de una esquina. A la mampara de la ducha le faltaba una puerta.

• Jane (7/5): Alojamiento básico, limpio y céntrico. - Las camas eran cómodas y la ubicación lo que buscamos Me sorprendió el día de la llegada recibir un mensaje diciendo que el baño privado no estaba ubicado en la habitación, cosa que deberían aclarar en su descripción de la habitación para hacer la reserva. Siendo solo una noche nos quedamos pero creo que no es una forma correcta. Siendo el sábado noche la estancia hubo bastante ruido en la calle.
