• Julia (6/5): Fine for short stay but no privacy - The girl working at reception was really nice. Close to town and cheap. Nice to have own private bathroom, kettle and coffee/teas. The first room I rented was the cheapest one at the front of the building. The curtains were very see-through and it was giving onto the shared terrace so I could hear their conversations well into the night. I didn't feel like I had privacy, and the terrace light was fully lighting the inside of my room at night. I then moved into a room which had more privacy but no windows. If I were to stay there again, I would book a room more towards the back of the building to have more privacy and a window (but no views). The people working there tried to help me with finding out the bus schedule but they didn't go much out of their way so in the end I had to figure it out on my own. Probably a less cheap hotel would have called the bus company for me. Simple things of customer service like that could go a long way if they'd like to improve!

• Frederic (3/5): - it is clean but it is about it. good option in case of emergency/last minute accomodation Staff was kind enough to allow late check in. the description on Booking.com is fallacious. they say there is a seaview AND garden view(!) in the rooms' description but this is only from common area. the room n1 is like being between 4 walls and the window faces a narrow alley way from under a staircase. There are no photos either. They also say there is a .... bath in the room ( do they mean bathtube... there isn't! there is a bucket in the middle of the room to catch the water from the dripping aircon, no batteries in the tv remote. the room value for money is terrible really.

• Andrej Zacharias (8/5): Ruhig und dennoch zentral - Die Lage ist gut, direkt in der Näher der Perlenfarm. Ein Besuch wert. Es war nur ein Zwischenhalt für mich, für eine Nacht. Nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Gute Möglichkeiten zum spazieren und Einkaufen. WIFI war schwach, aber das ist nicht kritisch für mich
• Thomas (7/5): If you have a quick over night stop in Savusavu and don’t want to spend much, this place is a pleasant suprise for the p - Cheap and cheerful, much better and cleaner than I expected for that price point in Fiji. The shower head / slider was broken and kept falling off the wall.

• Taletawa (8/5): Generally, it was a great accommodation with all the necessary facilities but they could improve the - I like the fact that it was a 5minute walk into town and 3minutes walk to our venue. Bathroom being connected with the toilet.

Compared to the price and how the rooms were, I would say this is value for money. - Sunset Lodge is very ideal for backpackers or those like me who travel for work, where we just need a place to sleep. The room was neat and very clean with AC. The property is situated at the far edge of Savusavu town making it a convenient place to stay. Sometimes, you have to search for staff members. The breakfast option is very simple...toast a bread, put some butter and jam and make your team. For me, it was okay, however, breakfast probably could be better.

• Vicki (8/5): Sunset lodge - Good spot ..clean convenient could walk to town Glass door between bathroom and where bed was Dangerous if you got up in the middle of the night and forgot it was there
• George (10/5): Exceptional - This was a perfect place to stay for me and my partner, just minutes out of the town means that it is both convenient and quiet. The staff were super helpful and happy to check us in late after we arrived from the ferry. All in all a lovely experience.
