• Daniele (9/5): Topverblijf maar niet voor mindervalide geschikt. - Fijn ruim en licht appartement. Gelegen midden in het centrum. Geen geluidsoverlast ervaren. Goed bed. Fijn zitbankje. Host checkt regelmatig in of alles naar wens is. Dat was het absoluut!! We dachten een appartement op de begane grond met een kleine buitenruimte geboekt te hebben, echter alle appartementen zijn op de 6e etage. Er was een verhoogd toilet met invalidebeugels ernaast. Wanneer iemand minder valide is, is de douchecabine absoluut niet geschikt.

• jane (7/5): The appartment was comfortable, clean, well equipped and close to everything we wanted to visit. - Location was super. Appartment was extremely clean. staff were friendly. Facilities good. there were no instructions for the induction hob. I had never used one and therefore didn't. A phone call to ask for help was not answered. I did not realise until close to travelling that the bunk beds were over the double bed It would have been claustrophobic if I had not slept with my head at the foot of the bed. My husband switched to the sofa bed as it was very difficult to rise from the mattress which was effectively on the floor of the bedroom.

Нужна подробная инструкция заранее до заезда в апартамент, мы беспокоились, что после регистрации не получили инструкцию по заселению и код замка . Оказалось, что его сообщают ровно в 15 часов, но мы этого не знали и переживали , что что то пошло не так. Интернет в незнакомом городе не всегда сразу доступен, хорошо бы получить все рекомендации сразу после регистрации в письме. И нужна подробная инструкция, какой лифт использовать. В остальном все замечательно и мы были довольны проживанием.

Solo tuvo una contra para mí que fue la cama matrimonial en litera … terriblemente incomoda y poco práctica. Pero por el resto fue genial. El diseño de camas literas, es el peor invento del mundo. Pero sale en las fotos y si tienes problemas de espaldas o piernas débiles es no recomendable.

Nos indicó todo lo necesario pasar movernos desde el aeropuerto hacia el apartamento, cosa de agradecer. No hay nada que no nos gustase. Superó nuestras expectativas.

• Kellan (10/5): This was the perfect home base to come back to during my trip. It was comforting and had all of the essentials for an am - Everything! It was in a very good location and the accommodations were perfect. From the comfortable bed to the convenient kitchenette and dinning table, to the nice shower and bathroom… everything was exactly as I needed for my stay. The only thing that could have been better was that the A/C did not shoot out cold air. But, the host offered me another fan to make up for it.

• Ismael (9/5): Excelente y céntrica ubicación pero muy difícil estacionar - La ubicación es excelente, en una zona muy céntrica y muy vital de Bilbao. A menos de 15 minutos caminando de la mayoría de las atracciones turísticas, con shopping y mercados muy cerca. El estacionamiento es un problema magnánimo al encontrarse dentro de la zona céntrica y restringida. Hay un parking a cuatro calles de distancia que vale alrededor de 16 euros el día, pero el principal inconveniente es ir hasta allí con las maletas.

• Jennifer (8/5): I would happily book this place again when going back to Bilbao - Good location to be able to walk to a load of things, even though it's in the middle of the city very quite at night. Was able text the host if any problems or questions and she was quick texting back. It could get warn and air conditioning wasn't the best, this would only be a problem in really hot days and Bilbao aren't know for them. Window opened I was able to keep the place cool.

Detalles de mantenimiento: - la puerta del baño estaba mal, con una humedad grande. Nada grave, pero afea el conjunto. - la puerta de código de acceso a casa no va tan fino como las otras. Le acabas cogiendo el truco.
• Adam (8/5): - Great apartment for a couple of people for a short visit to Bilbao. Good location to walk the town, visit attractions, get to from the airport. Everything needed was in the apartment. The street noise from the bar below. We were there on a Thursday evening, but it was a local holiday and the noise was continuous until 4am.

• ahernasa8 (9/5): Cerca de todo - La atención de la anfitriona. Hizo un seguimiento por Whatsapp de qué tal íbamos con un contacto diario. Hubo una sugerencia con la puerta de la ducha y en seguida se arregló y contestó mediante el Whatsapp. Únicamente nos vimos el día de llegada pero el seguimiento fue por encima de la habitual. La ubicación del apartamento es excepcional. A escasos minutos del autobús hacia el aeropuerto, a 10 minutos del Guggenheim, muy cerca de la Gran Vía (boca de metro), a un paseo de Ledesma y a unos 30min en paseo agradable hasta el Casco Antiguo. Panaderías para desayunar y Opencor justo al lado. Las camas muy cómodas. El sofá cama no tanto, pero dentro de lo esperable para un sofá cama. Hay máquina de café Nespresso, muy de agradecer. Al tratarse de un apartamento, no hay limpieza diaria. De todos modos, estuvimos 3 días y fue sencillo mantener orden y limpieza. El primer día estaba impecable. Creo que Bilbao tiene un problema con los botellones. El apartamento está bien aislado, pero pese a ser un 6o, se oye toda la noche a la gente en la calle. Probablemente sea ya algo cultural y que locales y turistas buscan, pero habiéndose tratado de un viaje familiaro, no era lo que veníamos buscando. Advierto de que no molestó para dormir, solo lo añado como apreciación.

İhtiyacım olan herşey çevrede vardı. Supermarket, Müzeler, Pastahane, Fırın, Yeme içme yerleri. Konum inanılmaz güzeldi. Odanın Büyüklüğü dekorasyonu gayet iyi ve yeterli idi. Mutfak gerçek anlamda bir mutfak idi, Her türlü malzeme vardı, hatta birçok yerde olmayan şeker, çay, kahve, yağ gibi basit ihtiyaçlar da düşünülmiş ve beirli miktarda bırakılmıştı. Çok özenli ve ince bir ev sahinim olduğunu düşünüyorum. Sevmediğim herhangi bir özelliğini görmedim.
• Natividad (10/5): Maravilloso. - Apartamento muy bien ubicado en el centro cerca de metro Moyua. Cama muy cómoda, sin ruido con todo lo necesario para pasar la estancia. El check in rápido y fácil y la atención fenomenal siempre pendiente de si estaba todo bien. Sin duda para repetir. Todo perfecto.
