- Christophe (10/5): Un havre de paix confortable à proximité du tumulte des chutes du Niagara - Un vrai havre de paix à 15 min a pied des chutes du Niagara. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Diana et son mari. La chambre était très confortable, décorée avec goût et très propre. L'ensemble de la maison est entretenu avec beaucoup de soins. Le petit-déjeuner était incroyable avec des produits faits maison et une omelette qui restera longtemps dans ma mémoire ! On vous recommande chaleureusement cette adresse Rien
- patricia (10/5): Felt so sad when we had to leave - Diana and Ed made every day breakfast delicious with lots of choices. This place is exceptional and made us feel like we lived there. Beautifully decorated and supplied with so many incidentals If we could have stayed longer.

- Fiona (10/5): They brightened up our entire holiday! - It is undoubtedly the highlight of our trip. The hosts have great taste, the beds were comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. To our surprise, their homemade breakfast was incredibly delicious and plentiful! What a lovely family! They brightened up our entire holiday. I already look forward to coming back again.

- Andrew (10/5): Best little B&B I’ve ever been with lots of extras(cake!!) - Loved it! Fabulous place to explore Niagara by foot. We have travelled a lot across Europe, America, Africa, Malaysia, etc but this little place is one of the best! Had gorgeous room with use of whole kitchen which was constantly stocked with various teas, coffees, treats and wonderful home baking /cake made every morning by Diana. Diana and Ed are so friendly and work so hard to make this place really special. We were provided with slippers to wear indoors, which was great comfortable idea and just proves the cleanliness and high standards they set and the pride they take in their property/business. An absolute gem. Perfect! It was perfect in every single way

- Alon (10/5): Highly recommended for those coming to the area, we will be happy to come again - The apartment is in a quiet place and very close to the border with the USA. Even those who didn't think of coming to the side of Canada, it is highly recommended!!! Diana and Edward welcomed us in a very nice and pleasant way and always made sure everything was needed and beyond. The breakfasts were really delicious and special and you can see the investment and feel the taste, there are quite a few things to do in the area, a maple factory with tastings, outlet stores at really good prices and of course the Niagara Falls which are very close to the apartment The only thing is that the room we took was a bit small for 4 adults and luggage, but there are bigger units in the house...

- Vincenzo (10/5): Siamo certi che ritorneremo presto in questa struttura. - La colazione era veramente varia e copre tutti i gusti personali. Tutto è preparato fresco al momento. Il B&B è situato in un punto molto tranquillo ed appena fuori dal centro abitato. Si possono raggiungere le cascate a piedi in circa 30 minuti. Le altre attrazioni sono anch'esse raggiungibili facilmente a piedi o con WEGO bus, la cui fermata è a tre minuti dalla struttura. I proprietari , Diana ed Edward, sono semplicemente meravigliosi, amichevoli. Si prendono cura degli ospiti che possono avere qualsiasi necessità. Abbiamo gradito anche i biscotti preparati freschi da lei. Nulla

- JanLynn65 (10/5): Serene Stay - From start to finish, Diana and Edward were outstanding and accommodating hosts. The room and common areas were spotless and had everything one could need for a restful and enjoyable stay! Breakfasts were second to none and kept us going into the afternoon. The kitchen for guest use was amazing along with Diana's home baking. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the Falls along the river. The location is so peaceful and the distant rumble of the Falls provides excellent white noise for sleeping in a very comfortable bed! We also thoroughly enjoyed the shower. If you are coming to Niagara Falls, we would highly recommend staying at Serenity Inn.

The B&B itself was wonderful - comfortable, welcoming, and full of charm- but what really made our stay special were the hosts, Diana and Ed. They went above and beyond for us in both the small details and the bigger things, always making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Their kindness and generosity genuinely made a difference in our trip. And Diana’s cooking deserves a special mention - every breakfast was absolutely incredible, truly restaurant quality, like having a personal chef each morning. Thank you!

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Diana und ihren Mann- wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt,alles war liebevoll organisiert und durchdacht. Das Frühstück war einfach überragend und ein echtes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen und würden sogar mehr als 10 Punkte geben :-)
- Sara (10/5): - Breakfast was lovely! A full meal experience tailored to dietary restrictions and it was wonderful to meet other guests over a fresh morning meal. You can really tell that Diana loves what she does and is happy to welcome guests to the property. Everything was clean, comfortable, quiet, secure, well-maintained and modern. Would 10/10 come stay again! A personal preference, but another towel bar or shelf in the bathroom may be helpful in addition to the hooks and pedestal sink space.

We arrived almost two hours before the check-in time and the hosts welcomed us warmly, even if they were in the middle of cleaning the house and preparing it for the upcoming guests. The house is beautiful and full of very nice details. We had the room called "Peaceful" and it was so lovely, full with every little detail to make your stay comfortable. Ed and Diana are just the most amazing hosts, always available and going far and beyon for their guests. The breakfast was delicious! The location of the Inn is nice, close to the WEGO bus stop and not far from the Niagara Falls if you like to walk. Overall, a great stay! Thank you Diana and Ed! Really nothing!
- Jan (7/5): Strict rules - Nice room with comfortable bed. Very clean. Didn't like being told to remove shoes at the front door and walk through the property without footwear. Lack of flexibility regarding breakfast time - it had to be 8.00am. Lack of control of heating in the room.

- Sydney (10/5): Perfect Anniversary Weekend for my Parents - Diana and Ed are the best. This was my parents first experience with an Airbnb/ Bed and Breakfast and I am so happy it was here. They were so flexible with all of our needs. And the breakfast courses were top notch!!! If I'm back in Canada I am definitely staying here!!! I couldn't stay longer 😞

She met me with a warm lunch, have tips on local sights and restaurants, offered apple pie in the evening, etc. The place itself was taken great care of, very clean and cozy. Finally the breakfast was fantastic. I wouldn’t stay in any other place if visiting Niagara Falls again

Die Einrichtung war gemütlich, alles sehr sauber und man konnte sich 24/7 Tee,Kaffee, Kuchen, Schokolade etc. Nehmen. Das Frühstück war herausragend. Sehr viel und alles frisch zubereitet. Diana und ihr Mann ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Niagarafälle sind fußläufig in einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

The mini fridge in our room was stocked with beverages for us. In the afternoon, fresh banana bread was served in the kitchen. We were fed so much at breakfast, which was included. My husband, daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed being guests here. We really appreciated the tips that were given for things to do. Diana and Edward (the hosts) really know how to treat guests! Loved the experience here. No issues stick out.

From the moment the door is opened you are welcomed with such warmth - if you like home comforts and baskets of welcome slippers this is the place for you. Our room was beautiful and so clean and every little detail was with thought. We were shown around and were told ‘this home is your home’ homemade cakes on arrivals and help yourself to anything in the kitchen. The breakfast in the garden was amazing - home cooked. You are made to feel like one of the family. A 2 minute walk to the GO bus stop on Riveroad makes this B&B a great location along with. 12 minute walk from the bus//train station. - Thomas (10/5): So schön... - Es war wirklich einer der besten Aufenthalte die wir bisher hatten. Diana und Ed tun wirklich alles, um einem einen so schönen Aufenthalt wie möglich zu machen. Erst mal ist alles super sauber. Man wird darum gebeten die Schuhe im Haus auszuziehen. Gewaschene Hausschuhe bekommt man gestellt oder man läuft auf Socken durch das Haus. Die werden dadurch nicht schmutziger. Das B&B liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer Bushaltestelle mit dem man in wenigen Minuten an den Wasserfällen ist. Außerdem ist es sehr, sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten Nachts das Fenster geöffnet und das einzige was man gehört hat, war das Zirpen der Grillen. Ansonsten ist alles super. Betten, Bad etc. Da könnte man alles einzeln aufzählen. Aber es ist wirklich alles super. Das Frühstück ist klasse. Wir haben im Garten gesessen und die beiden Gastgeber kümmern sich darum, dass man mehr als satt wird. Und man bekommt sogar noch was eingepackt, wenn man das möchte. In der Küche stehen rund um die Uhr Getränke und Snacks bereit. Alles was man so braucht. Kuchen, Kaffee, Wasser, Schokolade.... Abends wollte uns Diana auch mal eben zu den Wasserfällen fahren, damit wir nicht auf den Bus warten müssen. Als hätte sie nicht genug zu tun gehabt.... Und wir haben es im Urlaub wirklich nicht eilig. Am letzten Morgen haben wir noch eine Führung durch alle Zimmer bekommen. Jedes einzelne davon ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wir werden zu 100 % wieder hier schlafen, sollten wir noch einmal diese Gegend besuchen. Diana: lass Dir nichts erzählen. Du bist eine 10 von 10. 😊

Harmony Room was a perfect oasis! - Diana, Ed, and Cosmin have a beautifully renovated, comfortable, clean, conveniently located home where they pamper you with delicious breakfasts, homemade treats throughout your time there and every necessity available from WiFi and A/C to Q tips and beverages in the mini fridge. They are hard working, kind and clearly want any guests stay there to be the best possible. Nothing!

A host, Diana, toma todos os cuidados para que todos estejam à vontade, preocupando-se com a limpeza e respeito dos hóspedes uns com os outros, de modo que não há barulho nem excessos. Há áreas de convívio coletivo, como uma agradável sala de estar e a cozinha, cheia de coisas para beliscar entre refeições (fora as externas, duas varandas, que, pelo clima, não pudemos desfrutar). O quarto é ótimo, espaçoso, com boas camas e banheiro; as toalhas são excelentes, assim como as amenities para banho (de tudo!). Gostaríamos de ter ficado mais tempo, certamente voltaremos ao local. Em termos turísticos, dá para ir a pé até as falls, não estando longe do centro para compras e entretenimento. Saí para comprar comida e fui de carro, mas era perto também. Como fiquei no Ano Novo, ela disponibilizou itens para comemorarmos no local, foi muito gostoso. Nós quatro adoramos a experiência, ela ( e o marido, Ed, também, muito simpático e prestativo - coitado ficou limpando a garagem da neve o tempo todo). Adoramos. Não consigo dizer. A única coisa é que nosso banheiro não tinha propriamente um chuveiro, só uma ducha baixo junto à banheira (enorme); e mesmo assim, ela disse que poderíamos usar a de outro quarto, que estava desocupado, se quiséssemos. Então, não vejo nada que pudesse ter sido melhor.

We stayed on here on Christmas day and spent the evening with Diana and fellow guests, getting to know each other over a nice dinner. It was an unforgettable stay. I would recommend Serenity Inn to anyone planning a trip to Niagara! The rooms were clean and had all the amenities you could think of. There are plenty of snacks, beverages, and a delicious breakfast in the morning made to your taste. Overall 10/10 :)

I’ve traveled quite a lot and stayed in many hotels, B&Bs, and motels around the world — but this place was the best accommodation I’ve ever been in (and I’m German, so I tend to be quite critical!). Thank you so much for the wonderful service — we loved it so much that we even decided to extend our stay by one night. Any toiletry you could imagine was provided. Even included plush robes. The fridge in our room had bottled water and pop for our consumption. She baked brownies in the am. Breakfast was made to order and included a very stocked kitchen. We only stayed one night. Would definitely return soon!! Not enough time at Serenity Inn!!

There’s always freshly baked, delicious cake available in the kitchen, and the amazing breakfast was served in the garden. Cold drinks were also waiting for us in the fridge in our room, which was a really nice touch. The location is perfect too, only about a 15-minute walk to the Falls. A real highlight was when our host even drove the guests to the Niagara Falls in the evening to watch the fireworks – such a thoughtful gesture! - Ying (10/5): - Serenity Inn is one of the top 1% places we have stayed. The house is beautifully restored and meets modern day standards. Our room is spacious and the bathroom is clean. Guests have access to the back patio, living room, kitchen and dinning room so we have even more space to spread out. We arrived before check in time and were greeted with coffee and snacks. We were able to leave our luggage and started to tour the sights. The location is one block from the WEGO bus stop that takes you to the falls and other sites. The breakfast was delicious with many options. We had way more food than we should. The best part is the warm and generosity of the hosts - they went out of them way to make the guests feel welcome. They work really hard to take care of the guests in so many ways. This place exceeded our expectations and we will stay here again when we travel to Niagara Falls next time.

A great selection of snacks, drinks, and breakfast options. Couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome from Diana and her family. It's our fault but we didn't realize how far this property was from the main NOTL wineries and we had reservations 30+ min away. The room was a bit warm too but we were able to turn on the AC.

Shared kitchen with other guests, lots of great food provided by hosts and a made to order breakfast! Everyone very nice, we walked just 1 mile to the Niagara Falls! We liked location, quiet and peaceful street,yet walkable! We would stay again! We had to get used to taking off shoes and putting provided slippers on when inside house. but, this keeps house very clean so we got used to it!

The location of Serenity Inn was great, a 5 minute drive to Niagara Falls and 20 minutes to Niagara on the Lake. We have stayed at many B & B's over the years and this was our absolute favorite!

Breakfast was very filling and tasty. Ensuite room was very clean and comfortable. The king sized bed was very comfortable, just the right firmness. Fairly easy 3.5km walk along the pavement on the riverside to Horseshoe Fall for the able bodied. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Plenty of on site parking. Dianne thank you for the extra effort to cater for gluten and diary free diet. No negative comments.

L'accueil était fantastique. Nous avons été accueillis comme si nous faisions partie de leur famille. La famille de Diana nous a invités à diner avec leurs amis pour son anniversaire. La maison est très bien située pour aller voir les Niagara falls , c'est à 15 minutes à pieds. Nous sommes allés voir le feu d’artifice le soir de notre arrivée et nous sommes retournés voir les chutes le lendemain. Le logement est une très grande maison aménagée en plusieurs chambres. Chaque chambre a une porte sécurisée. La maison est très propre. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique. Il y a un large choix de menu et vous commandez ce que vous désirez. La maison est remplie de choses à grignoter ( sucreries, chocolat, biscuits, fruits) De nombreuses pièces sont a disposition ( salons, salle à manger, grande cuisine, salon en terrasse) Diana et sa famille occupent une autre maison à l'arrière du jardin. Nous avons apprécié prendre le petit déjeuner dans le jardin. Le jardin est très agréable. C'est un endroit très calme . Merci beaucoup Diana. Cette étape en famille nous a permis de faire des rencontres que nous n'aurions pas pu faire à l'hôtel. Allez-y sans hésiter, vous ne serez pas déçus.
