Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Crossman (10/5): Absolutely relaxing with everything needed Thankyou - Absolutely everything needed was in Halcyon House very roomy.Big fridge freezer n oven .Airfryer a Bonus great oven .Nespresso coffee machine good size pantry .Large Tele and SUNSETS And Ocean Views Superb. Neighbourhood is very quiet clean and residential. Parking in the property was appreciated. Key Safe Access made entry easier. Lovely grassed backyard and covered BBQ AREA .The decks so good for breaky n coffee to absorb fresh SEA AIR mornings or evenings.Halcyon "HOME AWAY FROM HOME"Comfy Beds AIR conditioning making for Comfort. Being 2 Living areas down stairs and up stairs gave everyone choice of space. 2 Bathrooms also Thankful.Washing machine and Dryer certainly appreciated. Halcyon House is located in a great area to all locations Local and Exploring near and far.Going back to Halcyon House after a day out is a WELCOMING SITE. Such a Chill Out HAVEN. THANKYOU SO MUCH.Jay and Family Everything was wonderful.

Marisa (10/5): - A nice house. The view of the ocean was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable. The birds .Lots of poop all over the cars and the outdoor furniture. This is out of the accomodation's control.

Tara (10/5): Great relaxing stay, beautiful views - The space, very calming, the view, everything was well thought of. A really nice place to relax, great for the little one to run around too. Only a short walk into town. Nothing.
Laura (9/5): - Nice house, very good for groups of people. Clean and perfect for a holiday. The only thing that we didn’t like was the Linen situation as it was a little poor. Considering how much it was to stay, and towels, pillow cases and sheets weren’t included in the total cost was disappointing.

Amy (7/5): Beautiful house - The house was beautiful and the views were amazing . The balcony and garden would have been great in the summer ,Unfortunately we stayed in winter so didn't get chance to use them.the log fire was a great feature and we loved getting cosy round it at night . Not a huge deal, but the only issues we had were for the 9 of us staying there was only 2 spare toilet rolls, So we had to go out and buy more ( 9 ladies). The log fire was set up ready for us to use the first night but unfortunately we had to go out and buy wood and fire starters for the second night. On a winters night the fire was a great feature but more wood and kindling/starters needed. Overall the stay was great and would stay again .
