• Sylwia (8/5): intensywny ale bardzo ekscytującypobyt w Rzymie i na pewno lokalizcja apartamentu bardzo nam pomogła - Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Praktycznie zarówno przed przyjazdem i już po wylądowaniu byliśmy w stałym kontakcie. Niewątpliwą największą zaletą jest położenie obiektu. Praktycznie przy murach muzeów Watykańskich. Na plac Św Piotra jakieś 7 do 10 min spacerkiem. Najdalszy z tych najbardziej znanych obiektów znanych w Rzymie - Koloseum to ok 2,5 km więc tylko z uwagi na kupiony online bilet na konkretną godzinę wybrałyśmy ubera, bo w innych okolicznościach poszłybyśmy spacerem. Samo wyposażenie mogłoby być lepsze. Nam najbardziej brakowało kuchenki mikrofalowej choć jest piekarnik, kieliszków do wina (był zaledwie 1 i to niewielki) oraz filiżanek/kubków do kawy, ale to aż tak nie rzutowało na ocenę. Bardziej hałas z sąsiednich mieszkań i klatki. Jedno z okien salonu wychodzi na klatkę i choć jest zamknięte okiennicą od środka to poranne wyjścia sąsiadów z ciąganiem walizek albo burzliwymi komentarzami były bardzo dobrze słyszalne i praktycznie eliminowały konieczność używania budzika. Zarówno łóżko podwójne jak i rozkładana sofa wygodne. Brakowało drugiego, podręcznego ręcznika (był po 1 na osobę ręcznik kąpielowy). W budynku jest winda. W sąsiedztwie restauracje i supermarket. Bardzo dobra pizza zaledwie 5m od wejścia do budynku. Mimo drobnych niedogodności polecam miejsce, bo warto. hałas z klatki budynku i w pokoju z łóżkiem hałasy u sąsiadów.

O apartamento tem tudo para que nos sintamos verdadeiramente em casa e a sua localização é perfeita: resguardada e a escassos passos de diversas alternativas de comércio ( Mercado Triunfal, restaurantes, supermercados) e com acessibilidade a transportes públicos (metro e autocarros).

• Mcclellan (8/5): Single Mom takes teens to Europe - The location was great. Little restaurant around the corner, The Loft, was great for breakfast. The sushi place across the street, Okasan, was yummy! 2 blocks to the Vatican! Its was perfectly spacious and true to the pictures. There was AC but not in my kids' room, but the fan provided pulled the cool air from the other rooms just fine. My kids are HOT and found it comfortable. We were 2 adults (1 is my 18 year old son) and 1 child. I was clear many months prior that i need sleeping space for my two children separate from Mom, yet the second twin didn't have sheets. Once communicated, they sent someone the next day with sheets.

The host is very kind and easy to communicate with. One of the highlights was listening to classical music on vinyl, which really enhanced the vibe of our stay. • Kaushik (9/5): Nice fully furnished apartment walk to Vatican Museum - Very nicely furnished and clean apartment with all amenities - dishwasher, washing machine, utensils, microwave,toaster etc. It even included a turntable and vinyls to listen to music. Apartment was very near to Vatican museum so that was convenient. The Metro station was also 10 mins walk. Host Fabio was very helpful and provided upfront information prior to visit. Also helped with the keyless entry. Would highly recommend. The elevator was bit small and narrow. Good for 3 visitors and a suitcase.

The apartment’s location couldn’t be better—it’s close to the Vatican Museums, great restaurants, and the metro, making it super convenient to explore the city. Several coffee shops, restaurants, bars, fasion shops and grocery stores in close proximity, same for the metro and bus stops. But the standout feature is the host: in over 14 years of traveling we have never had a more helpful and kind host. Fabio even drove out to the apartment late on a Friday night and stayed until a problem with the door lock was fixed. He provided tips in where to eat and personally called a taxi on the morning we left: surely a candidate for the #1 superhost in Booking.com. Nothing not to like

Close to Vatican and not far from the Old City of Rome. It is just exactly what you need to be inspired and relaxed. Fabio is an absolutely great and welcoming host. It has nothing to do with the apartment and neighborhood but at nights it seemed somewhat loud. Maybe because of the weekend. Anyway, so is Rome.

• Adrian (10/5): One of the best stays in Rome - The property is located in a quiet area, very close to Vatican city. The metro station is also really close. There are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity (less than 10 minutes of walk) and a local market, which is definitely worth visiting - it's an experience. The apartment is very spacious and clean, and there is anything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication with the owner was also really good and we've felt welcome :) The apartment locker sometimes doesn't work at the first or second try because the phone signal/data connection is poor inside the building (because of the thick walls), and it's normal. It works well however if you stay close to the door and connect to the provided wi-fi.

It is spacious, clean, bright, with modern furniture and facilities. Fully equipped kitchen. Veeeeeery clean. We have spent 7 days in Italy, travelling with a 4 y.o. girl. We spent three days in Rome in this apartment. and it was best experience we have ever had! Every Morning we had a delicious breakfast with utmost Italian products listening Beethoven, Prokofiev and Bach. The vinyl player made our stay very memorable and cozy. Thank you for the vinyl library. ❤️Up on the arrival we have found a bottle of wine in the fridge and a nice toy for our girl which made her even more happy 😃 We have not seen the owner but we felt his care the whole stay. • Anna (10/5): Comfy apartment in Rome for a family of four! - The apartment is completely new renovated, features 2 bedroosms and a huge livingroom. You can comfortabely stay there in a group of four people. The apartment was very well equipped and in walking distance to the vatican. We loved our stay there and will definitly return! Also the host Fabio was very helpful and welcoming. Everything was great!

Fabio, the host, will help you with everything you need. - We could have our breakfast and coffee just outside the entrance of the complex, there is a cafeteria next door. Two minutes walk to the local market and five minutes walk to the metro and Vatican Museums entrance. Ideal location for sightseeing and very convenient. An extra set of towels would be perfect, especially for stays longer than 3 days. Also, some additional toilet paper rolls would be nice to have so that you don't run out of and need to visit the market.

• Rodrigo (8/5): Awesome location for a family stay beside the Vatican City - I stayed in this apartment in July 2023 during the summer high season with my wife and in-laws (i.e. 4 adults in total). The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator that the guests can use. The host was very kind to contact me to coordinate a time to hand me the apartment keys and to show us around the apartment. Have in mind that the check-in is around 15:00-16:00 hrs, so do not plan to arrive too early in Rome, unless you plan to use luggage lockers or dare to walk around the city in the scorching hot summer. The apartment is modest and has all what was offered in the advertisement (WiFi, two portable ACs (one in the living-room and the other in the bedroom), a washing machine, kitchen, etc.). The location of the apartment is fantastic. It is just a 3-minute walk from the entrance to the Vatican Museums and around a 5 to 10-minute walk to the Ottaviano metro station and the entrance to the Vatican City. There are plenty of restaurants around to try. Given the total price for the entire apartment and the location, I'd definitely recommend families to stay in this place for a few nights. A few aspects that lower my punctuation are the following: 1. Payment is cash only - It was kind of difficult to find a decent ATM on my arrival in Rome. This is no joke when traveling around with luggage and older people or kids. Also, when moving around the city with all the luggage, you are the main target of pickpocketers in public transport. Be aware of that!! 2. In the advertisement of the apartment, there is a picture of a rooftop, which was not shown around by the host. I do not know if guests have access to this rooftop, but this picture in the advertisement may be deceiving. 3. The pictures shown in the advertisement give the sensation that the apartment is newly renovated, colorful and bright. In reality, my first impression was that the apartment looked a bit gloomy and that the pictures were taken several years ago (nothing major anyway). 4. Bed of main room was a sofa bed.

• Szabolcs (9/5): A nice Italian apartment - The apartment has a very good position, it is situated in a beautiful zone of the city. The host is super frindely and helpful. The flat is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, has a typical Italian style. We loved it. In the bedroom there is a comfortable bed. In the living you have a couch enough for 2 persons. I can recommend it! 🙂

The gas boiler is very noisy. the apartment stinks of cigarette smoke very strongly. clothes hanger was broken, I had to fix it
