- Joanna (10/5): cudowny wyjazd - Na początek - przemiły gospodarz i świetny z nim kontakt. Mieszkanie na 5 piętrze z windą. Wejście od podwórka. Widok z salonu i pierwszej sypialni na ulicę i morze - nam bardzo się podobał. Taras bardzo duży, krzesła, siedzisko, stół, suszarka na pranie, markizy w razie słońca. W całym mieszkaniu rolety zewnętrzne i klimatyzacja - super sprawa. Sypialnie (2) bardzo wygodne, duże łóżka w każdej duża szafa i tv. Duża kuchnia z balkonem na dziedziniec z pralką, zlewem. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona, mikrofalówka, płyta indukcyjna. Łazienka 1 z prysznicem i toaletą, osobno druga toaleta. Mieszkanie duże, ładne, jasne. Świetne miejsce wypadowe. Ogromnym atutem jest parking podziemny - poziom 3, oczywiście z windą. Wszędzie blisko - sklep jest w tym samym budynku, obok Mercadona - nasz ukochany sklep :) knajpki w pobliżu. Przystanek autobusowy 100m dalej. Plaża po lewej (bez knajpek, spokojna i piękna )3 min, plaża pełna atrakcji po prawej 4 min. Stare miasto - 10 min. Polecam to miejsce z czystym sumieniem :) Zdjęcia są kiepskie - rzeczywistość jest o wiele lepsza :) przydałyby się jakieś światła boczne ale to malutki szczególik

- Melissa (7/5): Good location, average apartment - The location was convenient and close to the sea. The apartment needs refurbishment. There was no cooker/oven in the kitchen, only a microwave. The sofa was uncomfortable. Some items in the kitchen were not clean.

Owner lives nearby very welcoming and and was always available if needed. Just to be aware its about 10-15 minute walk to main central Marbella attractions.

Garage essential in this area. Washing machine. Large balcony with sea view. Old town and Dali statue park within walking distance. Mercadona 2 minutes walk away. Very attentive and friendly host. It was raining whole 4 days.
Due to the rain, the clotheslines on the balcony could not be used.
It would still be good to have a drying rack for laundry.
- Jone (7/5): Overall, the apartment had a great location and nice amenities, but poor lighting, thin walls, and a few inconveniences - PARKING is convenient under the building.
TERRACE is big with a sea view.
LOCATION is not too far from the old town—you can walk along the beach. LIGHTING in the apartment is very dim, especially in the kitchen. If you want to cook or wash dishes, it’s hard to see anything, so you have to do it by sense of touch. In one of the bedrooms, only two light bulbs are placed instead of six.
BINS are missing in the toilets, which is a huge con, as you have to travel to the kitchen from the toilet with all your rubbish.
NOISE is an issue, as the walls are quite thin. I could hear the neighbors watching TV until 2 a.m.
SOAP was diluted with water, which was the most absurd thing.

Extremely helpful host with great communicatio - The apartment is in a great location just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and easy walking distance to the marina and town. The facilities are very good and the large balcony, with views to the mountains and the sea, was a lovely spot to sit in the sunshine.
