Guest Reviews
- Raymond (7/5): Good location to stay - Location is good. Close to tube station, only 5 minutes walk. Easily get a bus to Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall, only 3 stops or just walk for 15 minutes to reach there. There are 4 supermarkets around. 35-40 minutes to Central by tube. Really convinent. Good for short Stay. Tablewares are bit oily, have to wash by myself again.
- Rui (4/5): - Easy acess with the keybox, tub station close (5 min walk), and some convenience stores nearby.
Cheap option. After we reserve the accomodation there was a warning that we only could spent 20£ of eletricity in the Four nights that we stayed at the place (5£ a day essentialy) - this is not mencioned in the listing of the accomodation on Booking.com
The shades from the 2 rooms do not cover all the light from the street (due to being a ground floor, the light from the street at night was permanently in the Room).
There was no fresh sheets nor blankets, only used and smelly blankets in the drawers and wardrobe.
There was a unpleseant smell upon our arrival in the house.
The kitchen apliances and silverware were not washed properly..
In general it was not a good experience..
We found it to be a chead option for a trip to london, but with that also came a lack of quality on our day-to-day Stay at the house.

- Joanna (7/5): - The communication was great and replies always came quickly. The location was good as well, as we needed about 25mins to Camden Town with the tube.
The bathroom was extremely clean and so were the beds. We had enough towels for everyone and the kitchen was well-equipped.
There are also loads of supermarkets close by. While the bathroom and beds were clean and the floor was mopped, it was clear that it wasn't vacuumed as there was a lot of dust and crumbs, especially under the couch and in the corners of the rooms. Additionally, there were glass shards in the living room which we cleaned, however, someone could've gotten hurt, especially if there had been children.
The mattress in the double room was quite uncomfortable because you could feel each spring in the mattress.
Another point, which is just a small one, is that there could've been more hooks for coats.
And lastly, the towel holder fell apart and it would've been nice if there had been blinds for the window in the bathroom because it was see-through at night when the lights were on.

- Tracey Griffiths-Marks (10/5): Perfect for visiting London - Perfect for our trip to the big smoke. A 5 minute walk to the station or buses into central London which is about a 30 minute ride away. Kitchen well equipped, with plenty of sockets and utensils. Lovely deep bath with lots of hot water. Apartment, lovely and warm. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms under the beds.
We had an issue getting into the property as the keysafe had jammed so needed to wait for someone to assist. But communication was great and kept us updated. Bonus, we had somewhere to keep our car for the week whilst we utilised the tube and buses to get around the city. We have already made enquiries to stay again! These are minor, and aimed as constructive feedback. Instructions for the cooker, as not everyone has an electric cooker. A guest book so guests can leave comments for others to peruse. The bed (for me) was uncomfortable, but then I have had back surgery and it's taken me some time to find a bed to accommodate my needs. A few more hangers would be good for the wardrobe space and hanging rail. Coat hooks or somewhere to hang coats, especially if you've come back wet. Even if these are on the back of the doors.
- Omar (8/5): Very good -
- Jak (3/5): Poor -
- George (8/5): A great cheap stay for a group - The host was quick to reply, and the check-in process was simple. The price was perfect for us (split between 4), and it had all the facilities we needed. Great for getting to wembley stadium too. Finding the room took a little while due to the design of the building, so maybe some more instructions on that would have been helpful. But overall impressed with our stay.
- Aviva (6/5): Small but functional, needs different a beds and would be great - Clean, it has everything you might need The “sofa bed” was very slim and uncomfortable, messy shower experience, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.
- Paula (10/5): Exceptional - The place was spotless, had everything that was needed. It was very comfortable The only issue was with the location, due to the train station being temporarily closed.
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely clean with nice bedding and comfortable beds, the host met us to hand us the keys, perfect place for us to visit Wembley from The only criticism and it’s not much really but a rail for the shower to move up and down, it’s in a fixed position and water goes everywhere but it’s a place I will look out for and stay again if we are going to Wembley
- Kalifa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kate (8/5): Great location, clean, comfortable. - Location (although Colindale Tube station is closed until Dec 2024 so nearest is Hendon Central reachable by the 186 Bus)
Beds: Comfortable
Kitchen: All in working order
Cleanliness: Overall, very good
Parking: Free Parking in the carpark (you will need to get a fob to open the parking barrier but you can also park on the street for free on the evenings or weekend if you can find a space). Privacy: Windows all face busy streets with people walking past all the time and no net curtains so we had to keep the curtains closed at all times.
Noise: Traffic noise was noticeable & some loud neighbours but ear plugs sorted that
Towels: Could do with bigger bath towels.
Decoration: some of the walls seem to have suffered from water leaks at some point so could do with repainting.
Bedrooms: No mirrors in either of the bedrooms
Only a tiny bedside cabinet drawers in the single bedroom so no real storage and nowhere to do makeup hair etc & no where to hang clothes either.
- Hill (8/5): Very good -
