- Graham (1/5): Bad - Room too small, no where to hang clothes
No smoking or vaping but ok to smoke drugs
Saturday night 11.30 pm to be wake up as a man was trying to kick the front door in saying that he had a room booked but when a police car went past he vanished
We are not happy ,will never stay here again
Complete waste of money
- Bell (5/5): Passable - homely decor,shower was amazing!!
Lovely and warm when arrived but got way to hot and couldn't settle. Bed and pillows was really hard!
Milk was off.
Cups and toilet was dirty
Next doors ( neighbour ) security light kept going of and on every 2 minutes keept us awake.
Also they had a windchime what was very annoying!!!
Someone was kicking the main door and shouting to get in at 1am scaring the children.
- Chridtina (3/5): Poor - Cups were dirty
- Chridtina (3/5): Poor -

- Jm (1/5): Bad - Clean but no other available support,e.g. to turn on heater, etc. Was like sleeping in Syberia. Ended up not staying in the room despite booking two nights.
Very hard to rate but not the best experience. Support is non existent
- Declan (1/5): Bad -
- Devenport (4/5): Disappointing -
- Simon (8/5): Clean and compact - Nice compact room, clean and fairly comfortable. Nowhere to hang clothes. More condiments would have been nice but enough for one night.
- Michael (6/5): Pleasant budget friendly rooms. - Comfy bed convenient room and facilities. Just the noise from hall way, and the loud guests staying. Otherwise great place to stay.
- Emily (10/5): Great staff and location - The staff were amazing, so friendly and flexible with check in times.
- Stuart (7/5): Okay - The vue
- Ponsing (10/5): Looking forward to stay again as the place is really close to the train station . - The room is really good especially the shower room. They only missing inside the room is table and chair. But overall meet my expectation
- Lynn (8/5): Great b& b and location - Good
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Alisha (1/5): Wasn't great - It was opposite a laundarette It wasn't clean at all.
- Cory (10/5): Exceptional -

- Truine (9/5): Excellent would recommend - Lovely, clean and tidy room. Tea/coffee making facilities. Really nice bedding. Amazing bathroom we loved the marble tiles. Very large and powerful shower. The pillows on the bed were a little bit too hard for my liking
- Harvey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Momin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Philip (8/5): Very good -
- Garnett (7/5): Good - Clean room No towels provided
- Chris (5/5): Needs improvement - The price is always cheaper here and the location is ideal. The bedding didn't look like it had been washed and the floor is always dirty it just looks like thers no effort in the cleaning of the place and the beds could do with an upgrade as for a couple the beds are to small the worst part is on one occasion the hostess walked in on me literally as I came out of the shower.
- Yowhans (1/5): Bad -
- Dhana (2/5): Very poor - Toilets are not clean
- Marius (1/5): Bad - Absolutely nothing was pleasant
Everything is a lie Very dirty bed linen.
The heat was not working
I spoke to the owner to turn on the heat but he told me I was being rude. The children took a shower and the next day they had a cold. The owner turned on the heat only for 10 min. and hung up after. I paid £300 for 4 single bed rooms. It's all a lie. The owner told me if it doesn't suit me to leave the keys and leave. I do NOT recommend renting this location. It was 16 degrees outside and the owner told me that it was the British summer and he didn't let the heat go.
- Conor (2/5): Very poor - Not clean, very basic
- Grandpops (8/5): A great place to sleep and get yourself clean. - It was nice and clean
Nice little Shower
Comfy Bed No much to dislike to be fair. I used it just for sleeping and washing. It not a room to spend hours in you would go mad with boredom ..
- David (4/5): I didn’t stay - Wasn’t the room I booked and when I went in to it there was a really horrible smell so I put the keys back and left
- Mary (6/5): Functional for one night, would have been very confining for a longer stay - Two bedrooms Lack of separate living space
- Michelle (10/5): we’ll be back - Clean, functional, great location, prompt and professional communications with Sid and lynsey, thank you it was fine for what we wanted which was somewhere central with good value for money.
No soap in bathroom, maybe it said this somewhere and i missed it.
- Jim (10/5): Convenient to town and beech -
- Kacey-marie (1/5): Do NOT book this room if you have any level of hygiene standards! - That I was luckily able to find a replacement room elsewhere last minute on a Saturday night! The room was absolutely stinking. No effort to clean off any surfaces whatsoever, spilled tea/coffee stains and rings all over the bedside table, topped with a good ol' layer of dust! If they were brazen enough to leave the surfaces in that state, there was no trust that the bedding was fresh since the last guests! Floors were stickier than wetherspoons dancefloor. Also they fail to mention that this property is a half-way house! Ex convicts and drug addicts alike reside in this property. The crackheads smoking their drugs whilst loitering out the front of the property was a welcoming touch, too!
- Karen (4/5): Disappointing - The bathroom was clean Was right at the top bed was very hard
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- K2 (1/5): Filthy. Didn't stay - Leaving Staying
- Bright (8/5): Very good -
- Taylor (8/5): Very good - Nice room gor a short stay only There was no staff at all
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Susan (7/5): Good - Clean room & bedding.
Lyndsey is a lovely helpful lady who works hard. The shared toilet, I had to clean someone else's faeces off it twice. Horrible, I was heaving & heaving.. so I wouldn't have a shared toilet again, sorry.
- Malcolm (9/5): Superb -
- Lea (8/5): very clean and tidy, very easy to get access to key, hassle free - very clean and tidy seagulls were really noisy outside the window from around 430 am onwards
- Sam (2/5): Dirty, disgusting rooms and staff were unbothered - DO NOT BOOK! - Location was okay, quite near to things. Other than that, nothing. At first it seemed like a lovely small and cheap room to stay in until we noticed how dirty the room was. Reading some of the reviews I decided to give this a chance - Please don't make the same mistake! It seems like the reviews are definitely not genuine - seems this way on the host's other properties too. The cleanliness of the room was terrible. Wasn't expecting 5 star at all but this was awful. Cups were dirty and had dried old coffee in them. Toilet had horrible stains all over it. The shower was dirty - just looked as if it had never had a wipe down. Marks all over where people had clearly been drawing and writing in the steam on the shower door. The floor was full of hairs and random stains. I felt dirty being in the room and so had to get out of there the next day! Just because it isn't 5 star doesn't mean it can be so dirty and disgusting.
- Patricia (8/5): Very good -
- Ann (7/5): A comfy night in a well situated, clean room - Large room with high ceiling. Comfy bed and everywhere appeared clean.
Good size shower unit in the ensuite.
Excellent check in procedure. Very easy to do. A chair and mirror in the bedroom would have made life easier.
- Phill (8/5): Very good - Easy instructions very clean. Price Location. No parking and better local information would be helpful. I.e local restaurants and breakfast cafe.
- Ffion (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (10/5): Perfect base in a good location. - I've stayed at the Crescent on two occasions, and have extended my stay on both, because the location is perfect (few minutes walk to the beach/shops and station) and because the room has been so comfortable. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, and extending my stay and retaining the room has never been a problem. The rooms are very clean and quiet and it's ideal to have the freedom to come and go once you have your key after first checking in. As a lone traveller it's perfect, but also feels very safe. It's always a pleasant stay and good night's rest here, and 10 stars from me! 🌟 I'll return in the near future. Thanks Sid and Linsay.
- Ffion (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (8/5): Very good - Roomslovely .back couldbe tidy up see from window mess No coffee in rooms or milk cups dirty as like coffee when get up. Ps check reeds be change bit early 10M should 12pm
- Sarah (8/5): Very good - Everything you needed for a nights stay
- Dennis (6/5): Good but some changes needed - The owners were lovely & friendly. The room was basic but just what we wanted, not 100% clean but certainly stayed in a lot worse. Good value for money & we would book again for a weekend We were concerned there were no fire escape directions, no way out of the back of the building that was a big worry. Saturday night was very noisy with drunks coming in at all hours, so the sound proofing was not up to scratch, don't get me wrong I don't mind anyone having a good time but not at the expense of others. Plus the bed was far from comfortable
- Chris (7/5): Good -
- Faulkner (10/5): Exceptional - Room was very clean and well presented
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Philip (5/5): The Crescent Rhyl - Decent bed and good shower.
It was clean. No tea and coffee etc

- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - The room was spotless. The bed was very comfy and easy to find the key The room was spotless. The bed was very comfy.
- Stephanie (2/5): Never again - Convenient Room unclean, toilet seat broken, no tea&coffee, cups awfully dirty, no handwashing, noise was awful no soundproofing at all bed was so hard

- Rebbecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet No complaints
- Knox (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcel (10/5): Great venue - The room was beautifully decorated, quaint, clean and fit for purpose. It was great value for money and the management are beautiful people who really care about ones comfort. It was also peacefully quiet. N/A
- Knox (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angela (2/5): Bad experience - Not much to like Unable to get in on arrival. Worried because property is up for sale.no one there to greet us and no one ever came. When we got into the property we were on the top floor entering the room at first looked OK but after further inspection it wasn't very clean even the bed had hairs and bits on and the bathroom was disgusting, there was an hair extension on the floor and the sink was covered in hair also there was a clump of hair in the bin,, we were not happy.
- Jord (9/5): Overall very good - It was well cleaned and look after, bed comfy and close to the bus stop and two the town centre Noise in the morning when people are in and out , no hairdryer in the rooms
No milk or coffee in the room
- Marie (7/5): Good - Very nice clean location, very close to everything u need. Unfortunately we were kept up by the neighbours all-night but other than that fantastic place to stay.
- Abdulrahman (9/5): Superb - Very clean, neat, and tidy.
Walking distance to the bus/train station, town centre and Rhyl beach
- Claire (2/5): Short - To small Bedroom couldn’t swing a cat
- B (9/5): Superb -
- Mullin (9/5): Superb -
- Gary (9/5): Superb -
- Bev (9/5): Superb - Very good Nothing
- John (1/5): Bismal - Nothing Telly didn’t work no aerial shower dripping and cold sheets stained manager knocking on door at 9.00am telling us check out dispite 10.00am check out and very ignorant
- Antony (9/5): Superb - It was spotless clean, and good location
- David (5/5): Passable - The bed People forgetting there key and kicking the door at 3 in the morning as not best pleased
- Paul (9/5): Was very pleasant - Easy to find and clean No milk in room for coffee
- Denise (6/5): Would have been better if ee coukd have slept instead. Of smelling weed all nigh very uosetting - No breakast it was bed only, clean room , good location value for money The smell of weed all night so we couldn’t sleep, i have rang several times and sent messages and still noone can be bothered to get back to very poor communication
- Elizabeth (1/5): I wasn’t able to stay because I couldn’t get in - I couldn’t even get in there was no one there only a house for sale I put a message on the site saying so and a lady phoned over 4 hours later to give me the code to get in Obviously I had gone and found another hotel by then I was not at all happy with this Booking.com was blamed for the problem I will never use either again Not being able to have a room that I have booked
- Hamer (1/5): Bad - It was not clean It was in rouch places room was small
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean rooms and in a good place
- Catherine (7/5): Good - Very clean lovely bathroom. No hot water on arrival and day of leaving. Room cold and draughty under door. Quite noisy with other people banging doors. Lots of stairs.
- Weston (8/5): A pleasent and enjoyable stay a little tweek and could be 5 star - I liked how close it was to the town and beach, I liked how simple and efficient the handling of the booking was. I liked how clean and nicely decorated it was., I liked the free street parking.
A very pleasent stay would recomend and most definitely stay again. Thank u However there wasn't a mention the room was on the top floor and had to navigate 4 flights of stairs. I wouldn't have booked if I had of known or requested no higher than a first floor room.
I was disappointed that there wasn't a mirror, or hair dryer in the room. Also there was a TV but unable to access normal TV channels. (I'm old & don't know how to use Internet TV)
There wasn't anywhere to put clothes or bags because the room was so small, we were tripping over our bags. although the size of the room wasn't a problem a sturdy shelf and coat hooks would be a practical addition to the room.
I found the bathroom not being en suite, a little inconvenient but knew this upon booking. However it was super clean although being short I couldnt use the mirror in the bathroom hence a long mirror in the room would have been helpful.
Upon arrival the key system was so much better than new fangled digital keys. Although very clean and nicely presented the room had an odor of dogs. This in itself wasn't of a concern to me others may not be so forgiving I was disappointed that the smell was coming from the duvet rather than the linen which could have triggered aligees.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - The comfort of the bed and the room and the shower was amazing. I loved everything only thing I'd say was I couldn't get TV working as was no signal. Other than that I highly recommend if your needing a bed for a night or too.
- Roberts (3/5): Poor - Next to a main road very very noisy traffic
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were excellent and very appreciated.😊
Owner was helpful from start to finish.
Water in bathroom, good to drink ❤️💚
I'll be back in the future 😁
- Hayley (10/5): Exceptional - It was ideal as my mum don’t live far so was ideal location, I also liked the efficiency of how organised they were
- B4rnsey (10/5): Exceptional - Good stay would use again. Tv didn't work
- Simon (7/5): Clean and tidy but quite noisy outside - Bed comfortable, clean and tidy room. Shared bathroom was clean. And it waa easy to get into the property. It's a bit noisy in the morning with a main road nearby, Some numpty was beeping his horn before 5.30 I the morning. Couldn't get the TV on to watch freevirw channels it stayed on the hone page and I had to watch the TV through the I player, Moore 4,i iTV plus etc. So possibly instructions needed in the room.
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice rooms very clean staff was really polite
- Yan (5/5): Passable stay. - Convenient location, near the coastline. No designated parking space, no toilet amenities other than a toilet roll, no hair dryer, no chairs, check out time is early.
- Marcel (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean, pleasant and fit for purpose 🙂 Everything was fine 💯
