The property is also a stone's throw away from the spa facilities and restaurants. Parking was easy. Loved it 🙏 Well we had to stay on the sofa bed and I didn't find it comfortable, though my partner did! So!

• Ludkin (10/5): Super break - A very well furnished and clean apartment with everything you need for a few days stay. We stayed for two nights with our 4 month old daughter. The lovely sweeping beach is a 10/15 minute walk away (down a steep path). The location is a great base for visiting Filey, Bridlington, Flamborough etc. The Bay complex is very clean and has an on-site shop and pub plus leisure activities There are a good number of country pubs just a short drive away and a mini zoo near Filey which is great for little ones. Thanks for the wine gift on arrival! We will certainly look to stay again, highly recommended. Tip: Very very expensive drink prices in the onsite pub which is likely why it was empty! No issues with the accommodation.

• Faye (9/5): Fantastic location and excellent value for money. - Lovely sized accommodation on a lovely, really clean site with enough amenities to hand. Property had plenty of gadgets to feel like home from home, luckily with manuals on how to operate. Owner quickly responded to problem and sufficiently rectified. Maybe not a fault of owners, but an error on booking.com’s interpretation of guests, we arrived late in evening and the other bed wasn’t ready. Owners took 2 guest as couple sharing a bed rather than 2 needing separate beds as 1 adult female and one 12 yr old boy. New fangled equipment meant it took some reading of everything to figure out how to use the equipment.
• Stephen (9/5): Sunrise Cove at The Bay - Lovely comfortable ,clean apartment, the welcome gifts of Chocolates & wine were much appreciated. Good facilities in the kitchen, Air fryer, washing machine & dishwasher etc. There was Plenty of bedding & towels. The cleaning cupboard had everything you needed plus, ironing stuff & nice touch was a couple of folding garden chairs we could use when going to the beach. The TV setup was great and kids made good use of the Netflix. Didnt meet or speak to the owners, but had good communication via messages before arriving, with great & relevant info. The Bay resort is a really nice, well looked resort, shop & John Paul Jones pub are decent & only 5/10 min walk to the beach. Would recommend & we definitely stop here again. No real issues, only very minor thing was that sometimes the shower took a while for the water to drain off. Otherwise no problems

• Trevor (7/5): Perfect beach location, dog-friendly, slight noise from above. - Really nice, dog-friendly flat in a great spot, just a few minutes from the beach and pub. Overall, we had a lovely stay, but one thing to mention is that the soundproofing could have been better. We could hear quite a bit of movement from the upstairs flat, and at times, particularly at night, it disturbed our sleep when the neighbour was walking around. It didn’t take away from the enjoyment of our trip, but it’s something to be aware of.

We ate at the pub on site which was dog friendly. A lovely touch was the treats waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was spotless! Nothing!

Stayed 9th to 11th Nov Only one slight grumble was we found the bed a little uncomfortable for us maybe a topper is in order?

• Jaclyn (10/5): Autumn break with the dogs. - The apartment is immaculate, it has a very classy feel to it as you walk in. The kitchen has everything you could need for a short break away. There was nothing to fault in the accommodation, even the bed was super comfortable, and I suffer with back problems. The park is well cared for and has plenty of amenities. Everyone on site was very friendly. I had my dogs with me, and there was a lovely off lead walk along the cliff starting just 50m away. There's also a footpath to the beach where you can walk the dogs. The site is very handy for Filey and Bridlington. Absolutely wonderful, thank you x Nothing.

• Christian (8/5): Lovely break even if the weather was brutal - Located in a great little community by the sea The local Pub was not open for food at my time of stay which was a bit disappointing but no fault of the apartment
• Fiona (9/5): Great - Great location, nice little clean and tidy apartment. Didn’t really use apartment facilities as we were visiting friends. Restaurant closed due to burst boiler. Could have done with a full length mirror but not a problem. We had no issues with the apartment.

• Jacqui (10/5): Cosy beach apartment - Location so handy for Scarborough, Bridlington and flamborough. But also location amongst other holiday homes well situated with pub, shop and leisure centre close by. Also access to Hunmanby beach in walking distance. Parking near to apartment. Facilities inside this lovely decorated apartment ideal. The kitchen had everything and more you could want. The usual cooker, hob microwave kettle and fridge but also air fryer, toaster and coffee making machine but also washing machine and dishwasher. Comfy double bed and the shower was spot on. We had glorious weather so did not need to rely upon the great stock of DVDs. Good supply of towels, more than we needed and towels nice and soft. Completely dog friendly including the beach. Plenty of dog walking land nearby and an added bonus of being next door to primrose valley Haven site which provided more dog walking space and eaterys close by. We did not use but owners left us access card for leisure facilities which included swimming and sauna. The welcome gift of wine and chocs.The ability to complete comments and read others comments in guest book. Such lovely touches. 1. Pub food a bit pricey for the quality. 2. Walking back from beach lol!

So close to beach 😊 A mop would have been good to help clean up sand daily. Noise from neighbours above but were quiet after 23.00

Location was ideal for swimming pool, pub and not too far from the local beach. The decor was amazing, wanted to take it home 😅 WiFi was quick, TV had options for online streaming. Such a lovely location, super quiet and Craig & Louisa were very quick to respond when I reached out, they also left me some chocolates which were well received. Would definitely consider staying sometime in the future.

The lamp shades and bases were very dusty, the quilt for bed settee was very stained the wardrobe area wasent very clean and the rug in lounge was full of dog hair's it did say you got a welcome pack on arrival but we never did

• Lisa (6/5): Pleasant - Loved that the location was easy to get to Scarborough and filey and hummingby. Really needed a deep clean of the property. Not as close to the beach as the pictures point out! Witch this is what we booked for.
• Mandy (8/5): Lovely place to stay, would definitely book again if we were staying in the area. - It was very clean and comfortable, mostly well equipped. Being on the ground floor was a bonus too. We didn’t use the leisure facilities but I’m sure that would be a big plus for other guests. Not a dislike but there wasn’t any washing up liquid and that was something I didn’t think I’d need to take! Was a little noisy, being by the bin store but not detrimental.
