El hecho de que me cobraran por adelantado me hizo sospechar que no están cumpliendo con las dos variables que me invitan a usar la app: cancelación gratis y pago en el hotel. No voy a pagar ningún cargo. Me comunicaré con Ayenda y dejaré la queja en la app.

Debbie (10/5): Exceptional - Really liked the original features of the building. The floors were beautiful. Our room still had the original furniture, and the floor tiles were lovely I also liked the outside seating area. A lovely historical hotel. Easy distance to the supermarket.
