• Leonid (10/5): We had a great time - The chalet, the pool, the bar ,food -everything was wonderful. But the main thing is the staff. I'm not sure I met before such level of service. One of us had a stomach problem and the cooked the diet food from our products exactly as requested. Their wine is great. I think that it would be better not to pay each time for food, but to pay during check out. Also the kitchen may be equipped better. There are no stove and no pots

• James (10/5): Brilliant Stay, would recommend! - We enjoyed our stay at Ilkato Woods, which is under a year old so the rooms and pool are in good condition. Also we appreciated the swimming pool was slightly heated which made a big difference to us as we find most hotel pools too cold! The staff are friendly and answered any questions we had. Our flight back to the UK wasn't until the evening and they allowed us to check out the room free of charge. We had more or less the whole hotel to ourselves during the weekdays, and then was fully booked during the weekend with locals taking advantage of the weekend. Would highly recommend. The food could be a bit better, but in general the food is great in the whole of Georgia so the standards is pretty high!
• Sofia (9/5): Superb - The hotel is very nice and looks exactly like in the photos. The facilities were amazing (the pool water was warm and they had a game room with everything you can imagine) and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Would definitely recommend, especially if you are planning to take it easy and enjoy the facilities. They had some decorative pieces of fabric hanging (that I believe for some people are very cool) but for us they were just blocking the beautiful view :)
