- Barbara (5/5): Insatisfecha - Que tiene muy buena ubicación Aparte que no tienen carisma para tratar a la gente, el baño tenía un olor muy fuerte. Tardaron en entregarme las llaves para poder entrar.

- Evio (8/5): Nem tanto ao mar nem tanto à terra. - Excelente localização. Ótima estrutura do complexo residencial. Piscinas (2) excelentes. Apartamento espaçoso. Proprietária, sra. Ana, bastante cordial. Ponto negativo, o elevador quebrado que ao final tem que subir um andar até o quinto, além de erro na especificação da capacidade de peso (a indicação de 4 pessoas não é confirmada pelos moradores que aconselham apenas 3). Também havia um odor forte na cozinha. Por fim, só existe ar condicionado na sala. Os quartos são inabitáveis à noite no verão. Não há ventiladores. O Wi-Fi tem senha que não dá acesso à Internet.
- Jenny (9/5): Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Familie, hat eine tolle Aussicht, einen richtig schönen Pool und eine perfekte Lage. Ab - Die Aussicht, die Größe der Wohnung, die Klimaanlage, die Lage und der Pool! Außerdem gibt es einen kostenfreien Parkplatz, welcher abgeschlossen ist.

- Ahmed (5/5): València est une belle ville, mais pour la prochaine fois je logerai ailleurs - L’appartement est bien situé, mais trop vieux une rénovation totale s’impose dans un bref délai Équipement, cuisine & salle de bain trop vieux. Fenêtre simple vitrage. L’immeuble date des années 70 et n’a jamais été rénové. Dommage il y a un bon potentiel.

- Olga (8/5): - A localização é excelente, praticamente em frente à praia, muito próxima de Valência, uma cidade extraordinária. As proprietárias são muito simpáticas e disponíveis para ajudar. Os quartos deviam ter uma ventoinha, visto que só existe ar condicionado na sala.
