• Randy Roeland (7/5): Nice place but risk of barking dogs and little sleep. - Nice apartment with a good terrace on the first floor. People are nice and breakfast was every day something different. Something surprised us because there was no mention in reviews being the dogs in the neighbourhood that can bark all night long. First night it was the dog from the owners in the yard. Second day they took away the dog when we asked for a solution (which was good). But then the neighbourhood dogs took over and barked a lot on and off during the night. Third night it was more quiet with less barking so we slept a bit better.

• E. (9/5): - Het is een ruim huis op de bovenverdieping van de villa. De gastvrouw woont beneden en is.erg gastvrij. Ze zorgt er voor dat haar gasten zich welkom voelen en zorgt dat het aan niets ontbreekt. Zo zette ze paraplu's voor ons klaar toen het begon te regenen terwijl we de bagage aan het inpakken waren in de auto. Het huis is schoon, de bedden zijn netjes opgemaakt. Er wordt een heerlijk ontbijt geserveerd.

• Yves (9/5): Aanrader in Berat en dicht bij de weg naar het kasteel - Zeer rustig gelegen. Bijna aan de weg richting Berat Castle en dus op max 5 minuten met de auto tot in het centrum. Zeer ruim en proper appartement. Super vriendelijke mensen. Kleindochter voert het woord perfect in het Engels. Jammer dat de eigenaars-grootouders zelf geen Engels kunnen om een vlotte babbel te doen. Lekker maar eenvoudig ontbijt. Flesjes water gratis beschikbaar in een professionele drankenkoelkast. Ook gratis koffie. Onbegrijpelijk dat men dit voor zo een prijs kan aanbieden. Wij waren met 5 en er is slechts één badkamer. Stel dat je hier met 10 bent(wat perfect mogelijk is, want het is ruim genoeg), dan wordt het moeilijk met één badkamer. Misschien zou een sneetje brood bij het ontbijt het nóg meer af maken. Nu enkel lekkere Albaneese pannenkoeken.

La casa è attaccata alla strada per salire al castello. Berat è bellissima. Unico punto debole per noi che eravamo in 8 è che c’è solo un bagno.

• Masataro (9/5): - 広々とした部屋で快適に過ごせました。 簡単な朝食も準備していただき、良い滞在になりました。 街中へのアクセスには遠いが、 ベラト城の中も駐車場がたくさんあるので、早めに行けば問題ないと思います 朝9時は空いていました(アルバニアの朝は遅い) シャワーカーテンが無いので、床がびちゃびちゃになってしまう(スリッパが用意されているので問題なし)

• Karolina (10/5): - It is one floor of the two storey house, downstairs lives the family and the guests have the upstairs. It is very spacious, there are two bedrooms with kings size beds, one of the bedrooms additionally contains baby bed. The third room is a bedroom/living area with four single beds, sofa, table, freedge and TV. All these rooms have air conditioning. There is one more bedroom, somehow connected with the living area, with two single beds and a very big window and the balcony. The bathroom is nice and spacious with a shower. The breakfasts were delicious! The outside of the flat has a lovely, spacious sitting area with coffee machine, sofa, tables and chairs. The view is on the local mountains and the neighbourhood. The flat is located 10 mins drive from the very centre of the old town. The house is new, very clean, rooms are of a very generous size. The hosts are a 3 generations family, all very friendly and open. Vanessa, the host's daughter, was very helpful throughout our stay and was helping us all to communicate as her English was very good. Her father speaks Italian but we managed to communicate anyway. I very much recommend the place, it is excellent value for money for this very popular location. That we had to go ;)

Dal momento del nostro arrivo i proprietari hanno fatto di tutto per garantire il nostro comfort, aiutandoci perfino nelle prenotazioni dei vari ristoranti mettendo a disposizione il loro telefono cellulare. L'appartamento era pulito, luminoso e molto spazioso soddisfando tutte le nostre esigenze, essendo un gruppo di 5 persone. La colazione era abbondante e tutto preparato in casa sul momento. Altamente raccomandato.
• Donat (10/5): - Wir waren froh Berat besucht zu haben - und können dieses Appartment sehr empfehlen. Etwas außerhalb gelegen. Aber das Zentrum ist mit einem Fußweg von 30 min gut erreichbar. Wunderbare Wohnung, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wer das wunderschöne Berat besucht, der kann hier gut nächtigen. :) Danke! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Snídaně byla vynikající, po domluvě jsem měla i bezlepkovou.Na terase je i kávovar, můžete si uvařit dobře kafíčko. Parkovani je u domu. Jen pozor, pokud chcete pěšky do města, je to trošku dál...

• Sara (10/5): - Wat een heerlijk gastvrije familie - drie generaties onder 1 dak en iedereen was even behulpzaam. We vroegen of er ergens een wassalon in de buurt was en ze stelden meteen voor om een machine voor ons te wassen. Niets was teveel gevraagd! Het ontbijt was heerlijk en heel afwisselend! In het huis staan flesjes water in de frigo en op het terras staat een koffie-apparaat en thee. De man des huizes heeft een barretje op het rond punt en ook hier werden heel gastvrij ontvangen. Zeker een aanrader. Het huis ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum van Berat.

• patrycja (10/5): Bardzo mili, gościnni i pomocni gospodarze, piękne przestronne mieszkanie, pyszne śniadania,czysto…Lepiej trafic nie mog - Wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku.Naprawdę czyste i przestronne mieszkanie a w nim wszystko co potrzebne, w łazience zestawy kosmetyków, pyszne śniadanie. Do dyspozycji mieliśmy expres do kawy i zestaw do parzenia herbaty. Na wyjazd zapytałam czy mogę kupic kilka jajek ( były wyjątkowo smaczne). Gospodarze nie chcieli za to pieniędzy, tak jak wcześniej gdy zapytałam o możliwość kupna warzyw-wtedy dostaliśmy misę warzyw z pysznym twarożkiem. Gdy zostawiłam im symboliczną kwotę, starsza Pani była wyraźnie niezadowolona. Ci ludzie naprawdę mają serce na dłoni. Życzę im by nigdy nie trafili na kogoś kto to wykorzysta. Że byliśmy tam za krótko 😘

Pormenores tocantes, como o facto de terem oferecido flores ao sairmos. Fica a cerca de 25min a pé do centro histórico e turístico de Berat e isso deve ser visto como positivo pois permite maior sossego e ainda propícia uma caminhada que permite ver bairros típicos e a vivência dos locais, longe dos clichés turísticos. Queremos voltar à Albânia e se voltarmos a Berat com certeza ficaremos na Georgemischel Guest House Foi só uma noite, infelizmente

• Mon_V (10/5): Perfecto - Estuvimos una semana un grupo de 5 barranquistas y fue perfecto para nosotros, pantalla plana para ver las fotos y vídeos grabados del cañón descendido, camas cómodas, único inconveniente que las cortinas dejan pasar la luz y a partir de las 5:30 alguno no podia dormir jejeje, el desayuno excelente y cada día variado y a la hora que acordamos, los dueños, que viven debajo, super amables. Teníamos detrás de la casa un tendedero enorme y nos cabia todo además de manguera para lavar los neoprenos y demás equipo.

• Paps (10/5): Superleuke, aangename en zeer vriendelijke accommodatie die perfect gelegen is om Berat te bezoeken. - Supervriendelijke en zeer behulpzame familie. Accommodatie is luxueus en prachtig gelegen. Vanop het ruime terras zie je heel ver. Er staat een hele grote frigo en je krijgt nog eens alle dagen een extra flesje water. De eerste dag kregen voor ontbijt een soort smoutebollen met honing (zo lekker), de 2e dag spiegelei met lekker brood. Omdat we de 2e avond zo moe waren, hebben we gevraagd om voor ons pizza te bestellen en enkele flesjes bier. Dit was geen enkel probleem. De lekkere Pizza werd stipt op tijd geleverd en de familie heeft zelfs voor ons koud bier gezorgd. Zulke lieve mensen. De grootmoeder heeft zelfs (uit haar eigen) de banden van onze auto gewassen omdat ze zo degoutant vuil waren. Dit is een accommodatie om "U" tegen te zeggen. Niets - alles was perfect - meer dan een aanrader.

Wir danken unseren hilfsbereiten Gastgebern für die freundliche Aufnahme. Das landestypische Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gab nur eine Toilette, knapp für 11 Personen.

Jeden Tag ein individuelles selbstgemachtes Frühstück. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Vermieter können kaum Englisch. Die Tochter half aber beim Check-In und der Kommunikation.

La terrasse est agréable et offre une jolie vue. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable ! Le petit déjeuner typique et fait maison nous a ravi. Nous étions en famille avec 3 enfants et nous avons été très à l'aise. Merci à ces hôtes de nous avoir reçus. Nous y avons passé une seule nuit, donc pas dérangeant pour nous, mais il n'y a pas du tout de rangement pour les vêtements.

Просторные комнаты. В одной комнате был отдельный балкон. Очень чисто, свежий ремонт. Много спальных мест. Хозяева очень доброжелательные. Завтрак был вкусный, особенно пончики-блинчики с вишневым вареньем🥞👍. Для малыша была детская кроватка. Все очень аккуратно и красиво оформлено, много цветов. Нам очень понравилось.

• Roksana (10/5): Świetny nocleg - Bardzo polecam ten obiekt, prowadzony przez wspaniałą rodzinę. Czuć przyjazną i miłą atmosferę :) Właścicielka bardzo pomocna, pomogła nam z drukiem kart pokładowych. Piękny widok na panoramę gór. Smaczne i sycące śniadanie, wszystko na wielki plus! :)
• Darío (10/5): Perfect - Amabilidad. Precio. Calidad. Limpieza. Está lejos del centro pero nosotros buscamos cerca de la estación de autobuses así que genial. Encima nos subieron el desayuno. Todo ok.

• David (9/5): - S bydlením jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Hostitelé byli příjemní a se vším vstřícní. Bydlení bylo upravené a poměrně luxusní. Děkujeme Giorgi. Fun fact: hostitelé byli milí i přes to, že jsme málem omylem ujeli bez placení. Doporučujeme všem! Top strop!
• Antoine (10/5): - Superbe Guest House très grande ! Très bien placée ! Les propriétaires sont super sympathiques, on s’y sent comme chez soit ! Le petit jeûner est excellent !
• Kinga (10/5): Piękny, wygodny, duży apartament (ze śniadaniami) w zaskakująco niskiej cenie. Polecam! - Duży i bardzo wygodny apartament położony 600 metrów od dworca autobusowego. Pokoje są przestronne i gustownie urządzone, z klimatyzacją. Łóżka są duże i bardzo wygodne, pościel czysta i pachnąca. W centrum apartamentu jest duży stół i niewielka kanapa. Do dyspozycji mamy dużą wydajną lodówkę. Jest ogromny taras, z którego można podziwiać przepiękną panoramę gór, a wieczorem biesiadować. Właściciele są uprzejmi i pomocni. W pokoju czekał na nas nie tylko ekspres, zapas kawy i smakowitej jagodowej herbaty, ale też półmisek przepysznych mandarynek z ogrodu (albo pomarańczy o smaku mandarynek ;)). W lodówce czekała woda w półlitrowych butelkach. Łazienka przestronna, z wygodnym prysznicem i bidetem, dostępne mydełka i płyny do kąpieli. Śniadania podawane były na tarasie. Bardzo smaczne, ze świeżych lokalnych produktów. Codziennie donoszono też wodę w butelkach. W rzeczywistości apartament wygląda jeszcze ładniej niż na zdjęciach. Jest dobra aura. Nie ma problemu z parkowaniem. Okolica bardzo cicha, czasem słychać tylko śpiew ptaków lub pianie koguta. Do ścisłego centrum jest około 2 km, ale po drodze mija się sklepiki i bary, do których warto zajrzeć. Z kwatery na Zamek prowadzi ciekawa droga po wzgórzu (około 1,6 km). Idąc zakosami można podziwiać coraz piękniejszą panoramę, ale też zobaczyć jak mieszkają autochtoni. Bardzo polecam tą trasę. Po zwiedzeniu zamku można zejść z drugiej strony wzgórza i znaleźć się na pięknej starówce.

• Sabine (10/5): The hospitality was above and beyond - The owners were very friendly! They gave us tips for where to go for dinner and gave us oranges from the garden! The house itself was beautiful and the views stunning. The included breakfast was really good! The rooms didn’t have curtains, which made sleeping in difficult. But this is really the only con we can name

• Natalie (10/5): Really good value for money with very friendly, helpful staff. - The owners were so friendly and helped us out with any problems we had. There was so much room we could have fit 10 people easily. Parking was really easy (just pull into the left of the gate) and felt very safe.
• Lisand (10/5): Had a great time! - Great location, 5 minutes from the castle. Spacious and great for e group. Yammy breakfast. Free and secure parking lot. Very friendly host and ready to help anytime. Next time we will vizit Berat, that´s the place we will stay again for sure.
