• Ignacio (10/5): Inmejorable ubicación y estado de la habitación - La ubicación era inmejorable y pese a la antigüedad del edificio, la habitación estaba recién reformada Es un 4to sin escaleras, pero se avisa en la descripción, la reserva y el check-In, no creo que le pille a nadie por sorpresa.

• Clare (8/5): - Very convenient location close to Santa Maria Novella train station. The facilities were new, clean and classy. It is an automated check in but the hosts were very responsive via messages and gave clear check in instructions. I had seen the notes about the stairs and lack of elevator and booked knowing this thinking that I am young and fit - I’ll tell you it is a fitness challenge getting up there with bags!!

• kiyong (3/5): 다른곳보다 좀 저렴하지만 절대 비추합니다.. - 사진과같이 방이 깔끔합니다. 우선 사이트에 있는 주소와 위치가 다릅니다.. 5층 엘리베이터 없어도 설마했는데.. 캐리어 들고가기 장난아닙니다.. 한번 들어오면 나갈 엄두 안남.. 수압이 너무약해서 씻기 힘들고, 8시반 넘으면 숙소 관리지와 연락이 안됩니다. 방청소 해달래도 안해주고 타월 등도 교체 없습니다.

• Larissa (7/5): - A acomodação é boa mas o local é muito antigo e cheira muito mal aquele corredor, chuveiro e fraco para sair água e tem muito degrau de escada então se você estiver com muitas malas vai sofrer p subir elas e descer, sem contar que eu quase cai da escada pq achei muito mal iluminada e deixam você guardar as malas só até as 15, só que a localização é muito boa, fica bem numa via que fica 5 min de tudo e muito perto da estação de trem Cheiro do corredor e as escadas mal iluminadas

• KONSTANTINOS (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική καθώς και το δωμάτιο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο...Στο κέντρο κοντά στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό και μέσα στην ουσία στο ιστορικό κέντρο της Φλωρεντίας... Όπως γνωρίζαμε το δωμάτιο είναι στο 4 όροφο πολυκατοικίας χωρίς ασανσέρ και αυτό είναι κάπως άβολο... Το ποιο όμως δυσάρεστο ήταν η πίεση του νερού καθώς ήταν ελάχιστη και αυτό δυσκόλευε να κάνεις μπάνιο εύκολα....

Muy limpio. El wifi no funciona bien por lo menos en la habitación 105, el agua de la ducha tiene muy poca presión y el extractor del baño hace mucho ruido.

• Rita (3/5): BEWARE: Looks are deceiving. - The location and the bed was comfortable. Everything else. To find the place was difficult with Google.. the instructions provided were a bit confusing, it would’ve been easier with photos. When we arrived, someone else was waiting in the stairway because she couldn’t get into the apartment. The staircase is very narrow and old, if you don’t climb stairs often, it will be very difficult to reach the apartment. Now for the room we stayed in.. it looked aesthetically pleasing but looks were deceiving. My fiance saw a small bug on the floor (which is fine since it was an old building and I understand a random one bug) he killed it. A few mins later, he saw another one.. then another one. At this point, I started freaking out thinking it could be bed bugs so we checked the mattress, etc. we took a picture and sent it to ChatGPT to figure out what it was, it turned out to be a “young cockroach” I panicked, not knowing what to do.. we pulled the bed away from the base because it said they won’t go onto the bed unless there is food, etc. Once we pulled the bed away, we noticed a lot of dust, hair and crumbs which I feel is a result of these bugs. I had a terrible sleep but we had no choice since there was no refund and I wasn’t willing to spend more money somewhere else. My fiance and I were appalled with how unclean the room was considering the aesthetics of the place. The hairdryer also didn’t work.. the lights were complicated and the NOISE at 8am from workers working on the roof of our room was TERRIBLE (it sounded as if they were in our room) banging and moving shingles. (I recorded the sound but can’t upload here). Also, found black mold around the window seal. It was a complete disaster and we couldn’t wait to leave the apartment. This may not be the owners issues since he might not know what’s going on in his place but it’s a problem. I would not recommend this place.

• LONDOÑO (9/5): Excelente relación calidad precio y muy buena ubicación - Bonito, limpio, excelente ubicación, muy espacioso. Es en un quinto piso por lo cual debes subir escaleras ya que no tiene ascensor, pero para la estancia más que recomendado.

• Sophie (8/5): Die Unterkunft war perfekt für meine Bedürfnisse. - Die Lage war absolut perfekt! Weniger Meter vom Bahnhof und auch vom Duomo entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern. Das Badezimmer war neu. Das Zimmer war ruhig und kühl. Mein Zimmer war sehr klein und das Fenster schaute direkt in das Stiegenhaus - es war etwas "hölig". Ich habe jedoch nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbracht, also war es kein Problem.

• AmineMohammed (9/5): Great affordable stay. - The room is clean and spacious, has a private bathroom with all necessities. The location is great. The manager is super friendly and helpful over whatsapp and booking chat There are a lot of stairs but you are informed beforehand that it's on the third floor in a historic building via booking and on whatsapp. In my opinion if you are willing to do the effort the price and quality of the stay are worth the climb.

• Fieke (7/5): Prima voor kort verblijf - Nette en schone kamer en badkamer. Het is niet groot, wel airco. Hele goede locatie! Bagageopslag aanwezig. Inchecken via whatsapp, niet persoonlijk (overigens wel goed geregeld). Op de derde verdieping, veel trappen.
• Francesco (6/5): Attenzione ai dettagli - La posizione era ottima e complessivamente era una buona stanza Il piano indicato sul profilo è sbagliato, quello è un quarto piano; la finestra faceva moltissima fatica a chiudersi ed aprirsi; purtroppo abbiamo ricevuto delle indicazioni sulla zona della stanza sbagliate, che ci hanno costretto ad usufruire di un servizio di parcheggio (70€ un giorno e mezzo); la tavoletta del gabinetto era purtroppo rotta; presenza di asciugamani bucati. Ultimo ma non per importanza abbiamo trovato un calzino usato nella nostra stanza dopo che erano passati a "rigovernare" la camera.

• Jerzy (10/5): Bardzo polecam to miejsce można spokojnie dopocząć po zwiedzaniu pięknej Florencji. - Mieszkanko przytulne, położone w centrum. Można wszędzie dotrzeć. Cicho, spokojnie, bez hałasu. Perfekcyjna dbałość o czystość. Codzienne sprzątanie, zawsze czyste ręczniki, posłane łóżko. Nawet piżamka, którą zawsze wkładam pod poduszkę była starannie złożona. Zdarzyło mi się raz zostawić pieniądze na stole. Pełna uczciwość godna uznania. Działająca klimatyzacja, woda ciepła do kąpieli. Ogólnie bardzo pozytywnie oceniam czas, który w tym miejscu spędziłem. W zasadzie nie było mankamentów. Może trochę wysoko no ale tak to bywa. Nie wziąłem z domu noża ani sztućców i tego mi zabrakło . Ale to drobiazg.
• SILVIA (8/5): Perfecto para un par de días - Muy cómodo para visitar la cuidad, está al lado de la estación Pisa Centrale y a 5min andando del Duomo, también a 10-15min del resto de sitios de interés. Reformado y limpio, con tetera, secador, aire acondicionado y todo lo necesario para pasar 1-2 días. Cama y almohada muy cómodas. Habitación un poco pequeña y vistas a un patio interior/tejados. La ducha tenía poca presión. Edificio sin ascensor, como se indica en la web (por si para alguien es indispensable).
• Guest (8/5): Lovely room in excellent location - The rooms are located very central - a couple minutes from the train station and close to all the attractions. Our room was very well kept and had everything we needed including a/c and a fridge. The bed was very big and comfortable and the shower was amazing. You can keep your luggage in a room before and after your stay which is helpful. We had a great stay so only some very minor things that would make the stay a 10/10. - There was no safe in the room. We didn’t realise (as this isn’t a hotel) that cleaners would be coming into our room every day, and if this is happening a safe would make you feel more secure in leaving your valuables. -The instructions for getting into the property weren’t very clear and made the check in process much more complicated than it needed to be. -When we got into bed we found a lot of hair under the cover which was quite off putting, besides this the room was clean. - No hand soap only shower gel, hand soap is an essential in a toilet. - The possibility of a late checkout would be great, 10am checkout feels really early when you can’t check in till 3pm

And the room was really nice, modern and clean. The 3 floors without lift. The fact that everything is automated and there is no human contact. Also my room only had a window to the staircase so limited fresh air.

• Fiammetta (9/5): Firenze sempre stupenda! - La posizione comodissima, a 2 passi da Santa Maria Novella. La stanza molto pulita, accogliente e ben arredata, bagno bello con doccia ampia. Il personale ci ha seguito con professionalità e gentilezza anche se a distanza, perché ormai i check in e le prenotazioni si fanno con Whatsapp La camera era al terzo piano di un palazzo storico, senza ascensore....le scale davvero molto ripide e faticose, non erano segnalate. Comunque se si gode di buona salute si possono sopportare!

Inoltre ho apprezzato la professionalità e l’organizzazione, anche tecnologica, della camera e dell’intera struttura. Tried to turn the AC on but it kept turning off for some reason. Found bunch of hair on the bed sheets. Stuff who was available through WhatsApp wasn’t really helpful to advise how to book a taxi for a very early flight.

Arrivo solo lasciando auto molto distante, Indicazioni per l’ingresso poco chiare con doppi codici non specificati. La non possibilità di parlare con un responsabile se non solo tramite messaggio . Terzo piano senza ascensore segnalato ma con scale praticabili non da tutti. Soprattutto con valigie. Stanza pulita ,bagno pulito e accogliente.
• Florian (7/5): Good place to stay for a night - The location is great, a very short walk from the station and the center. There are good places to get breakfast or coffee and even dinner nearby. After having done this once, I didn't like the check in through WhatsApp. I don't think it is a good place to share a picture of your id card, especially since you have no idea who you are communicating with. As a very small thing, I was a bit disappointed that there was no coffee in the room, just tea.
• Selene (9/5): - Stanza situata a pochi passi dalla stazione e da Santa Maria Novella. Posizione davvero comoda per visitare il centro di Firenze. Letto comodissimo e stanza dotata di tutto il necessario. Personale, anche se non presente fisicamente, gentilissimo e disponibile. Sicuramente per un prossimo viaggio a Firenze prenderemo in considerazione questo alloggio!

• Maryse (4/5): - point positif la propreté de la salle de bain et de la chambre avec un lit très confortable, Bonne situation proche de la gare. pour moi cet etalissement n'est pas un hôtel, juste des chambres en location situées non pas au 3° mais au 4° étage (escaliers a double volée de marches), aucun personnel, pas n° de telephone en cas de problèmes (tout se passe avec code et sur whastApp),la fenêtre de la chambre très haute donne sur le couloir donc impossible d'aérer, pour le petit déjeuner il y a une bouilloire avec 2 sachets de thé (pas de café) et vu les escaliers on ne va pas au bar du coin en pensant remonter après . En conclusion si vous n'avez plus 20 ans et des bagages un peu lourd, passez votre chemin, il y a pleins d'hôtels, digne de ce nom, à proximité .

• Amanda (6/5): - A cama é muito boa, quarto bem arrumadinho, banheiro bom! Tem frigobar. Ao reservar nao me importei em ser no 4 andar mas ter que subir 4 andares de escada com malas pesadas e depois descer foi bem dificil! Se atente porque a escada é bem estreita e íngrime

• Luis Adolfo (1/5): Eviten este lugar, los que lo administran solo el dinero les interesa y no el turista. - La ubicación Las personas que rentan este apartamento lo único que les interesa es el dinero, había pagado ya cerca de 194 euros, y me dijeron que no me darían el código de ingreso al hotel sino pagaba por adelantado el impuesto turístico (14 euros), mandaron un link para pagar el cual intenté acceder y siempre fue rechazada mi tarjeta, ofrecí pagar en efectivo y no me dejaron, prácticamente me amenazaron que si no pagaba el impuesto turístico con antelación No me daría código de acceso habiendo ya pagado 194 euros por dos noches. Al final tuve que mandarles foto de mi tarjeta bancaria y pin de seguridad para que ellos utilizaran mi tarjeta y se cobraran los 14 euros. En esta discusión que mantuve con ellos, era previo a tomar un tren de Roma a Florencia, tren que finalmente terminé perdiendo y tuve que pagar otro boleto de tren por la discusión que mantuve con ellos la mañana que viajaba a Florencia. No lo recomiendo, busquen otras opciones.

Entrei em contato com o administração mas me ignoraram e tive que seguir com o problema. Aluguei este quarto individual justamente por conta do banheiro mas me decepcionei.
