• Sam (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! Street noise in early hours is unbearable. - Clean. DO NOT STAY HERE! Freezing when we arrived. Windows left open by owner due to bad smell in room. Didn’t sleep at all due to outside noise. Owner said we should have used earplugs. We left our three-night booking after first night as noise was so bad outside and had to pay for another hotel. After lots of communication owner promised a partial refund which he still hadn’t paid after two months of chasing.
• Susan (10/5): Very pleasant. - Well designed with good inclusions. Lots of light. Entry door locks after entering. Apartment door does not allow locking from inside. A bit disconcerting.
• Olga (7/5): Cute and comfy apartment best suited for a night out as very noisy location and thin windows - Cute appartment, nice bathroom, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, very clean, free toiletries. Easy self access perfect for late check ins. Perfect location for a night out in town. No teabags nor coffee pods for machine, missed having a hot drink. Internet not working so could not watch the smart TV. Windows left open but shutters closed so had no idea there were open. Very noisy street, could hear people talking on street below and got woken up by the refuse collection early hours of the morning. If company invests in double glazing to cut down noisy street, would get repeat customers. As it is, was very tired at work next morning from waking up at night so will not repeat.

• Abang (10/5): strategic place to stay at Colchester Town - Strategic location and spacious room and bathroom. Never have such spacious bathroom for the room price compare all places that I have stayed anyway in United Kingdom. Too much noises when come to weekend and clearly heard till morning

• Hannah (9/5): Swish by name Swish by nature! - The studio is really beautifully thought through and decorated. Spotless. It actually looks like this! What I paid was excellent value but this is fairly meaningless nowadays given on another date you could pay double and wouldnt know. I think this category needs a rethink. You have to really slam the door shut on your way out and I was worried about disturbing the other flat!
• Eunan (8/5): Chiq and Cool - Very clean, tidy, modern comfortable and very central. Would definitely stay again. A little noisy at times, although earplugs were provided which is a nice touch.
• Sharon (8/5): Good location - Location central, very modern and comfortable. Very noisy on Saturday night as people left clubs but it was a bank holiday weekend. The next night was fine.

• Abi (7/5): Lovely property - Lovely property, it was comfortable and clean. Good amount of space for 2 people and provided us with nice welcome basket. Simple and does the job for a short stay :) Seemed to lack a few essentials for us so we had to go out and buy things for the short stay eg, oven gloves, dishwasher tablets and only 1 bath towel. These things were not provided but may not be essential for everyone.
