Guest Reviews
- Svatopluk (8/5): Solidní cena, solidní ubytování, vlastní WC, umyvadlo a sprchový kout, k dispozici byla teplá voda. - Neměl jsem zaplacenou snídani, pouze ubytování.
Lokalita byla příjemná.
Dobrou možností bylo parkování v areálu ubytovny.
Vedle klíče byly pozitivní snímače pro otevření vrátek a brány. Nepříjemné bylo spojení do nedaleké Plzně a poté zpět.
Katastrofa Wszystko
- Adrijan (2/5): Very poor -
- Alexander (3/5): Horrible, scary and worrying. I am sorry to say this. - It offered a basic bed, shower and toilet. Basic bed cover. One of the people in the next room was shouting and yelling most nights. Sometimes near midnight and one time at 4am. I text the manager to do something or call the police. His reply was that I should call the police. I was very unhappy with my stay this time and not sure if I was in any potential threat. I feel the person yelling etc had a problem.
I will not go back to this place.
- Mikołaj (2/5): Very poor - I knew it was not a star-rated hotel, but I still expected more. Day one I got greeted by a bunch of bugs and spiders coming out of few different spots. The floor was dirty, stained with old shoemarks and mud. Bathroom was moldy and barely keeping alltogether. The showerhead has to remember last century and it spills water everywhere, but for the place you direct it to, walls of the shower cabin are hanging on by a thread, so that if you touch it, it feels like falling apart. And the worst part was the temperature. I understand that weather does not comply, but turning the heating on is an absolute must when the temperature at night drops to just a few degrees. I had to sleep in at least 3 layers of clothing and still got sick because of the cold.
I had to stay there for my reasons, but if the same situation came up next time, I would rather do everything to change my plans than to stay at that place again.
- Alexander (6/5): Pleasant -
- Adam (9/5): Superb -
- Melissa (2/5): Avoid unless given no other choice - It’s very reasonable The location is in the middle of a forest. Although I had already read the reviews and was prepared for a trek it was even further from the city than I had anticipated. While walking through the forest I came face to face with a family of wild boar. Please be careful.
The communication was terrible. I had to pay €14 to check-in LATE when all they did was put the keys in the lockbox for me. I really don’t know why I had to pay extra for that. Additionally they never sent me the code for the lockbox so I had to call them. I tried two different numbers and no one was picking up. Finally I tried a third number and was able to get ahold of someone. Apparently they had completely forgotten about my reservation. They also didn’t speak any English so communicating was challenging.
I ended up arriving late at night and there were no lights so I couldn’t see anything. I had no idea how to open the gate to access the building as there were no instructions provided and the reception was closed. I ended up standing outside in the pouring rain until a resident showed up and I could ask how to get inside. If I hadn’t bumped into this person I’d never have been able to open the gate or even find my room. They don’t provide any information at all.
The room was okay for the price but the fridge I had paid extra for was dirty. There were also spider webs in the bathroom.
I know it’s reasonable but please, do yourself a favor and spend a bit more money to get yourself a decent place.
- Myriam (7/5): Good -
- Anastasiya (8/5): Very good - A quiet and clean place. Forest around. In good weather it could be a beautiful walk from the public bus stop.
On the first day the heating in our room didn't work. And it was already around midnight, but the host helped us by phone. Nobody at the reception, you need to call the property. Phone number provided on booking is working. You need to have your own towels and toilet paper, or buy it at the reception.
If you are not by car and plan to be in the city till the late evening, you should know, that the last buses are not going after 22 on weekdays. And taxi drivers don't really know how to ride there, even with a map opened on their phone. We had to explain the road.
- Klaus (7/5): A place nearer to Pilsen town would be better. Because of the good public transport reachable. - There was no breakfast (as said in the room offer, not offerered/needed and known in advance). It's a little outside Pilsen. With tram, bus and a 1-2 km walk through a little forest it's fine. It was winter. Most realistic in summer its more nice as there is a lake and maybe a recreation are in the area. Especially for events, or for service work its good starting hub.
Bed, toilet, shower, all was there. And in the small village there is a shop at the bus stop. You can't change the location. With car it's a little better to reach.
- Wolodymyr (6/5): Pleasant - Very inexpensive, simple accommodation.
- Alexander (7/5): I enjoyed my stay, once I got supplies. - It was warm and safe. The facilities were good. No toilet paper, not towels, no broom to sweep floors. Shops at least 2 kilometers away.
- Alexander (5/5): I loved the region and was very safe and comfortable. It lacked some basic personal needs. - The physical room was good. The heating was important and it was the best part of my comfort. The single bed was adequate. The actual formal facilities, shower, hot water and toilet was very good. I really appreciated these good facilities. The physical room, bed, and wardrobe were great. Only there was only one cloths hanger to use. The main problem I had was that I was unprepared for the lack of some features. There was no toilet paper, no towel of any kind and no broom to sweep the floor. The place is about 2km through the forest to the nearest corner store. I had to walk about 4km to find a store that I could get toilet paper and a towel. Also, there was no information about where the accommodation was in relation to the nearby towns. I had to randomly walk along paths to find any shops or anything. There are no maps in the facility and no signs on the roads or paths to advise one of anything. I enjoyed my stay once I knew where I was situated and how to get to other resources... but before that I was unaware of how to do or get services. Even a general map on the wall in the common areas would be helpful. This is a good basic facility but it just needs a little attention to detail for folks not local to this locality. I would find this an adequate stay with these basic extras for guests. A good simple map on the wall of the corridor of the nearby shops and walking paths would be a great help. I only found where paths went by actually walking all the paths. In many ways; the assumption is that everyone has an active local mobile phone with google maps.
