• Amir (1/5): One of the worst experiences. - Close to Train Station Very bad experience. Wifi not working. Microwave not working. No soap and shampoo in washroom. One towel per person for 3 days is disgusting. Washroom is very low standard. You have to jump over the toilet to go in shower.

• Srivathsa (9/5): Stay was great - The stay felt like we were at home. It's just a few minutes walk from Interlaken West station. Everything was great. The heater did not work and the light was not there in the bathroom.

• Aurore (5/5): This is a fair accommodation if you want to visit Interlaken with a good price but not with small children - It looks nice and is in a good location We traveled with a 1 year old and the house was not safe for that purpose. There were cables on the floors. The door on the top of the stairs did not close properly making the access to the stairs dangerous for him. Also the parking is very narrow and couldn’t fit a family size car

• Daria (5/5): Passable - Super friendly and pleasant host, who provided proactively all the needed information, responded fast to all of the questions. Old house with a story, cool atmosphere. Well located in walking distance to the center. Great place for a short step over. Coffee capsules made us really happy. The house is begging for renovation. We decided not to cook as we were afraid to touch the oven. Disgusting smell of cigarettes smoke in the bathroom. But what upset us most was the dirty floor - after 10 minutes in the house our feet turned black, so we had to wear shoes inside and with kids it was even more disturbing

• Melissa&chuck (8/5): Garden House - Easy to find and get keys to enter, near the Interlaken West train station. Super communicative and helpful hosts. Plenty of room for a family in a 2 story house. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. Living room with big couch and table/chairs. Fireplace. Large TV. Bedrooms: 1 queen and 3 singles in 2 separate rooms. Washing machine. Close enough to many shops and eateries. House is located right behind a club called Heaven Girls but really no noise noticed. Parking available and small backyard garden w/picnic table. Wifi pretty good. Be aware if you have mobility issues as the bathroom is small and difficult to maneuver in/out of tub/shower. Also all door thresholds are at different heights and very easy to trip. Listed with A/C, really not in the true sense... but hosts brought 2 fans to cool us down. Bright natural light throughout, no blackout curtains if you're a light sleeper.
