We travel a lot but it was the first time that we are to pay 150 EUR deposit via bank transfer to the owner during check-in. We didn't understand the conditions of this deposit. What is it in fact for? This information you can get somewhere in the conditions on booking.com. Pay attention!!! In spite of the fact that the apartment is good enough it is not new and has some signs of use. So we did not understand what cound be the situation that we are to pay for damage. So we were nervous instead of enjoying our vacation. Chech-out procedure was "online", we sent video of the apartment to the owner. After few hours we have got our 150 EUR deposit back. We really don't understand why the owner uses such a strange policy.

• Mari Carmen (10/5): Bonito apartamento a 10 minutos en coche de Aguilas - Apartamento Muy completo y con mucha seguridad. Muy coqueto con una amplia terraza. Que no tiene ascensor son dos tramos grandes de escaleras. Para subir con maletas cuesta y para personas con movilidad reducida.

• Laura (10/5): - Nos encantó todo,el apartamento supera las fotos.Decoracion, espacioso, limpieza y no le falta nada con toda comodidad. La terraza es increíble el uso que se puede dar y las vistas son increíbles de día y de noche. La zona muy tranquila y la parcela de parking en la misma puerta lo mejor. Sin olvidar la piscina en la azotea que es ideal y super tranquila. Y cerca de todo,del pueblo de Aguilas y supermercados y playas a 5 y 15 minutos la más lejana en coche. Nora muy atenta en todo momento, repetiremos seguro! No puedo decir nada en contra porque hemos estado muy agusto .

• Sebastián (9/5): - El trato de la anfitriona es fantástico! Muy agradecido. La limpieza de las habitaciones y en general del apartamento era óptima. Las instalaciones muy cómodas y completas, la terraza una maravilla en las tardes/noches. En general muy satisfechos. Lamentablemente tuvimos varios encuentros con cucarachas dentro de los clósets de las habitaciones y el baño exterior. Entiendo que el control de los insectos es difícil, pero tal vez una fumigación previa a la llegada de los invitados hubiera ayudado. Debo decir que considero muy extraños estos encuentros porque la limpieza del apartamento era muy buena y no daba a pensar que pudieran suceder.
• Mariusz (10/5): Very relaxing stay! - Everything was great! The apartment is fitted with all the necessary equipment. Everything looks new and of good quality. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare food or drinks. The bedrooms are very clean and have very comfortable mattresses. The area is very peaceful with a few swimming pools and a stunning view. There is easy access to shops, restaurants, and a beautiful beach 10 minutes away.
