We require that the lead guest be at least 25 years old, and that most members of the group are also over the age of 25. As we are a family-oriented holiday park, we may reach out if your booking does not appear to be from a family group. In some cases, this could result in cancellation. As we operate a Secure Entry Automatic Number Plate Recognition Barrier, we will require some further information for access to the park in a vehicle to be advised This property is unable to accommodate hen or stag parties, or similar group celebrations. Each accommodation can host up to 3 pets. If you plan to bring pets, please let us know by messaging after you have completed your booking. Please be aware that check-in is available until 20:00. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate arrivals after this time. Please be advised that cots may not be suitable for placement within the bedrooms and may need to be positioned in the living area instead. Gazebos, jet skis and trailers are not permitted on the premises. Commercial vehicles and vans, with or without sign writing, are not permitted to be parked alongside the booked accommodation but can be parked in our reception car park subject to availability. Smoking is not permitted at the property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged GBP 50 for cleaning costs. While bed linen and towels are provided, you will be required make up the beds in the Camping Pods and En-Suite Glamping Pods. WiFi is available throughout the park; however as provided by a third party, coverage cannot be guaranteed in every unit, and signal strength may vary. Please note WiFi is for light usage only and not suitable for streaming or gaming All pictures are for illustration purposes only; makes and models can vary. Unfortunately, as you have booked via a third party, you are unable to amend your booking. Brilliant pub brilliant staff we had the best time. The walk to the town centre took less that ten minutes which was as a bonus

Check in was efficient and staff were professional and friendly. Caravan was extremely clean and warm. Clever use of space. Clear instructions. Beds were comfortable and shower good. Everything worked! No starter foods like salt/pepper, cooking oil etc. No welcome pack. A little bit spartan (eg bright lights were the only option, no pictures, lamps etc.) Map of the site, town and local info would have been nice. But these are minor quibbles in an overall positive experience

Sharon (8/5): Perfect for family gathering - Lovely location. Perfect for family gathering, where there was enough space to gather together in one cabin but also have separate spaces to disappear to. Kids enjoyed the play park and it was nice to be able to send them out and see them from the cabins. Good facilities in all the cabins. Comfortable beds, and nice and cosy. When it got dark, it was a little hard to see where the roads went. Some small solar lights along the edges of the roads would help people to locate their cabin in the dark, especially when it gets to winter and the nights get darker earlier.

Mandi (10/5): Blairgowrie - The holiday park was spotless and well kept .With a selection of different caravans and lodges.Our lodge was beautiful and looked like new and the best bit was the hottub .They also provided a blanket for my dogs . The only small complaint was lack of outside lighting it was very dark around lodge and on walk with my dogs .

Nicola (8/5): Lovely and comfortable lodge - The Lodge was stunning and really lovely and comfortable. Really peaceful and tranquil. In our Lodge there was a horrid smell coming from the toilet from when we arrived until we left. I did report this as it was a bit off putting and the maintenance man did come round very quick. Discovered there was a bit of damp under the Lodge which he thinks is what has caused this.

Had hot water issues but reception sent technicians straight away and we were given a bottle of Prosecco as an apology which was a lovely gesture.

Janette (8/5): Blairgowrie holiday park is a lovely place to stay and we would definitely return . - The location was just right for us, easy enough to get to Dundee, Perth and surrounding areas. The holiday park was very clean and tidy with lovely outlooks on to gardens which were well kept. Parking next to lodge is provided which is good. Lodge was clean, well kept and just like the pictures that influenced our booking. Our only negative was the comfort of the sofa and chair in the lodge, after long days visiting attractions and seeing the sights comfy seating is definitely needed to relax.

Claire (1/5): Bad - I had an issue with being allowed to park my vehicle, but worse than that (which ruined my stay) was the attitude of the staff, I escalated my issue to try and get some help or understanding, but received the opposite, in fact the area manager actually stayed in the caravan next to me and told me that over the phone, I found it extremely intimidating and uncomfortable, I was repeatedly denied access in my vehicle, and in the end it was so bad and so appallingly stressful that I left and found alternative accommodation, so not only am I very out of pocket, I am very upset
Jill (10/5): We had a ball - Lovely and clean, hot tub was fabulous and the views were gorgeous! We both had a great nights sleep and the wee extras in the cabin like soaps, washing up liquid, foil on the tray in the oven were thoughtful touches. Nothing

Mary (9/5): Very enjoyable. - Chalet was well furnished, very clean and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The park was well maintained and well laid out. Wish it was a bit less expensive for a 2 night stay. An earlier check in time would have given us more time to enjoy the facilities.
Jane (7/5): Enjoyed the mountain bike trails - It’s a beautiful and quiet little caravan site with good mountain bike trails We were asked to strip down our beds before check out. We’ve been to loads of caravan sites before and this is the first time we experience this

Mcdonald (8/5): Boring no entertainment wi if rubish - The place was spotless i didn't like dog walk and the fact there was very looking dangerous dogs tied up next to play area the parking was very tight next to caravan the balcony seating was horrendous not comfortable at all apart from that very relaxing time Persons walking round in circles around play area pretending to train there dog very annoying my dogs reaction was to bark and still it went on staff didint seem to bother though

Stephanie (9/5): It was so pleasant to come and stay. The whole family loved it - The cleanliness of the chalet was amazing especially being a dog friendly place. I am allergic to dogs so we do have an non to low shedding dog ourselves and it was pleasant to come to a lovely chalet that you wouldn't known another dog had been or my allergies were affected. The park was well designed for the kids and they were entertained well. The lovely dog walk around was great to take the dog along with plenty of dog bins.

Dominic (10/5): Very chilled out experience - The size of the lodge, the lovely setting on the edge of the town so you can enjoy nature. The hot tub is was great. The bed was not the most comfortable.

Lyn (4/5): Defo not worth the money I paid for it. The boiler was not correct and it was freezing. - The hot tube was perfect for the girls. The lodge was absolutely freezing. I had to lift the girls mattresses into the livingroom.
Fiona (7/5): Clean and warm, well located. - Extremely clean lodge. Warm and cosy. Nice to have the hot tub. Kitchen very well quipped. Showers had great water pressure. Single beds were very narrow for my kids and they kept falling out of them. Hot tub jets quite weak. Could do with a mop to be able to dry up wet floors after hot tubbing! Not enough towels - need an extra set for hot tub use.

Margaret (8/5): Overall excellent quiet site. Lodge was clean and added utilities meant there was everything there to make your stay com - Excellent location for walking. Exceptionally clean. Local shop nearby. Will definitely be back Double Bed was uncomfortable. Could feel the springs and was lumpy.
Lee (10/5): Perfect half term getaway - Park was nice and quiet. Caravan was super clean and had everything we needed. Blairgowrie is a lovely little town. Stunning walks locally with amazing Autumn colours in October Shower was amazing.

Pamela (9/5): Great place to stay to catch up with friends. - Great cabin close to family friends in Blairgowrie. Great to allow our friends to bring they car in when they visited us for coffee. Would have been good to have outside light on the cabin over the steps.
Fraser (9/5): Fantastic long weekend in the tub - Absolutely spotless, great caravan finished to a high standard. Great park with absolutely everything within walking distance with the dog. Had a fantastic weekend and the hot tub was great! Couple of the fittings starting to look a little tired, ie windows and skirting, nothing major. Also if being really picky the couch, looked great, but not comfy at all
